The success of HoK is not solely determined by the quality of its game mechanics but also by its ability to deliver an immersive user experience and implement adaptive Content Marketing strategies. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Game User Experience (GUX) and Content Marketing on Player Loyalty, with Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from active HoK players using a validated survey instrument. The results of the analysis indicate that both GUX and Content Marketing have a significant positive effect on Satisfaction, which, in turn, mediates their influence on Loyalty. The proposed mediation model successfully illustrates the affective role of Satisfaction as a key determinant in the formation of player Loyalty in digital contexts. These findings not only reinforce theoretical foundations in the domain of experience-based marketing but also offer practical insights for game developers and marketers in designing sustainable retention strategies through the optimization of gameplay experience and value-driven content delivery. Accordingly, this study presents a relevant conceptual framework for understanding the mechanisms of Loyalty formation within the competitive and dynamic mobile gaming industry.

The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka, including supportive and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis. Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. The triggering factor discouraging enrollment in this school is the presence of more competitive schools with larger student bodies and an Islamic environment.

District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. The research methodology includes historical data collection, regression analysis, web-based system design using PHP and MySQL, and system testing through the Black Box method. The results indicate that the developed model is capable of generating measurable and systematic sales estimations based on stock and price variables. The implementation of this system can assist store management in planning inventory levels and pricing strategies more efficiently, thereby improving operational effectiveness and business competitiveness.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data transaksi penjualan pada Toko F3I Kisaran dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan dan penetapan harga. Selama ini, keputusan masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan overstock maupun stockout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi penjualan dengan menerapkan teknik Data Mining menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda guna menganalisis pengaruh variabel stok dan harga terhadap penjualan. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data historis, analisis perhitungan regresi, perancangan sistem berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem dengan metode Black Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun mampu menghasilkan estimasi penjualan berdasarkan variabel stok dan harga secara lebih terukur dan sistematis. Implementasi sistem ini dapat membantu manajemen toko dalam merencanakan jumlah persediaan dan strategi harga secara lebih efisien, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan bisnis dan daya saing perusahaan.

ased on the PROMETHEE method (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) to assist prospective students in objectively and systematically selecting the best university in Asahan Regency. The main issue addressed is the lack of integrated information regarding the strengths of each educational institution, as well as the absence of a recommendation system that considers various important criteria such as accreditation, facilities, tuition fees, achievements, and study programs. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The implementation results of the PROMETHEE method show that Royal University achieved the highest ranking, followed by Asahan University and STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. This method has proven effective in producing rational and transparent campus rankings based on multi-criteria preferences. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for prospective students and educational institutions in improving the quality and competitiveness of higher education in the Asahan region.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) guna membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih kampus terbaik di Kabupaten Asahan secara objektif dan terstruktur. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah kurangnya informasi terintegrasi mengenai keunggulan masing-masing institusi pendidikan serta belum tersedianya sistem rekomendasi yang mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penting seperti akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya pendidikan, prestasi, dan program studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil implementasi metode PROMETHEE menunjukkan bahwa Universitas Royal memperoleh peringkat tertinggi diikuti oleh Universitas Asahan dan STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. Metode ini terbukti mampu menghasilkan peringkat kampus secara rasional dan transparan berdasarkan preferensi multikriteria. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi calon mahasiswa dan pihak institusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing perguruan tinggi di wilayah Asahan.

This method was used to group sales data from February 2024 to January 2025 into three categories: best-selling, least-selling, and non-selling products. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, through sales data collection and direct interviews with store owners. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and designed with tools such as UML, DFD, and ERD. The results of this clustering system are expected to provide strategic information useful for Alya Collection in planning stock, promotions, and product development, thereby increasing sales effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang kompetitif, pemilik usaha seperti Alya Collection menghadapi tantangan dalam menentukan produk fashion yang tepat untuk ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Ketergantungan pada intuisi tanpa dukungan data seringkali mengakibatkan keputusan yang kurang akurat dan berisiko merugikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan penjualan dengan menerapkan metode data mining menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data penjualan dari Februari 2024 hingga Januari 2025 ke dalam tiga kategori: produk terlaris, kurang laris, dan tidak laris. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data penjualan serta wawancara langsung dengan pemilik toko. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dirancang dengan alat bantu seperti UML, DFD, dan ERD. Hasil dari sistem klasterisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi strategis yang berguna bagi Alya Collection dalam merencanakan stok, promosi, serta pengembangan produk, sehingga mampu meningkatkan penjualan secara efektif dan efisien.
