cause it is able to make decision trees that are easy to describe, and has a level of efficiency in handling discrete and numeric attribute data. While the Naive Bayes method is used because it has a high accuracy of results. This research was conducted based on data from students of SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Kisaran which contained questions about feelings of wrong majors, interests, and determinants of other majors. Data is divided into 2 labels, namely free labels (y) and bound labels (x). Followed by dividing the dataset into training data and testing data with a ratio of 70:30 in both methods to get the level of accuracy. From the results given, it can be seen that the C45 algorithm has an accuracy of 85% and the Naive Bayes algorithm has an accuracy of 26%. This shows that the C45 algorithm is more effective in classifying the available datasets compared to the Naive Bayes.

Interactive and varied learning methods aim to increase student interest and participation in the learning process. Apart from that, the use of technology is also an important part of increasing digital literacy and numeracy. Through training, workshops, development of digital educational content, and integration of digital and computing skills into the curriculum, we aim to enable students to develop skills that meet the needs of our time. Through these programs, it is hoped that students will improve their literacy and numeracy skills, help them handle digital information better and prepare them to face the challenges of this digital era. The methods used to understand the impact of online learning on the interests and learning outcomes of Basic Mathematics for Civil Engineering students are qualitative and quantitative methods. The r test results show that rcount > rtable or 0.9998 > 0.306. This means that online learning influences students' interest in learning Basic Mathematics in the Civil Engineering Study Program. The results of the t test show that tcount ≥ ttable is 4.01 ≥ 2.045 so that online learning also influences the Basic Mathematics learning outcomes of Civil Engineering Study Program students. Students' ability to answer test questions during online learning was 76.67%.

The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

Hal ini mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pihak-pihak berkepentingan. Oleh karena itu, pengukuran kinerja perusahaan saat ini tidak lagi hanya berfokus pada kinerja laporan keuangan tetapi juga kinerja non-keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk., dan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, konsumen, proses bisnis internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yang tercermin dalam metode pendekatan balance scorecard. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan sebesar 71,5%. Sedangkan persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan adalah sebesar 42,8%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kategori baik pada kinerja yang diperoleh PT. isual media, audiovisual content, and internet use, causing conventional learning methods to become less engaging and less effective in fostering active learner participation. This study aims to analyze Sunday School strategies in addressing the opportunities and challenges of digitalization, the utilization of digital media for children’s spiritual growth, and the roles of teachers, churches, and families in developing relevant and transformative spiritual learning. The research employed a qualitative approach with a library research design enriched through phenomenological analysis of digitalization practices in Sunday School ministry. Data were obtained through a review of literature on Christian educational theology, child pedagogy, digital literacy, and reflective observation of the use of Bible animation videos, social media, and online learning platforms. The findings indicate that the digitalization of Sunday School ministry through Bible animation videos, YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet, and Christian learning applications enhances children’s interest, participation, and understanding of God’s Word through learning experiences that are more interactive, communicative, and contextual. The challenges of digitalization are reflected in gadget-related distractions, digital dependency, reduced learning concentration, and unequal access to technology among certain families. The study concludes that the success of digital Sunday School requires the integration of technology, teacher competence, parental guidance, digital literacy, and continuous spiritual formation. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a digital Sunday School ministry model that integrates technological media, pedagogical strategies, family supervision, and children’s spiritual formation in a holistic manner, thereby ensuring that church ministry remains adaptive, inclusive, and centered on children’s faith development in the digital era.

cial role in developing students’ logical, critical, and systematic thinking skills; therefore, successful mathematics learning constitutes an essential component of vocational education. The research problem focused on the influence of learning interest and self-confidence on the mathematical cognitive learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students at SMK Negeri 7 Kabupaten Tangerang. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The research sample consisted of 129 students selected through cluster sampling techniques. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and documentation of students’ mathematics scores. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings revealed that learning interest did not have a significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, contributing only 1.1%, whereas self-confidence had a significant effect with a contribution of 10.8%. Simultaneous testing demonstrated that learning interest and self-confidence collectively exerted a significant influence on mathematics learning outcomes with a contribution of 13.8%. The findings indicate that self-confidence is a more dominant affective factor than learning interest in improving the mathematical cognitive learning outcomes of vocational high school students. The novelty of this study lies in the finding that the vocational practice-oriented characteristics of vocational high school students cause learning interest not to directly influence mathematics learning outcomes, while self-confidence emerges as a more determining factor in students’ academic achievement. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing mathematics learning strategies that are more oriented toward strengthening students’ psychological aspects.

GTC possess complex learning profiles, characterized by high intellectual capacity, rapid knowledge acquisition, and intense interests and creativity that exceed the average. The mismatch between conventional teaching approaches and the distinctive needs of GTC in inclusive environments creates serious pedagogical challenges, notably the hindered realization of their full potential. This article aims to critically examine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction as an adaptive curriculum strategy in addressing the diverse needs of GTC within inclusive classrooms. Through a systematic literature review, the differentiation approach is analyzed within the framework of modifying content, process, and product of learning based on students' readiness, interests, and cognitive profiles. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiation significantly enhances intrinsic motivation, active engagement, and academic achievement of GTC, while maintaining social cohesion in the classroom. Differentiated instruction also contributes to the creation of an inclusive, dynamic, and pedagogically equitable learning environment. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration of differentiation principles with inclusive practices as a foundation for curriculum design that emphasizes individual excellence and appreciation of diversity. These findings offer substantive contributions to the development of a more transformative and responsive pedagogical paradigm, while also providing both theoretical and practical foundations for educators in designing curriculum interventions that empower all learners, including those with exceptional capacities.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated instruction in Social Studies subjects and assess its contribution to the quality of both the learning process and its outcomes. The method employed is a systematic literature review, identifying and analyzing scholarly articles obtained through the Publish or Perish software, which utilizes Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2016 to 2025. The findings indicate that the application of differentiated instruction has a significantly positive impact on enhancing student engagement, academic achievement, the development of critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of concepts in Social Studies. This approach also succeeds in fostering an inclusive, adaptive, and participatory learning environment that encourages intrinsic motivation and boosts students’ self-confidence. The study emphasizes that the success of differentiated instruction heavily depends on teachers' ability to design and implement data-driven, responsive teaching strategies tailored to each student's needs. These findings are expected to serve as practical guidance for teachers in developing more effective instruction, enrich the academic discourse in the field of differentiated pedagogy, and contribute to the formulation of education policies that support diversity and equity in junior high school learning processes.
