Pengembangan Model Pendampingan Berbasis Project Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Di SDN 15 Padang Genting

Abstract: Abstrak Project-Based Learning (PBL) merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar melalui aktivitas kolaboratif dan berbasis proyek. Namun, guru di SDN 15 Padang… dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.   Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.

The Use Of Board Game In Vocabulary Learning For The Eleventh-Grade Students

Abstract: This qualitative descriptive study investigated the impact of using board games into English vocabulary instruction for eleventh-grade students at MA Miftahul Ulum Bettet.  Data were collected through classroom observations,… ions, structured interviews with five students and the teacher, and document analysis (lesson plans, student reflections).  Thematic analysis revealed that board games significantly enhanced student engagement and motivation, fostering collaborative learning and contextualized vocabulary acquisition.  Students reported increased enjoyment and improved vocabulary retention compared to traditional methods.  While challenges related to time management and instructional alignment were identified, the findings strongly suggest that board games offer a valuable and effective supplementary approach to vocabulary instruction, aligning with constructivist and experiential learning principles.

Gamified Learning Platforms: Enhancing Student Engagement and Achievement in Hybrid Classrooms

Abstract: This research explores the impact of gamification on student engagement and learning outcomes in hybrid classrooms at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang. The study aims to identify the role of gamified platforms in enhancing student participation… articipation and to analyze the relationship between student engagement and academic achievement. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing purposive and random sampling to select students from hybrid classrooms. Data were collected through gamification-based platforms, student engagement surveys, and academic performance tests. The findings indicate that the use of gamification significantly increases student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement, particularly when integrated into a hybrid learning environment. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. The results provide practical recommendations for educators to implement gamified elements in their teaching strategies and for platform developers to enhance features that support hybrid learning. Future research should investigate the broader impacts of gamification, particularly on diverse learning styles and across different academic subjects.

The Effectiveness Of Learning Media In Enhanching Students’ Motivation To Learn

Abstract: This research investigates the influence of classroom environment and psychological factors on English learning motivation at SMP Negeri 14 Kota Serang. A conducive classroom environment is deemed crucial in shaping students'… ents' attitudes towards using English, yet it often faces challenges such as different pronunciation from standard English and social stigma related to using a foreign language outside of classroom contexts. A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues. The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) efektivitas proses pembelajaran Google Classroom, 2) efektivitas aplikasi Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran daring dan 3) kendala pembelajaran daring menggunakan media Google… oogle Classroom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Efektivitas pembelajaran Google Classroom, diukur sebesar 75,50% untuk pembelajaran daring di Google Classroom, 2) Efektivitas Google Classroom Aplikasi Classroom untuk pembelajaran daring 79,28% menyatakan sangat efisien digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring, 3) terkait jaringan internet Kegagalan pembelajaran daring dengan media Google Classroommencapai 92,90%.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertuajuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti siswa kelas II semester II melalui penerapan model Snowball Throwing di SD Negeri 2 Tolai Kecamatan Balinggi Kabupaten Parigi… igi Moutong Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SD Negeri 2 Tolai Kecamatan Balinggi Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Lama dan Waktu penelitian : Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester II tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Analisis data nilai awal sampai dengan tes akhir baik itu pada siklus I dan Siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kelas, daya serap siswa, dan ketuntasan pada akhir siklus II sudah melebihi ketuntasan belajar yaitu 75%. Selain itu hasil daya serap mencapai kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.

Strategic Innovation in Improving 21st Century Competencies at SMPN 46 Surabaya

Abstract: Today's education faces the challenge of preparing students with competencies that are relevant to the demands of the times. This research aims to explore innovative strategies in improving 21st Century competencies at SMPN… MPN 46 Surabaya. The research method involved classroom observation, interviews with teachers, and document analysis. Findings show that project-based learning, the use of interactive technology, cooperative learning models, and student-centered approaches are effective in developing 21st Century competencies. In addition, simulation activities, innovative curriculum development, special extracurricular programs, and continuous teacher training also play an important role. The conclusions emphasize the need for inclusive and innovative learning approaches in dealing with the demands of modern education. The findings provide a strong foundation for the development of effective learning strategies to improve students' 21st Century competencies in the future.
