esearch with a qualitative approach. This research sample involved the Language UPT of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University as the research subject, with a focus on the implementation of the TOEFL test and related programs. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the implementation of the TOEFL test at the UPT Bahasa Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University has several weaknesses, especially related to inadequate physical facilities, lack of training for instructors, and lack of flexibility in the test implementation schedule. Despite this, the program was successful in improving participants' English language skills, although there is still a need to focus more on developing broader practical and communication skills. This evaluation provides recommendations for improvement and further development in the implementation of the TOEFL test program, with the hope that these steps will improve the quality of test implementation and provide a greater contribution to students' academic and professional progress.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan pada Nabosi Showroom Mobil memiliki beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan. Strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan pemasaran online sangat efektif karena dapat memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan biaya yang relatif murah. Strategi pemasaran melalui brosur memiliki kekurangan karena biaya produksi dan distribusi yang relatif tinggi dan jangkauannya yang terbatas. Strategi pemasaran secara langsung atau mulut ke mulut sangat efektif karena dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan dengan rekomendasi dari teman atau keluarga.

To broaden understanding about the level of engagement, the research explores the students’ experiences in learning grammar using Nearpod. The research then analyzes the data from techniques to identify the pattern, trend, theme and meaning. The result of the research shows that the use of Nearpod in Grammar Lesson has significant impact in increasing students’ engagement. This finding implies the important of integrating subjects with digital platforms to create collaborative and interactive environment of learning.

The research results show that earnings management practices can reduce the value relevance of accounting information by affecting the quality of information conveyed in financial reports. Practices such as increasing revenue estimates or delaying expense recognition can cloud the picture of a company's true performance, which in turn affects economic decision making. These findings emphasize the importance of transparency and integrity in accounting practices to maintain the value relevance of accounting information for stakeholders. The implication of this research for accounting theory is the need to pay attention to earnings management practices within a broader theoretical framework regarding the integrity of accounting information. From a practical perspective, companies need to increase awareness of the importance of honest accounting practices and comply with applicable standards to minimize unethical earnings management practices. This implication is also relevant for regulators in strengthening regulations related to financial reporting in order to maintain the integrity of the capital market in Indonesia.

Findings indicate significant potential for reducing carbon footprint and operational costs through virtualization of services, e-learning integration, and smart facility management. However, major challenges persist, including high initial investment, digital literacy gaps among educators, concerns over technology's influence on traditional Islamic pedagogy (talaqqi), and inadequate technological infrastructure. The study concludes that a strategic, values-driven approach aligning Greentech adoption with maqashid sharia (particularly hifdz al-mal/resource preservation) is crucial. It presents a phased integration model that prioritizes technologies offering both environmental and educational benefits, advocating for a balanced fusion of technological efficiency and the preservation of relational, character-based Islamic learning.

Leaders act as transformative agents, internalizing eco-Islamic theology into institutional policies, curricula, and community practices. The study concludes that the Eco-Pesantren leadership model offers a significant framework for sustainable community development rooted in local religious wisdom. It recommends further development of this paradigm for broader application in Islamic educational institutions and communities facing environmental challenges.
