From some information gathered from people queuing, services using a manual queuing system are less effective and efficient. So, to meet the needs of good community service, District Office Agencies need to innovate a DIGITAL queuing system. Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.

facilities, infrastructure, and public utilities through the principle of mutual cooperation. BSPS recipients must meet several criteria, such as income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, wall type, roof type, and water source. To address issues based on these criteria, Data Mining techniques using the Naive Bayes method were employed. This study utilized a dataset of BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district, comprising 88 samples. The classification results from applying Naive Bayes yielded a precision value of 84%, a recall value of 81%, an F1-score of 82%, and an accuracy of 81%. The objective of this research is to facilitate the classification of eligible and rightful recipients of government assistance in the form of BSPS. se of this study is to analyze public perceptions of the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, openness, and the rule of law in public services in Gurinda Jaya Village, Merauke Regency, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of village officials and community service users. The results indicate that the implementation of good governance principles has not been optimal, characterized by discrepancies in service delivery times with established standards, limited public understanding of service information, inconsistent transparency practices, and an unfulfilled sense of justice and legal certainty in public services. The study's conclusion confirms that strengthening apparatus capacity, improving discipline and integrity, and strengthening village government commitment and community participation are important implications for realizing more effective and accountable village governance.

The research problem addresses how Moses’ leadership integrity in Numbers 12:3–8 is understood through exegetical analysis and how it is relevant to the leadership of contemporary Christian Religious Education teachers. This study aims to identify the principles of Moses’ leadership integrity and to formulate its theological and practical relevance for Christian education. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through biblical exegesis, theological analysis, and practical theology based on library research. The findings indicate that Moses’ integrity is grounded in profound humility, an intimate relationship with God as the source of leadership legitimacy, and moral consistency in obedience to the divine calling despite criticism and internal conflict. The study concludes that leadership integrity is not based on formal position, but on character quality aligned with the will of God and a living spiritual relationship. Its implication for Christian Religious Education teachers is that integrity constitutes the foundation of pedagogical and spiritual authority in shaping students’ character through life example, alignment between faith and action, and deep spiritual devotion. The novelty of this research lies in integrating the exegetical study of Numbers 12:3–8 with the construction of a leadership model for Christian Religious Education teachers based on three core dimensions of Moses’ integrity, forming a coherent theological framework applicable to contemporary Christian education.

This study aims to analyze the urgency of visual-based learning and the impact of textual design incompatibility on student learning outcomes in the digital era. The study employs a systematic literature review approach by synthesizing findings from neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and multimedia learning theory relevant to elementary education. The results indicate that the visual system has a strong neurobiological foundation, supports faster information processing, enhances long-term retention, and strengthens the formation of conceptual mental models when integrated with verbal narration. The findings also reveal that digitalization without instructional design grounded in cognitive principles risks generating excessive cognitive load and the screen inferiority effect. The study concludes that adaptive visual integration based on multimedia principles and cognitive load management constitutes a fundamental strategy for improving the quality of elementary education. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative neuro-pedagogical approach, which systematically connects neuroscience findings, learning theories, and instructional design practices to reconstruct the paradigm of twenty-first-century learning.

The problem addressed in this study is the effectiveness of the multisensory learning approach in improving the reading skills of children with dyslexia in inclusive elementary education settings. This research was conducted through a systematic literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing upon scholarly sources published in nationally and internationally accredited journals over the past decade. Thematic analysis was employed to identify consistent empirical findings related to multisensory interventions. The results show that the multisensory approach (which simultaneously engages visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile modalities) has been proven to enhance phonological decoding, word recognition accuracy, reading fluency, and learning affectivity in children with dyslexia. Its effectiveness is highly influenced by the duration and intensity of the intervention, educators' competence in designing multisensory activities, and the suitability of materials to individual sensory profiles. The conclusion of this review asserts that the multisensory approach is not merely a remedial strategy, but a neuroeducation-based pedagogical framework that is inclusive and transformative. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative emphasis on the multisensory approach and principles of educational neuropsychology as the foundation for developing learning models that are responsive to the needs of neurodivergent learners in the context of inclusive elementary education in Indonesia.

GTC possess complex learning profiles, characterized by high intellectual capacity, rapid knowledge acquisition, and intense interests and creativity that exceed the average. The mismatch between conventional teaching approaches and the distinctive needs of GTC in inclusive environments creates serious pedagogical challenges, notably the hindered realization of their full potential. This article aims to critically examine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction as an adaptive curriculum strategy in addressing the diverse needs of GTC within inclusive classrooms. Through a systematic literature review, the differentiation approach is analyzed within the framework of modifying content, process, and product of learning based on students' readiness, interests, and cognitive profiles. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiation significantly enhances intrinsic motivation, active engagement, and academic achievement of GTC, while maintaining social cohesion in the classroom. Differentiated instruction also contributes to the creation of an inclusive, dynamic, and pedagogically equitable learning environment. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration of differentiation principles with inclusive practices as a foundation for curriculum design that emphasizes individual excellence and appreciation of diversity. These findings offer substantive contributions to the development of a more transformative and responsive pedagogical paradigm, while also providing both theoretical and practical foundations for educators in designing curriculum interventions that empower all learners, including those with exceptional capacities.
