Fatwas issued by scholars play a crucial role in providing legal guidance for Muslims in Indonesia, particularly in the context of technological and modern economic developments such as e-commerce, sharia fintech, and digital investments. Using a qualitative approach with literature study, this research analyzes various fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and the factors influencing the scholars' decisions, including technological advancements, societal needs, and globalization. Furthermore, this study identifies obstacles in the implementation of fatwas, such as limited public understanding and potential conflicts with government regulations. The research finds that, despite the challenges, there is significant potential for aligning fatwas with positive legal regulations in Indonesia. Collaboration between scholars, religious institutions, and the government is essential to ensure the effective implementation of fatwas and create an inclusive and just legal system for Muslims. The synergy between fatwas and regulations is expected to support the sustainable development of the Islamic economy and contribute to the building of a more prosperous and harmonious Indonesian society.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics through a meta-analysis. The PBL model emphasizes student-centered learning, where students are invited to solve real and relevant problems, thus increasing engagement and deeper conceptual understanding. Data were collected from 20 research articles published between 2017 and 2024, which discuss students’ cognitive abilities and the PBL approach. The meta-analysis results show that PBL has a significant effect on improving students’ cognitive abilities in Physics, with 13 articles showing high effect sizes, 3 articles moderate effect sizes, and 4 articles low effect sizes. PBL has proven effective in developing students’ critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, PBL enhances students’ active participation in the learning process and facilitates the understanding and application of Physics concepts in various practical situations. This study asserts that PBL is an effective method for improving students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics at the high school level, by fostering critical thinking, communication, and practical knowledge application skills. These findings underscore the importance of using innovative learning models such as PBL to advance Physics education and improve student learning outcomes.

In the field of health continues to undergo rapid development, one of the breakthroughs that has been used is the use of ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves are the result of mechanical vibrations produced by the movement of isolated molecules in their diffusion media. If tissues receive ultrasound waves, the impact includes biological effects, mechanical effects and thermal effects. Some of the findings that have been established are the application of ultrasound waves to therapies in cases that appear on physical limbs. On this article aims to be able to contribute in the field of health so that it is easier to develop the use of ultrasonic therapy. This article is compiled using a literature review method taken from the references that have been collected. Of all the references collected, ultrasonic waves are used as therapies for some physical function problems. This therapy also collaborates with several paractic methods of health to address the existing problems. Therapy using ultrasonic modality has been shown to reduce pain, muscle cramps and minor injuries. It can be concluded that ultrasound therapy can help deal with patients suffering from disorders in their physical bodies, either to reduce pain or during the recovery process.

The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, and data was triangulated for analysis. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.

The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.

in this area is the performance of parking attendants, which affects the effectiveness of parking management and traffic safety. Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance.

Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor transportasi, seperti yang terlihat pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengukur efektivitas, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan memberikan apresiasi bagi juru parkir yang memiliki kinerja baik.
