g time, because they have to open (CPU) the Central Processing Unit and release other components to be explained by students. Inefficient time in opening and releasing computer hardware components when the course is taking place is the main problem that will be solved by researchers in this study. Plus the computer components that will be explained are quite small, making students unable to see it clearly when in the teaching and learning process. The offered solution, utilizing a technology based on 3D animation. Where this 3D animation technology will provide a more realistic appearance. As in the study entitled SINDO JOURNALIST 3D FILM ANIMATION in the journal Art Design and Culture volume 2. No. 1 March 2017, which researchers have reviewed, also explained that the use of 3D design technology can produce vivid and real visuals that are close to their original form [1]. The method in developing 3D animation in this study uses the Reseach and Development (R&D) Method. Conclusions from this study, researchers have succeeded in making a 3D animation-based information media about the introduction of computer hardware for the Introduction to Information Technology Practicum, with the process of animation results that have been tested using blackbox test.

Abstrak: Mata kuliah praktikum Pengantar Teknologi Informasi adalah matakuliah umum yang selalu terdapat pada setiap kampus IT di Indonesia. Untuk memberikan pengenalan hardware kepada peserta didik, setiap dosen selalu membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dikarenakan harus membuka (CPU) Central Processing Unit dan melepaskan komponen lainnya agar dapat dijelaskan oleh peserta didik. Tidak efisiennya waktu dalam membuka dan melepaskan komponen hardware komputer ketika matakuliah berlangsung menjadi permasalahan utama yang akan diselesaikan peneliti dalam penelitian kali ini. Ditambah lagi komponen komputer yang akan dijelaskan cukup kecil, membuat peserta didik tidak dapat melihatnya dengan jelas ketika dalam proses belajar mengajar. Solusi yang ditawarkan, memanfaatkan sebuah teknologi berbasis 3D animasi. Dimana teknologi 3D animasi ini akan memberikan tampilan yang lebih realistis. Metode didalam pengembangan animasi 3D pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Reseach and Development (R&D). Simpulan dari penelitian ini, peneliti sudah berhasil membuat sebuah media informasi berbasis animasi 3D tentang pengenalan hardware komputer untuk matakuliah Praktikum Pengantar Teknologi Informasi, dengan proses hasil animasi yang sudah diuji dengan menggunakan blackbox testing.

Abstrak : Ada pun permasalahan penugasan membahas tentang tempat titik awal proses berjalannya sebuah sumber ke sejumlah tujuan, yang mana bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi atau keuntungan. Dalam masalah penugasan ada terdapat hal yang penting yang harus bisa dipertimbangkan dalam melakukan sebuah pekerjaan dalam bidang perusahaan . Agar nantinya perusahaan dapat mengkondisikan penugasan agar biaya produksi dan kelebihan waktu produksi dapat diminimumkan. Using the 9.8 V input from Trafo 5A and changing the capacitor value of 6.8nf / 100v x10 C on the transmitter (coil transmitter bigger than coil receiver). Installation of each capacitor with a distance of 7 cm, give effect to maximal value increase, with Voltage 14.2 V, current 0.02 A, power 0.284 W and Decrease Freq 610.5 KHz. As for the distance of 12 cm also get a maximum value of 11.8 V voltage, current 0.02 A, and a decrease in Frequency 614 Khz. The greatest efficiency at both distances is obtained, and . To turn the load to the maximum (7 lamps used 7 W lamps with a total load 28 W), PWT connected to USB 5V, and connected to battery and booster converter circuit so the distance is 12 cm, obtained input voltage 2.2 and output voltage 47.8 V, with output power of 1.43 W, current 0.03 A, and percentage increase of 2072 voltage. Installation of capacitors affects the voltage values, current, distance and power on the receiver. To light a large load, used a series of booster converter to power 28 W load, with 3.7 V input on battery packed on USB 5V, type TP-4056.

Abstrak: Penggunaan Wireless saat ini tidak lagi hanya bisa mengirim data atau file, pengiriman daya atau perpindahan daya bisa diterapkan menggunakan sistem teknologi jaringan nirkabel atau disebut juga wireless energy transfer. Tujuan penelitian, untuk membuat prototype power wireless transfer dengan menggunakan rangkaian royer oscilator, dan menyalakan beban secara maksimal dengan input seminimal mungkin. Dengan menggunakan input 9.8 V dari Trafo 5A dan perubahaan nilai kapasitor 6,8nf / 100v x10 C pada bagian transmitter (coil transmitter lebih besar dari coil receiver). Pemasangan tiap-tiap kapasitor dengan jarak 7 cm, memberi dampak peningkatan nilai maksimal, dengan Tegangan 14.2 V, arus 0.02 A, daya 0.284 W dan Penurunan Freq 610.5 KHz. Sedangkan untuk jarak 12 cm juga mendapatkan nilai maksimal tegangan 11.8 V, arus 0.02 A, dan penurunan Frequensi 614 Khz. Efisiensi terbesar pada kedua jarak tersebut didapat, dan . Untuk menyalakan beban secara maksimal (beban digunakan lampu 7 W sebanyak 4 lampu dengan total beban 28 W), PWT dihubungkan ke USB 5V, dan terhubung ke baterai dan rangkaian booster converter, sehingga jarak 12 cm, didapat input tegangan 2.2 dan keluaran tegangan 47.8 V, dengan daya keluaran 1.43 W, arus 0.03 A, dan Persentasi kenaikan tegangan 2072. cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.

The research highlights the need of customizing HRD programs to cater to the varied requirements of employees and adjusting to rapid changes in the work environment. The findings provide practical and effective guidance for firms to improve their HRD processes and give stronger support for employee development. Further investigation is recommended to examine the incorporation of emerging technologies in HRD and evaluate their influence on employee engagement and development.

the prevalence of hypertension by utilizing nonpharmacological therapies, such as consuming young coconut water consumption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of young coconut water consumption on reducing high blood pressure in menopausal women. A nonrandomized controlled trial study with a pretest-posttest control group design was chosen as the design of this study, which was conducted at the Community Health Center of Pekalongan, East Lampung Regency. A consecutive sampling technique was used to select eligible participants among menopausal women diagnosed with mild and moderate hypertension by medical personnel, totalling 16 treatment groups and 16 control groups. The treatment group was given the intervention of consuming young coconut water 300 ml morning and evening for seven days and taking standard hypertension medication. Meanwhile, the control group took standard hypertension medication. Participants had their blood pressure checked using an aneroid tensimeter before and after treatment. Data were analysed using a paired t-test with a confidence level (α) of 0.05 to prove the treatment effect on blood pressure reduction. The results found that the treatment of drinking young coconut water affected reducing systole blood pressure (p-value 0.016) and diastole (p-value 0.007). The average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure pre and post-treatment was 11.25 mmHg and 9.87 mmHg after participants were controlled by taking standard hypertension medications. Drinking young coconut water can be used as a companion option for hypertension treatment by the community.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that support or hinder the mental health of mothers who experience teenage pregnancy, and to present key findings from the relevant literature in this context. The research method used was a qualitative analysis of relevant literature studies found through systematic searches in academic databases and scientific journals. This approach allowed us to explore the findings of various studies and gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. The main results of this study show that teenage pregnancy has a significant impact on the mother's future mental health, including an increased risk of depression, anxiety and postnatal stress. Factors such as social support, access to mental health services, and economic conditions play an important role in determining the mother's future mental health. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to improve future maternal mental health should be a priority in public policy and clinical practice. A holistic approach that takes into account the various factors that influence maternal mental health, as well as cross-sectoral cooperation, is needed to create a supportive environment for adolescent mothers to achieve optimal mental well-being.
