To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. This study focuses on developing an educational animation aimed at raising awareness about the effects and prevention of cyberbullying by employing the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) approach. The MDLC method provides a structured, step-by-step process for creating multimedia-based animations, involving concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. Assets were created in Adobe Illustrator, while animation development used Adobe Animate to effectively communicate cyberbullying risks and preventive strategies to teenagers. Distributed through social media to assess audience feedback, the animation received initial positive responses, indicating an increased understanding of cyberbullying prevention. This study serves as a useful basis for further research into digital media’s role as a preventive tool against cyberbullying among youth.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi media utama untuk interaksi sosial, terutama di kalangan remaja. Sementara kemajuan digital membawa berbagai keuntungan, mereka juga menimbulkan tantangan, seperti masalah cyberbullying yang berkembang, perilaku online berbahaya yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental dan hubungan sosial remaja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan animasi edukasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang efek dan pencegahan cyberbullying dengan menggunakan pendekatan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Metode MDLC menyediakan proses langkah demi langkah yang terstruktur untuk membuat animasi berbasis multimedia, yang melibatkan konsep, desain, pengumpulan material, perakitan, pengujian, dan tahap distribusi. Aset dibuat di Adobe Illustrator, sedangkan pengembangan animasi menggunakan Adobe Animate untuk mengomunikasikan risiko cyberbullying dan strategi pencegahan secara efektif kepada remaja. Didistribusikan melalui media sosial untuk menilai umpan balik audiens, animasi tersebut menerima tanggapan positif awal, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pencegahan cyberbullying. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar yang berguna untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peran media digital sebagai alat pencegahan terhadap cyberbullying di kalangan remaja.

ately, which can ultimately improve livestock health and livestock productivity. In developing this system, the Forward Chaining technique is used as the main inference method. This method was chosen because of its ability to produce conclusions based on available facts in stages, so it is very suitable for expert system applications that require repeated and complex decision-making processes. This research begins with a system requirements analysis that includes identification of common types of cattle diseases, associated symptoms, as well as the knowledge and rules required for the diagnosis process. Next, system design is carried out which includes creating a knowledge base, inference engine, and user interface. The result of this research is a prototype expert system for diagnosing cattle diseases which has been tested and shows satisfactory performance in detecting various cattle diseases based on the symptoms entered. With this system, it is hoped that farmers can more quickly take appropriate action against diseases that attack their livestock, so that they can minimize losses and increase the efficiency of livestock businesses.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis dan perancangan sistem deteksi penyakit sapi menggunakan teknik Forward Chaining. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu peternak dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai penyakit pada sapi secara cepat dan akurat, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ternak dan produktivitas peternakan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, teknik Forward Chaining digunakan sebagai metode inferensi utama. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan kesimpulan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tersedia secara bertahap, sehingga sangat cocok untuk aplikasi sistem pakar yang memerlukan proses pengambilan keputusan berulang dan kompleks. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang mencakup identifikasi jenis-jenis penyakit sapi yang umum, gejala-gejala yang terkait, serta pengetahuan dan aturan yang diperlukan untuk proses deteksi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan sistem yang mencakup pembuatan basis pengetahuan, mesin inferensi, dan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe sistem pakar deteksi penyakit sapi yang telah diuji dan menunjukkan kinerja yang memuaskan dalam mendeteksi berbagai penyakit sapi berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dimasukkan. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan peternak dapat lebih cepat dalam mengambil tindakan yang tepat terhadap penyakit yang menyerang ternaknya, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan meningkatkan efisiensi usaha peternakan.

However, not all students are able to take these courses and the level of understanding of students is quite diverse, so clustering or grouping is needed based on the level of understanding of students in understanding the course. This study uses data mining techniques with the K-Means Clustering method to determine the distribution of student understanding levels of professional ethics courses. The purpose of this study was to see how far the success rate of the professional ethics course was proclaimed through the results of one semester's learning and to use the clustering results as a benchmark for developing the course and as evaluation material for students who did not understand the course.

Abstrak: Etika merupakan karakter dasar yang dimiliki seseorang dalam mencerminkan kehidupannya sehari – hari. Etika menjadi gambaran tingkah dan perilaku seseorang dalam berkegiatan di lingkungan sosial. Seperti hal nya dalam dunia pekerjaan etika profesi sangat di junjung tinggi karena menjadi ciri khas profesionalisme seseorang dalam dunia pekerjaan. Sehingga untuk menanamkan karakter etika yang baik dalam dunia pekerjaan, kampus STMIK Royal telah mengajarkan mata kuliah pendukung yakni mata kuliah etika profesi untuk menunjang sikap dan karakter yang baik dalam dunia profesi atau pekerjaan. Namun, tidak semua mahasiswa mampu mengikuti mata kuliah tersebut dan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa yang tergolong beragam sehingga diperlukan clustering atau pengelompokan berdasarkan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memahami mata kuliah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data mining dengan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengetahui persebaran tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah etika profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan mata kuliah etika profesi yang dicanangkan lewat hasil pembelajaran satu semester dan menjadikan hasil clustering tersebut sebagai tolak ukur untuk mengembangkan mata kuliah tersebut dan menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi mahasiswa yang tidak memahami mata kuliah tersebut. Hasil dari clustering dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 3 yaitu mahasiswa dengan tingkat pemahaman Baik, Cukup Baik dan Tidak Baik.

With the development of technology, it is necessary to design a web-based SDGs Cinta Statistics application using the codeigniter framework by developing an agile method where this method is a software development method that is needed when the system has undergone repair or renewal. Abstrak : Indonesia sebagai salah satu Negara yang telah menyepakati penerapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) / Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) berkomitmen untuk menyukseskan pelaksanaan SDGs melalui berbagai kegiatan dan menunjukkan komitmen dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Asahan melaksanakan Program Pembinaan Statistik Sektoral Desa Cinta Statistik atau yang disebut Desa Cantik dan Program Entry SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik Tahun 2021. Program Pembinaan Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) berfokus pada meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran dan peran aktif perangkat desa/kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Pengelolaan data secara manual tersebut masih kurang efektif dan efesien untuk bekerja dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka perlulah dirancang sebuah aplikasi SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan mengembangkan metode agile dimana metode ini adalah metode pengembangan software yang dibutuhkan ketika sistem telah mengalami perbaikan atau pembaharuan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan membantu pegawai BPS Asahan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data yang tersimpan aman, cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Untuk stoknya sendiri UD.Central hanya menyetok pupuk dan herbisida berdasarkan perkiraan saja sehingga sering terjadi kekurangan dan kelebihan pasokan. Maka dari itu untuk menentukan target penjualan yang ingin dicapai dengan cara memperhatikan kondisi penjualan di masa lalu. Informasi penjualan sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat membantu peramalan dalam penjualan herbisida supaya stok herbisida pada usaha tersebut bisa terkontrol dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu meramalkan penjualan herbisida dari waktu ke waktu. Sehingga dengan hasil peramalan yang dihasilkan, diharapkan bisa membantu penjualan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada. Abstrak: Sistem inventarisasi pada Universitas Ibnu Sina pada bagian sarana dan prasarana pada sistem yang lama masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan oleh karena itu penulis tertarik mengembangkan dari sistem yang lama sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang ter-update dan user friendly yang mana lebih memiliki kelebihan diantaranya fitur barcode, fitur kontrol barang, kemudian ketua memiliki akses secara langsung yang sebelumnya tidak dimiliki sistem lama. Pengembangan pada sistem inventaris barang ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype dengan model pengembangan menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini nantinya dapat mempermudah staff sarana dalam pencarian informasi barang dengan cara scanner barcode pada label QR yang sudah ditempel pada barang, mempermudah mengetahui kondisi barang yang dilakukan secara berkala dengan adanya fitur kontrol barang, mempunyai tiga aktor dalam penggunaan sistem inventaris yang mana aktor utama memiliki akses secara penuh dan dua aktor lainnya memiliki akses terbatas dalam penggunaan sistem. Dengan harapan agar bagian sarana lebih mudah dalam pengkontrolan semua asset ataupun inventaris barang yang ada pada Universitas Ibnu Sina. Sehingga dapat menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan yang ada.
