PENERAPAN FUZZY MULTI CRITERIA DECISION MAKING UNTUK PEMILIHAN BIBIT CABAI UNGGUL

Abstract: Abstract: chili is a plant that many of us have encountered in Indonesia, usually used as a cooking spice and flavor enhancer in food. Chili includes members of the genus Capsicum. The high number of chili enthusiasts has… s made the need for chili higher in Indonesia while chili is used in various fields such as medicine, cooking spices, and the food industry. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.   Keywords: Chili Seeds; Decision Support System; Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making   Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia  cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan  bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam menetukan bibit cabai unggul. PENERAPAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DALAM PEMILIHAN BIBIT JAGUNG UNGGUL

Abstract: Abstract: The use is still the traditional way by trying corn seeds planted by farmers in Tanjungbalai in Asahan Regency. Farmers will choose maize seeds that are fast growing, but will have poor yields on fruit size, resulting… sulting in less satisfactory yields. As a result a problem arises that will occur in the absence of determining a number of criteria that can get quality corn seeds. Farmers are not familiar with the use of technology in getting good corn seeds. This requires the use of a system that is able to answer and provide solutions in the selection of corn seeds using a number of criteria and alternatives to superior corn seeds. This research uses AHP method decision support system with comparison of criteria and alternatives in the selection of superior corn seeds in producing the best alternative.   Keywords: AHP, alternatives, criteria,  farmers superior corn seeds     Abstrak:  Penggunaan masih cara yang tradisional dengan mencoba  bibit jagung yang di tanam oleh para petani di Tanjungbalai di Kabupaten Asahan.  Petani akan  memilih bibit jagung yang waktu tanamnya cepat, namun akan memiliki menghasilkan yang kurang baik pada ukuran buah mengakibatkan hasil produksi menjadi kurang memuaskan. Akibatnya timbul suatu masalah yang akan terjadi dengan tidak  adanya penentuan sejumlah kriteria yang bisa  mendapatkan bibit jagung yang berkualitas. Para petani kurang paham dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam mendapatkan bibit jagung yang bagus. Hal ini diperlukan penggunaan sistem yang mampu menjawab dan memberikan  solusi dalam pemilihan bibit jagung menggunakan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif bibit jagung unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan metode AHP dengan perbandingan kriteria dan alternatif pada pemilihan bibit jagung yang unggul dalam menghasilkan sebuah alternatif yang terbaik.   Kata kunci: AHP, alternatif, bibit jagung unggul, kriteria,  petani  

PEMILIHAN BIBIT TERNAK SAPI POTONG MELALUI KOMBINASI METODE AHP DAN METODE MFEP

Abstract: Beef is a livestock product that has economic value. The high demand for meat requires farmers to cultivate cows by supplying cattle to meet consumer needs. In terms of selecting beef cattle seeds, independent breeders still… till do traditionally. During this time farmers still use the trial and error method in choosing the best type of cow even just concerned with the price factor. This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

The paper under review deals with the practically important problem of suppressing oscillations at natural frequencies in control systems for a linear oscillator, which is traditionally considered a dynamic object described by a second-order differential equation with complex roots of the characteristic equation. The focus of the work is the question of the roughness of the system in relation to inaccurate knowledge of the resonant frequency of the controlled object (which is typical for many technical applications).

Ungkapan Cita Rasa Nasi Tutug Oncom di Era Global

Abstract: Nasi tutug oncom is a traditional Sundanese dish, which is not only a food but also reflects the rich culture and life of the Sundanese people. The purpose of this study examines the uniqueness of nasi tutug oncom and how… w this dish acts as a tool to express the values, identity, and social dynamics of Sundanese society that continues to evolve in the midst of globalization. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data acquisition through literature study, interviews with culinary experts and the community, and analysis of how tutug oncom rice is presented in various media, this research tries to reveal the deep meaning behind tutug oncom rice. The research sample is tutug oncom rice. The results show that nasi tutug oncom is more than just food; it symbolizes the hospitality, local wisdom and food security of the Sundanese people. The process of making it, serving it, and eating it, is full of meanings that reflect the values of mutual cooperation, simplicity, and respect for nature. In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide. However, on the other hand, nasi tutug oncom is vulnerable to changes that can eliminate its uniqueness and original characteristics. This research suggests the importance of preserving and developing nasi tutug oncom without sacrificing its cultural and philosophical significance. Overall, this research shows that food is not just a daily necessity. Through nasi tutug oncom, we can see that food has deep social and cultural aspects, which are important for preserving local cultural diversity.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the transformation of Islamic education management in the digital era and its implications for the quality of learning, with a focus on the innovation of technology use in teaching and administration.… istration. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation in several Islamic educational institutions that have implemented digital technology. Research results reveal that the adoption of technology such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and administrative digitization has improved the effectiveness of the learning process and the efficiency of school management. The findings also indicate that this transformation brings significant changes to the organizational culture, creating higher transparency and accountability in the management of educational institutions. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive analysis of the challenges and strategies faced by Islamic educational institutions in aligning technological advancements with traditional values, as well as the emphasis on the importance of continuous training for educators to enhance technological competence. Nevertheless, there are still obstacles such as limited infrastructure and a lack of digital literacy among educators. This research concludes that digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions offers great potential in improving the quality of education, provided it is accompanied by the enhancement of educators' capacities and equitable access to technology

Implementation of Labor Law in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 - Challenges and Solutions

Abstract: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has drastically transformed global industries, introducing advanced technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, and digitalization into the workplace. This rapid technological&#8230; shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

The Role of Internet to Bridge Language Gaps in Learning English as a Foreign Language in Solo's Multilingual

Abstract: This study investigates the role of the internet in bridging language gaps and enhancing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction within Solo's multilingual context. The focus is on how internet resources aid students&#8230; ents in navigating between Bahasa Jawa, Bahasa Indonesia, and English, reflecting the multilingual dynamics of EFL classrooms. Utilizing a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with students from grade XII public senior high schools in Solo, Central Java. The findings reveal that the internet plays a significant role in facilitating language learning by providing access to diverse resources and interactive platforms. It is reported that internet tools help them create more engaging and culturally relevant lessons, which cater to the multilingual backgrounds of the students. Students highlighted that online resources offer immediate feedback, diverse learning materials, and opportunities for practicing English in real-world contexts, which are crucial for mastering a foreign language. Moreover, the study shows that the internet supports students in developing digital literacy skills, which are essential for effective language learning in the 21st century. The use of internet-based learning tools helps students seamlessly transition between languages, enhancing their overall language proficiency and confidence in using English. This research underscores the importance of integrating internet resources in EFL education to address the unique linguistic needs of students in multilingual settings. Future studies should explore the long-term impacts of internet use on language acquisition and its potential integration with traditional teaching methods to create a more holistic and effective EFL learning environment.

The Macroscopic Measurement Of The Liver And Kidney Of Male Mice (Rattus Norvegicus Berkenhout) Treated With Neptunia Plena Lour Leaf Extract

Abstract: The Supan Supan Laki plant (N. plena Lour) has been used traditionally by a group of people in Pal Batu Village, Paminggir District, North Hulu Sungai Regency as a herbal medicine to increase male sexual activity. Based&#8230; on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.
