Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap petugas lapangan, admin, dan supervisor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penanganan pelanggan dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan tingkat tunggakan pembayaran. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi rendahnya pemahaman pelanggan terhadap sistem pascabayar, alamat pelanggan yang tidak akurat, rumah kosong, dan persaingan promo kompetitor. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi personal, edukasi pelanggan, dan koordinasi antar tim memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan pelanggan IndiHome.

onsumer loyalty. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 17 college students who had knowledge or experience related to Islamic financial products. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software. The results showed that college students' preferences were influenced by religiosity, financial institution reputation, trust, digital service innovation, and financial education. These factors contribute to the formation of consumer loyalty. Based on these findings, this study developed a consumer loyalty model that encompasses three main dimensions: spiritual attachment, digital engagement, and community-based advocacy. This model integrates consumer loyalty theory and Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory to explain the relationship between religious values, digital behavior, and loyalty to Islamic financial products. The implications of this research lie in its contribution to broadening the theoretical understanding of consumer loyalty in the Islamic financial sector and providing strategic direction for financial institutions in strengthening long-term relationships with young customers.

Academic Year 2022/2023. The form of this research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students of class XI MIPA at SMA Swasta Gajah Mada Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The sample in this study was taken using cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class of 30 students implemented to the Jigsaw cooperative mastery model assisted by PhET and the control class of 28 students implemented to the DI version. This observation tool uses an essay test with ten proven questions used in this study. The average pre-test score of the experimental class is 32.89 with a normal deviation of 2.99 and the average post-test score is 84.33 with a normal deviation of 2.72. These figures are based entirely on research findings. The suggested pretest ratings and desired deviations for the manipulation style were 35.44 and 3.82, respectively , and the intended posttest ratings were 71.33 and 5.93. Lcount Ltable was accepted for each instruction with a daily distribution, even as Fcount obtained Ftable for homogeneous elegance. The results of the statistical test (t-party test ) and dk 56 found that the initial abilities of the 2 lessons were the same because tcount < ttable, or -0.84 1.94, is true. Furthermore, exclusive treatment has been applied to 2 lessons and towards the end of the lesson a publication test was given. SMA Mulia Pratama Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population is Class X MIPA semester 1 SMA Mulia Pratama Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The research pattern was taken from general sampling, which consists of training, namely the experimental class of 30 students carrying out the STAD version of learning assisted by Canva, and the control class of 30 students carrying out the Direct education (DI) model. Research notes were obtained using a tool in the form of an essay test which includes 10 questions that have been tested beforehand to see the validity of the questions, reliability, stages of the questions and discriminating power. Based on the results of the study for the experimental class, received an average pretest of 50.50 with a trendy deviation of 9.45 and an average post-test rating of 85.07 with a desired deviation of 6.06. For the splendor of manipulation, the average pretest value became 49.57 with a standard deviation of 9.18 and the average posttest value became 79.89 with a popular deviation of 5.48. both trainings have been declared generally disbursed (obtained L0 Fcount statistical test (two-tailed t test) for α = 0.05 and dk 58 obtained tcount < ttable, especially 0.418 < 2.002, this shows that the initial abilities in both classes are the same. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

Inti Bara Perdana sering terjadi beberapa kali antrian truck pada saat melintasi jalan tambang. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang lebarnya jalan tambang dapat mengganggu proses pengangkutan batubara maupun overburden yang akan diangkut. Lebar jalan pada kondisi lurus di lapangan adalah 9,4 m, 10,2 m, 10,4 m, 7,6 m dan 8,1 m dan lebar jalan pada tikungan adalah 10,8 m, 13,5 m, 13,9 m dan 10,1 m. Superelevasi pada tikungan adalah 1,9%-4,1%, kemiringan (grade) max adalah 10%-15%. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan adalah cross slope seharusnya dibuat, apabila terjadi hujan air tidak tergenang pada badan jalan yang dapat teraliri dengan baik dan tidak banyak perembesan. Superelevasi hendaknya dibuat pada tikungan, agar articulated dump truck tidak tergelincir atau terguling. Perawatan yang dilakukan dapat berupa pemadatan jalan, penambahan lapisan tanah dasar, serta penyiraman pada saat jalan kering dan berdebu.

(1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.
