many factors such as the price of other precious metals, the price of crude oil, the performance of the stock exchange, and the exchange rate of currencies. This study discusses gold price forecasting using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the best model is in the data distribution of 70%: 30% for training and testing, with a MAPE of 4.7% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of multiple linear regression method produces a fairly good model for gold prices forecasting. Besides, the correlation analysis show that the price of other precious metals greatly influences the price of gold where in this case the silver price whose correlation value is 0.87.

Abstrak: Peramalan harga merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan ekonomi. Melakukan peramalan terhadap kenaikan dan penurunan harga emas harian dapat membantu investor memutuskan kapan harus membeli atau menjual komoditas. Harga Emas bergantung pada banyak faktor seperti harga logam mulia lainnya, harga minyak mentah, kinerja bursa saham, dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penelitian ini membahas peramalan harga emas dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik terdapat pada pembagian data pelatihan 70% dan pengujian 30%, dengan MAPE sebesar 4.7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode regresi linear ganda menghasilkan model yang cukup baik untuk peramalan harga emas. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa harga logam mulia lainnya sangat mempengaruhi harga emas dimana dalam hal ini variabel harga perak yang nilai korelasinya 0.87.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada masyarakat dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kawasan perkotaan yang berubah sangat cepat menyebabkan pergerakan masyarakat atau pengguna jalan menjadi semrawut seperti di Kotamadya Medan. Masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitasnya sehari-hari secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh pola pergerakan manusia yang tidak teratur, dalam hal ini yang dimaksud adalah peningkatan kemacetan, keterlambatan, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah manusia dalam menggunakan fasilitas jalan yaitu sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan jalur terpendek dengan menggunakan metode djikstra dan spanning cycle menggunakan graf sebagai cabang dari matematika dan ilmu komputer. Rencana kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kota Medan dengan menggunakan data citra spasial dari peta kota Medan, data spasial berbasis google maps, dan data atttributnya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian yang diharapkan adalah diperoleh hasil perbandingan kedua algoritma sesuai dengan data spasial yang digunakan, dan luaran hasil penelitian akan dipublish pada artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasi sinta 4 atau yang lebih baik.

Abstrak: Sepeda motor adalah suatu alat transportasi yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. This study focuses on the analysis of hashtag trends related to general elections, such as #capres2024, #cawapres2024, and #pemilu2024, on Instagram, and their influence on user perceptions. It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. By integrating CMC and political branding theories, this study presents a framework for understanding how digital tools can foster a more engaged and informed electorate.

The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. onomical. Since the amount of electricity consumed by users cannot be precisely predicted, balancing generation with consumption necessitates accurate electrical load forecasting. This study focuses on load forecasting using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The forecast developed targets daily peak loads, which fall under short-term load forecasting. The data used for this forecasting consists of historical daily peak loads from January 1, 2017, to June 9, 2022. The forecasting process involves parameters such as radius, squash factor, accept ratio, reject ratio, and epoch. The forecast accuracy is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The results are then compared with PLN’s load forecasting, which employs the load coefficient method. The ANFIS-based forecasting achieved a MAPE of 1.879%, using networks Jaringan_24 and Jaringan_25. This MAPE value is slightly lower than PLN’s load forecasting MAPE of 1.917%, indicating better accuracy by the ANFIS method.

To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.
