This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of several madrasah principals in various Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by madrasah principals include teacher professional development through ongoing training, regular performance assessments, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment. Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. In conclusion, good madrasah principal management plays an important role in developing quality HR, which has a direct impact on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi.

The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic perspective, allowing the researcher to observe and understand phenomena within a broader social context. Data collection was carried out through interviews with traders and market visitors, direct observation of the coin exchange activities, and documentation of activities related to these transactions. The collected data were then analyzed using three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the practice of coin exchange not only facilitates transactions in the market but also serves as a medium for applying arithmetic operations in everyday life. This activity encourages the development of logical thinking skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, which are frequently used in the bargaining process or in determining the price of goods. Furthermore, coin exchange helps maintain price stability and increases transaction efficiency in the market by reducing dependence on paper money, which is often difficult to divide accurately. Thus, the study concludes that the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market provides dual benefits, both in the economic context and in mathematics education.

the Bulutellue Village community. This research applies qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature review and field research. Field data was collected by conducting participant observation and in-depth interviews with 9 people. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the mattoana bola celebration is carried out by small families who have successfully built a house and lived in it for approximately three years in a healthy condition and with sufficient sustenance. The mattoana bola celebration is an expression of gratitude to Allah by carrying out several stages, including mattanra esso, maddareheng, massolong bola, mabbarasanji, and mabbaca doang salama. (2) the implementation of the mattoana bola celebration has an important meaning for the people of Bulutellue Village because it contains several values, namely, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, religious values, and the value of obedience to leaders.

udy aims to: (1) ascertain the legal rulings regarding Eid prayers; (2) determine the proper procedures for performing Eid prayers; and (3) identify the recommended practices associated with Eid prayers. Various methods are employed in manuscript research. This study utilizes a combination of textual criticism and popular readings to analyze an ancient manuscript. Additionally, the study draws upon Islamic jurisprudence (fiqih) to examine and reinforce the content of the manuscript. The popular readings used as a reference are found in the book Fathul Qorib by Shaykh Syamsudin. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) the legal rulings regarding attendance at Eid prayers; (2) the proper procedures for performing Eid prayers; and (3) the recommended practices associated with Eid prayers.

tory of thrifting, from the medieval period to the emergence of organizations such as Salvation Army and Goodwill that popularized it in the 19th century. The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, tim BKP melaksanakan intervensi psikoedukasi menggunakan media poster karena mampu menyampaikan informasi secara ringkas, visual, dan mudah dipahami. Poster memuat materi mengenai pengertian disabilitas, jenis-jenis disabilitas, serta etika komunikasi yang tepat. Poster dipasang pada area strategis dan diunggah melalui portal internal perusahaan. Hasil observasi lanjutan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman karyawan mengenai komunikasi inklusif, ditandai dengan respons positif serta meningkatnya kepercayaan diri karyawan dalam berinteraksi dengan penyandang disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, mulai dari perancangan, pembuatan, hingga pemasangan rencana edukasi. Rencana tersebut berisi informasi mengenai jenis-jenis sampah dan waktu penguraiannya, sehingga dapat menjadi sarana pembelajaran visual yang mudah dipahami dan menarik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya memilah sampah serta menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekitar.
