The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing purposive and random sampling to select students from hybrid classrooms. Data were collected through gamification-based platforms, student engagement surveys, and academic performance tests. The findings indicate that the use of gamification significantly increases student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement, particularly when integrated into a hybrid learning environment. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. The results provide practical recommendations for educators to implement gamified elements in their teaching strategies and for platform developers to enhance features that support hybrid learning. Future research should investigate the broader impacts of gamification, particularly on diverse learning styles and across different academic subjects.

gions. One of them is Rabaa Market which is located in Nagari Padang Tarok District. Baso, Agam Regency. The market is located on the side of the road connecting Bukittinggi-Payakumbuh-Pekan Baru. There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

Inti Bara Perdana sering terjadi beberapa kali antrian truck pada saat melintasi jalan tambang. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang lebarnya jalan tambang dapat mengganggu proses pengangkutan batubara maupun overburden yang akan diangkut. Lebar jalan pada kondisi lurus di lapangan adalah 9,4 m, 10,2 m, 10,4 m, 7,6 m dan 8,1 m dan lebar jalan pada tikungan adalah 10,8 m, 13,5 m, 13,9 m dan 10,1 m. Superelevasi pada tikungan adalah 1,9%-4,1%, kemiringan (grade) max adalah 10%-15%. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan adalah cross slope seharusnya dibuat, apabila terjadi hujan air tidak tergenang pada badan jalan yang dapat teraliri dengan baik dan tidak banyak perembesan. Superelevasi hendaknya dibuat pada tikungan, agar articulated dump truck tidak tergelincir atau terguling. Perawatan yang dilakukan dapat berupa pemadatan jalan, penambahan lapisan tanah dasar, serta penyiraman pada saat jalan kering dan berdebu.

There are various public complaints submitted through the mass media as evidence that the implementation of services to the community cannot be carried out optimally, giving rise to a bad image of government officials.This study aims to find out how the quality of service provided by the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office to the public when applying for a Driving License (SIM) C is based on the use of theory from Parasuraman et al. (1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.
