an apalagi dalam kegiatan pengangkutan maka yang perlu harus diperhatikan adalah jalan tambang (mine road). Berdasarkan pengamatan di block 10 PT. Inti Bara Perdana sering terjadi beberapa kali antrian truck pada saat melintasi jalan tambang. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang lebarnya jalan tambang dapat mengganggu proses pengangkutan batubara maupun overburden yang akan diangkut. Lebar jalan pada kondisi lurus di lapangan adalah 9,4 m, 10,2 m, 10,4 m, 7,6 m dan 8,1 m dan lebar jalan pada tikungan adalah 10,8 m, 13,5 m, 13,9 m dan 10,1 m. Superelevasi pada tikungan adalah 1,9%-4,1%, kemiringan (grade) max adalah 10%-15%. Saran yang dapat penulis berikan adalah cross slope seharusnya dibuat, apabila terjadi hujan air tidak tergenang pada badan jalan yang dapat teraliri dengan baik dan tidak banyak perembesan. Superelevasi hendaknya dibuat pada tikungan, agar articulated dump truck tidak tergelincir atau terguling. Perawatan yang dilakukan dapat berupa pemadatan jalan, penambahan lapisan tanah dasar, serta penyiraman pada saat jalan kering dan berdebu.

Learn." A hermeneutic-phenomenological study was conducted with five students in grades 4-5. Data were generated through in-depth conversations and participant observations during a four-week classroom mindfulness program and analyzed through phenomenological reduction and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the unchanging essence, namely "a shift from an anxious mind to a calm mind that opens up space for learning," is expressed through four interrelated themes: perceived emotional calm, sustained attention, easier recall, and positive appreciation of quiet moments. The study concludes that mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a pedagogical way of life that begins with learning; integrating brief, mindful pauses can foster reflective, calm, and independent learners aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile.

imental untuk menguji apakah aplikasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa secara lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode pengajaran konvensional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas tujuh tahun ajaran 2024/2025, dengan dua kelas yang dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu kelas 7E dan 7F yang masing-masing berjumlah 35 siswa. Satu kelas dijadikan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan aplikasi Hello English, sedangkan kelas lainnya menjadi kelompok kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes berbicara dan dianalisis secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang diajar menggunakan aplikasi Hello English memperoleh kemampuan berbicara yang lebih baik, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 84,00 dibandingkan dengan 74,86 pada kelas kontrol. Selain itu, hasil Independent Samples Test menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 5,616 dengan derajat kebebasan 68 dan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05 (<0,001), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kedua kelompok. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Hello English secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa.
This study investigates the effect of using the Hello English application on the speaking skills of seventh-grade students at SMPN 13 Kota Tangerang. The research employed a quantitative, quasi-experimental design to examine whether the application could improve students’ oral proficiency more effectively than conventional teaching methods. The population consisted of seventh-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year, with two classes selected as samples using cluster random sampling: class 7E and class 7F, each with 35 students. One class served as the experimental group using the Hello English application, while the other functioned as the control group using conventional instruction. Data were collected through speaking tests and analyzed statistically. The findings revealed that students taught through the Hello English application achieved better speaking performance, with an average post-test score of 84.00 compared to 74.86 in the control class. Furthermore, the Independent Samples Test showed a t-score of 5.616 with 68 degrees of freedom and a significance value below 0.05 (<0.001), indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, the Hello English application significantly improved students’ speaking skills.

Metode yang dipakai dalam kajian ini ialah prototype melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi, penyempurnaan, serta implementasi sistem. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan memakai Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor, XAMPP menjadi web server lokal, serta localhost guna pengujian aplikasi berbasis web. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta basis data MySQL. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem informasi akademik berbasis web mampu melakukan peningkatan efisiensi pengolahan data, menekan human error, mempercepat penyusunan laporan nilai, serta memperkuat keamanan dan transparansi data akademik siswa di SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.
The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the field of education, particularly in the management of academic data and student assessment systems. SMPI Hidayatul Athfal still uses a manual and semi-computerized grading system, where scores are recorded in books and processed using Microsoft Excel. This system creates several challenges, such as delays in grade processing, calculation errors, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and storing academic data. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed to support the management of student grades in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner. The research method used in this study is the prototype method, which includes the stages of requirements gathering, prototype development, evaluation, refinement, and system implementation. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code as the text editor, XAMPP as the local web server, and localhost as the web-based testing environment. The programming languages used include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database management system. The results of the study show that the web-based academic information system improves data processing efficiency, reduces human error, accelerates the generation of grade reports, and enhances the security and transparency of students’ academic data at SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan the one group pre-test and post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Penderita Hipertensi di Desa Walatana Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Baluase berjumlah 170 orang, dengan jumlah sampel 20 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Hasil Penelitian tekanan darah responden sebelum diberikan jus tomat pada kategori grade 1 berjumlah 12 responden (60%) dan grade 2 berjumlah 8 responden (40%) sedangkan tekana darah setelah diberikan jus tomat normal tinggi 15 responden (75%), grade 1 berjumlah 4 responden (20%) dan grade 2 berjumlah 1 responden (5%). Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p-value 0.001 (0.001 < 0.05). Simpulan ada pengaruh pemberian jus tomat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah Pada penderita hipertensi di Desa Walatana Kecamatan Baluase. Saran bagi petugas kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baluase diharapakan memberikan penyuluhan tentang jus tomat terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Penderita Hipertensi di Desa Walatana Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Baluase.

ng Motivation on Learning Outcomes, with Learning Independence as a moderating variable, in 11th grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak, located at Jl. Ujung Defense, Lantasan Baru, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This study used an ex post facto approach. The population was 35 11th grade Accounting students. The sample size was 35 students, using total sampling. Data collection was conducted through documentation and questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire was first tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was then processed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 30 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. This is indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.321 with a significance level of 0.021, which is less than 0.05. (2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. The analysis results show a regression coefficient of 0.428 with a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. (3) Self-efficacy and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. This is proven by a calculated F-value of 18.672 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. (4) Learning independence moderates the effect of self-efficacy on accounting learning outcomes. This is indicated by the significance value of the interaction variable between self-efficacy and learning independence of 0.043, which is less than 0.05. (5) Learning independence moderates the influence of learning motivation on accounting learning outcomes. The analysis results show a significance value of the interaction variable between learning motivation and learning independence of 0.029, which is less than 0.05. iting skills in learning Indonesian through the application of image media in using the problem based learning (PBL) model in grade IV of SDN 55 Air Pacah, Padang City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student writing skill assessment sheets. The percentage of teacher activity obtained in Cycle I was 80% and increased in Cycle II with a percentage of 92.5%. The average observation of student activities in Cycle I was 72.5% and increased in Cycle II with an average of 85%. The completion of student writing skill learning outcomes in Cycle I was 44% with an average learning outcome of 62, increasing to 84% in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 78. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' descriptive text writing skills
