This study aims to explore the relationship between humanistic educational philosophy, psychological well-being, and students' learning satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University. By paying attention to the needs, interests, and potential of each student, the humanistic approach creates an inclusive learning environment that supports personal development. The results of the study show that this approach can enhance motivation, creativity, and critical thinking skills in students through interactive learning methods such as discussions, debates, and practical work. Furthermore, the humanistic approach also has a positive impact on students' mental well-being by creating an emotionally safe classroom atmosphere, reducing stress, and anxiety. Students feel more valued and supported in their personal development. However, challenges arise when educators fail to provide clear explanations or adequate guidance before assigning tasks or homework, which can increase pressure on students. In conclusion, this study emphasizes that the humanistic approach is essential in creating a meaningful learning experience, which not only focuses on academic achievement but also on character development and psychological well-being. ernal motivation is self-awareness or Mindfulness. However, research on Mindfulness as a factor influencing learning motivation, particularly in Generation Z, is still quite limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Mindfulness in enhancing learning motivation in Generation Z. This research uses purposive sampling to select samples that meet the research criteria. The participants involved are Generation Z individuals aged between 12 and 27 years, residing in Banten, and currently enrolled as active students. To measure the level of learning motivation, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) is used, while the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (FMMQ-10) is used to measure the level of Mindfulness. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship between Mindfulness and learning motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.152. This means that the higher an individual's level of Mindfulness, the higher their learning motivation will be. These findings suggest that Mindfulness can play an important role in improving learning motivation, especially when applied alongside other supporting factors such as social support, emotional regulation, and a conducive learning environment. This study provides evidence that a Mindfulness-based approach has the potential to be applied in strategies to enhance learning motivation. Therefore, the development of programs integrating Mindfulness practices into students' daily lives, particularly among Generation Z, could be an effective step in improving the quality of their learning experience.

In acute exacerbation conditions, impaired oxygenation becomes a major problem that may be influenced by various factors, including hemoglobin levels as the primary component of oxygen transport in the blood. However, the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD remains inconsistent, particularly in populations exposed to high environmental risk factors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD hospitalized at RSUD dr. Suhatman MARS Dumai, Kota Dumai. This research employed an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 73 patients selected through total sampling based on medical record data. Bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation (r = 0.098; p = 0.412), indicating a very weak and statistically insignificant correlation. The study concluded that hemoglobin levels do not directly influence the oxygenation status of patients with acute exacerbation COPD, where impaired oxygenation is more strongly affected by respiratory factors such as ventilation-perfusion imbalance and structural lung damage. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating the limited role of hemoglobin as a predictor of oxygenation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD within a population with specific environmental characteristics, thereby providing a basis for developing more comprehensive clinical approaches in monitoring and managing COPD patients.

The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. uantitative approach with a causal-associative design and utilizes secondary data obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population consists of 45 banking companies, from which 20 companies meeting the sampling criteria were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted comprehensively through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, exchange rates have a significant negative effect on stock prices, and interest rates also exert a significant negative effect. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that both independent variables significantly and negatively influence banking stock prices. These results highlight that macroeconomic volatility, particularly exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate movements, are crucial determinants to be considered in capital market analysis. Academically, this study contributes to the literature on the relationship between macroeconomic indicators and stock price dynamics, while practically, the results may serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions, for policymakers in formulating economic stabilization strategies, and for banking institutions in anticipating market risks arising from both global and domestic economic uncertainty.

Literature studies indicate that group counseling not only reduces anxiety levels in teenagers but also enhances their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. With support from family, schools, and the community, group counseling can become a sustainable strategy in promoting teenagers' mental well-being. Therefore, it is important to consider that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for all teenagers. However, group counseling provides a safe and structured platform for teenagers to learn from each other, strengthen their coping skills, and make progress in overcoming their anxiety. uan masyarakat Desa Banggina, Kecamatan Motui, Kabupaten Konawe Utara tentang hipertensi. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre-test dan post-test. Sampel berjumlah 25 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan, lalu dianalisis dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna antara skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi, dengan rata-rata meningkat dari 6,56 menjadi 8,56, nilai t sebesar 5,225, dan p-value < 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan penyuluhan mampu memperbaiki pemahaman masyarakat mengenai faktor risiko, dampak, dan cara pencegahan hipertensi, sekaligus berperan sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif untuk mendorong pola hidup sehat. Penyuluhan sebaiknya dilakukan secara rutin dengan melibatkan tenaga kesehatan, kader, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta didukung media edukasi yang mudah dipahami.
