The results of this study are to improve the quality of student graduates at MAN Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands through Arabic language learning, then it can use madrasah principal management, namely through; a) planning, b) organizing, c) implementing, and e) supervising. Planning includes needs analysis, short and long term goals, and relevant curriculum development. Organizing by setting a clear organizational structure with specific assignments and responsibilities for each Arabic language teaching staff. Implementation by actively implementing an innovative Arabic language curriculum, ensuring that Arabic language learning materials are always up-to-date and relevant to student needs. Supervision by conducting periodic monitoring of the Arabic language learning process to ensure that the curriculum and teaching methods are implemented according to plan.

Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah pengambilan sampel klaster, yang melibatkan siswa dari kelas VI B dan VI C sebagai subjek penelitian.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji-T untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data dari kedua kelas tersebut berdistribusi normal, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,052 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 0,693 untuk kelas kontrol; kedua nilai tersebut melebihi 0,05. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai Sig. (dua sisi) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05; oleh karena itu, H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang menggunakan model PBL dan mereka yang belajar secara konvensional. Oleh karena itu, model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa.
This study was conducted to examine the impact of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in the topic of ratios at AlWashliyah Private Elementary School 80 Kisaran. The research method used was an experiment with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique selected was cluster sampling, involving students from classes VI B and VI C as research subjects. The data analysis techniques used included the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the t-test for hypothesis testing. The results of the normality test indicated that the data from both classes were normally distributed, with significance values of 0.052 for the experimental class and 0.693 for the control class; both values exceeded 0.05. The results of the hypothesis testing showed a Sig. (two-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05; therefore, H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. This proves that there is a significant difference in mathematics achievement between students who used the PBL model and those who learned conventionally. Therefore, the Problem-Based Learning model has been proven effective in improving students’ mathematics achievement.

he Vocational Skills Education Program (PKK) in the hair beauty sector at LKP LADY in Asahan Regency. The previous manual participant selection process was considered inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to support a more objective, transparent, and structured participant selection processThe implementation results show that the system is capable of generating participant rankings. Of the total 25 registered participants, the system successfully displayed 16 participants with the highest scores. The participant with the highest ranking was Kholina Zuhro who obtained a utility value of 0.7688. By implementing this system, the selection process at LKP LADY becomes faster, more efficient, and fairer because decisions are based on systematically determined criteria, thereby improving the quality of training results and confidence in the selection process.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara dalam menyeleksi peserta pelatihan. Salah satu penerapannya dapat dilihat pada Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) bidang kecantikan rambut di LKP LADY Kabupaten Asahan. Proses seleksi peserta yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dinilai kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) guna mendukung proses seleksi peserta secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data peserta berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja, status pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, dan jarak tempat tinggal dari lokasi pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta. Dari total 25 peserta yang didaftarkan, sistem berhasil menampilkan 16 peserta dengan nilai tertinggi. Peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Kholina Zuhro yang memperoleh nilai utility sebesar 0,7688. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, proses seleksi di LKP LADY menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan adil karena keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pelatihan dan kepercayaan terhadap proses seleksi.

The main issue faced by the store is that the inventory often falls short, leading to stockouts, which disappoints customers and decreases sales. This problem can be attributed to various factors, one of which is the efficiency of the supply chain. A smooth supply chain is crucial for a business that distributes goods. Toko Arif Jaya often faces stock shortages, which result in customer dissatisfaction and a decline in sales. To address this issue, it is proposed to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) using PHP and MySQL technologies. This system is designed to facilitate real-time inventory control, ensuring better product availability and enhancing customer satisfaction. With this SCM, Toko Arif Jaya can respond to market demand more quickly and accurately, reduce the risk of stockouts, and optimize inventory management. Currently, if the store's inventory is low or out of stock, Toko Arif Jaya still uses the traditional method of contacting suppliers through WhatsApp to restock. Based on the above problems, a system will be developed to assist the store owner and suppliers in controlling inventory data by implementing Supply Chain Management using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation of the Supply Chain Management method will facilitate real-time inventory monitoring for both suppliers and store owners, thereby ensuring efficient distribution of goods to end-users.

Abstrak: Toko Arif Jaya adalah toko serba ada yang beralamat di Jl. Protokol, Binjai Serbangan, Kec. Air Joman. Toko ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2016 oleh pemiliknya yaitu Bapak Muhammad Nur Arifin. Toko tersebut menyediakan kebutuhan seperti alat tulis kantor, perlengkapan rumah tangga, mainan dan kebutuhan lainnya. Permasalahan yang ada pada toko tersebut adalah persediaan barang sering kali tidak mencukupi yang menyebabkan kehabisan stok di toko sehingga mengecewakan pelanggan dan mengurangi penjualan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya ialah kelancaran rantai pasokannya. Kelancaran rantai pasokan ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan yang menyalurkan barang. Toko Arif Jaya menghadapi masalah kekurangan stok barang yang sering kali menyebabkan kekecewaan pelanggan dan penurunan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah kontrol persediaan barang secara real-time, sehingga memastikan ketersediaan produk yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan SCM ini, Toko Arif Jaya dapat merespons permintaan pasar lebih cepat dan akurat, mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris. Selama ini jika persediaan barang pada toko telah berkurang atau sampai kehabisan, Toko Arif Jaya masih menggunakan cara lama dalam menghubungi pihak supplier yang terkait melalui whatsapp untuk memasok barangnya lagi. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka akan dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu pemilik toko serta supplier dalam mengontrol data persediaan barang dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penerapan metode Supply Chain Management akan memudahkan pihak supllier dan pemilik toko dalam mengetahui persediaan toko secara realtime sehingga kegiatan penyaluran barang kepada pemakai akhir.

This research uses the K-Means Clustering (Multidimensional) method, making it easier to see patterns and structures in data that are difficult to see in the original representation. The application of the K-Means Clustering (Multidimensional) algorithm produces 3 clusters with a silhouette_score value of 33, namely cluster 0 with a high level of population poverty of 1, cluster 1 with a moderate level of population poverty of 4 and cluster 2 with a low level of population poverty as many as 28.

Abstrak: Banyak upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menghapus kemiskinan pada masyarakat dengan cara melakukan program seperti pro-poor, bantuan sembako maupun bantuan uang tunai yang berguna untuk mencapai standar masyarakat sejahtera. Hasil pengolahan data tersebut berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan kedepannya. Mengingat banyaknya data masyarakat, maka untuk mengetahui masyarakat miskin bukanlah hal mudah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, sama halnya di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering (Multidimensi) memudahkan untuk melihat pola dan struktur dalam data yang sulit dilihat dalam representasi aslinya. Penerapan algoritma K-Means Clustering (Multidimensi) menghasilkan 3 cluster, yaitu dengan cluster 0 dengan tingat kemiskinan penduduk yang tinggi sebanyak 1, cluster 1 dengan tingat kemiskinan penduduk yang sedang sebanyak 4 dan cluster 2 dengan tingkat kemiskinan penduduk yang rendah sebanyak 28.

Implementing the Single Exponential Smoothing method to forecast shoe sales will make it easier for store owners to stock up on shoes. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. PHP is a programming language capable of making websites dynamic. MySQL uses a server, localhost/phpMyAdmin, and a database server. The material data collection process is still done by recording manually so that errors can occur in determining the amount of material inventory. When observed in depth, there are still many obstacles that can be seen since this effort was implemented. From here, it is important to examine the scope of the application of supply chain management as a manifestation of efforts to advance business players, especially the home industry. Abstrak: Usaha tahu ini baru saja mulai di rintis sejak Januari 1997 di Hesa Perlompongan, Kec.Air Batu, Kab.Asahan Sumatera Utara. Alasan mendasar penerapan supply chain management ini karena program ini melibatkan beberapa pihak yang terkait seperti suplier, distributor dan konsumen. Adapun kegiatan utama yang dilakukan yaitu produksi tahu dalam lingkup industri rumah tangga. Kebutuhan bahan baku di Pabrik Tahu Helen setiap hari dan hal ini bisa meningkat tergatung pesanan pelanggan. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh Pabrik Tahu Helen adalah sering mengalami kehabisan stok bahan dikarenakan terkadang banyak pesanan mendadak dari pelanggan. Proses pendataan bahan masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan secara manual sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan bahan. Bila diamati secara mendalam, masih banyak kendala yang terlihat sejak usaha ini dilaksanakan. Dari sini penting untuk dikaji ruang lingkup dari penerapan supply chain managemen sebagai wujud dari usaha memajukan pelaku bisnis khususnya industri rumah tangga. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang hanya mengumpulkan data dan menjelaskan secara deskripstif/narasi tanpa harus diolah dengan perhitungan. Abstrak: PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa yang berlokasi di Hessa Air Genting, Kecamatan Air Batu, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara.Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang penjualan dan distribusi yang memiliki cakupan cukup luas di pulau Sumatera. PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa menjual produk utama Indofood salah satunya minyak goreng bimoli. Kendala yang dialami oleh PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa sering mengalami masalah ketersediaan stock barang dikarenakan banyaknya permintaan produk dari konsumen. Selain itu ada masa dimana terlalu banyaknya persediaan (over stock) yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan terlalu tingginya beban biaya guna menyimpan dan memelihara bahan selama penyimpanan di gudang padahal barang tersebut masih mempunyai opportunity cost (dana yang bisa ditanamankan / diinvestasikan pada hal yang lebih menguntungkan). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode SMA dalam memecahkan masalah prediksi permintaan minyak goreng pada periode selanjutnya. Selain itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem peramalan yang digunakan oleh PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa dalam meramalkan permintaan Minyak Goreng tiap bulannya dan mengimplementasikan Metode Single Moving Average dalam meramalkan Permintaan Minyak Goreng khusunya minyak goreng Bimoli Pada PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa.
