This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, journals, and literature related to data protection in the banking sector. The results of the study indicate that banks have legal responsibilities based on the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and banking provisions to maintain the confidentiality of customer data. If a data leak occurs, the bank can be subject to administrative, civil, or even criminal sanctions depending on the level of negligence. In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for regulators and banking industry players in strengthening the protection of customer personal data.

This article aims to conceptually examine pathways toward financial independence in Islamic educational institutions through a zero capital approach. Employing a qualitative library research design, this study critically analyzes scholarly books and peer-reviewed journal articles related to Islamic education management, social entrepreneurship, and non-profit organizational governance. The findings reveal that financial independence is not solely determined by the availability of financial capital, but rather by the institution’s capacity to optimize non-financial assets, including social capital, intellectual capital, and symbolic capital. The zero capital approach emerges as a transitional strategy that encourages the effective utilization of internal resources, competency-based productive innovation, and operational efficiency through digitalization. The novelty of this article lies in repositioning financial independence as a structural, asset-based process aligned with Islamic values, rather than as an instant outcome driven by monetary capital. This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic education management discourse and offers strategic insights for institutional leaders seeking sustainable financial independence under resource constraints.

The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

bibliometric analysis of global trends, collaboration networks, and thematic developments remains limited. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. Thematic mapping reveals that mental toughness (18.4%) and resilience (14.7%) are dominant topics, while psychometrics (6.3%) and competitive anxiety (5.1%) remain underexplored. g based commercial transactions often involve real time, visually driven interactions that encourage impulsive purchasing decisions, making traditional regulatory frameworks insufficient. This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.
