In this study, the authors built a web-based sales application (e-commerce) using the codeigniter framework. The method used in software development is the waterfall method, which in this method, starts from analyzing needs, system and software design, coding, testing, and program implementation. The result of this research is the implementation of a web-based sales system (e-commerce) at CV. Kurnia Mebel, can be used as a means of sales that can be accessed online anywhere and anytime, the purchase process can be done directly without having to come to the showroom, and can facilitate the storage of customer data, products, and company transactions.

. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang. e authentic assessment offers various advantages that should not be taken for granted. This study aimed at investigating, 1) the assessment practice in the classroom, 2) the effectiveness of authentic assessment practice for assessing writing skill, and 3) the challenges of the practice. This study was a descriptive case study. The population of the study encompassed 31 learners in grade-5 elementary school. The instruments used for collecting the data were field notes yielded from classroom observation, transcript interview, and related documents. The result of the study performed that (1) the teacher employs several types of assessment, yet authentic assessment is the most preferrable in the practice, (2) the authentic assessment practice in the classroom is effectively depicting learners’ actual competence, comprising real-world relevance, and encouraging evaluation, and (3) the teacher encounters the challenging experience in designing acceptable assessment for learners with diverse level of English competence and the sufficient time, as well. In summary, this study has torched a light on the practice of authentic assessment in originally realizing the function of assessment. The different school setting, teaching experiences, learners’ language proficiency skills, and classroom environment might bring about a distinct result.

Similarly, the study underscores the pivotal role of Independent Commissioners in promoting conservative accounting practices. However, their impact is not amplified by Firm Size. The pressures faced by larger firms can lead to more aggressive financial reporting, thereby limiting the effectiveness of Independent Commissioners. Additionally, the Audit Committee is identified as a crucial governance mechanism in fostering Accounting Conservatism, but its effectiveness is also diminished in larger firms due to complex organizational structures. Overall, the research underscores the critical need for governance frameworks to be adaptive and tailored to the unique challenges posed by Firm Size. By recognizing and addressing these complexities, organizations can enhance the integrity and transparency of their financial reporting, thereby fostering trust among stakeholders and contributing to corporate accountability.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai jenis strategi inovatif seperti flipped classroom, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan cooperative learning berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa, serta hasil belajar akademik mereka. Respons positif dari guru dan siswa terhadap metode-metode inovatif ini juga tercatat dalam penelitian ini. Diskusi mengenai temuan ini menunjukkan konsistensi dengan teori-teori pembelajaran seperti konstruktivisme dan teori pembelajaran aktif. This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs.
