Digitalisasi Desa Wisata Untuk Peningkatan Ekonomi Desa Berkelanjutan Melalui Kemitraan Pokdarwis Lembar Selatan

Widia Febriana, Husain, I Made Yadi Dharma, Lady Faerrosa
Abstract: Abstract: Developing tourism villages is a crucial strategy for strengthening local economies, reducing urbanization, and maintaining cultural and environmental sustainability. This concept is increasingly relevant in the… e era of digital transformation, when tourism villages are required to adapt through technology-based smart tourism approaches, digital promotion, and information services. One area with significant potential is Lembar Selatan Village in West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Surrounded by 70 hectares of mangrove forest, a coastline, marine life, and well-preserved local traditions, the village has the potential to be developed into a coastal ecotourism destination. The Lembar Selatan Ecotourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) has begun managing tourism based on conservation and environmental education. However, obstacles remain, such as low digital literacy, the lack of an online promotion and reservation system, and limited destination management training. These conditions impact market reach and low tourist visits. Therefore, Community Service (PKM) activities are designed to increase Pokdarwis capacity, strengthen tourism digitalization through websites and promotional media, and encourage local community empowerment. This program is expected to realize inclusive, participatory, and sustainable coastal ecotourism, as well as strengthen the competitiveness and branding of Lembar Selatan Tourism Village. Keyword: stourism village; tourism digitalization; coastal ecotourism; tourism group (pokdarwis); tourism digitalization; smart tourism; website. Tourism as an Alternative Sector for Regional Economic Transformation in Kutai Kartanegara Regency: A Systematic Literature Review

Hayyun Hardika, Diana Lestari, Juliansyah Roy
Abstract: Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province, has long depended on coal mining and petroleum as its primary economic drivers. This dependence creates structural vulnerability to global commodity price fluctuations… and long-term sustainability challenges. This article presents a systematic literature review examining tourism as an alternative sector for regional economic transformation in Kutai Kartanegara. Drawing on 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2016–2024, the review synthesizes evidence on: (1) the role of tourism-led growth and its multiplier effects on local economies; (2) community-based tourism (CBT) as an inclusive development model; (3) structural transformation theory as a framework for economic diversification; and (4) the specific potentials and constraints facing tourism development in resource-dependent regions. The review finds that tourism exhibits significant forward and backward economic linkages, stimulates SME growth and creative economy, and can meaningfully reduce reliance on extractive industries. Key barriers include infrastructure gaps, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal governance coordination. The findings provide a theoretical and empirical foundation for the ongoing field research into tourism's transformative role in Kutai Kartanegara's regional economy.

Abstract: This study examines the complex consequences of industrial area development on both the national and regional economies of Indonesia, with a specific focus on the interaction between these two domains. This research employs… oys a comprehensive case study methodology to examine the policies crucial for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the aftermath of the pandemic. Industrial expansion's direct and indirect effects on job creation, economic diversification, technological advancement, and resource distribution are all examined in this analysis. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.

Does Company Size and  Profitability Matter? Investigating the Moderating Effects of Growth in Cash Flow on Stock Performance

Agus Fuadi, Dian Sulistyorini Wulandari, Fedia Chairunnisa
Abstract: This research examines the intricate relationships between company size, growth in cash flow, and stock performance, revealing complexities that challenge traditional financial analysis. While company size is often associated… iated with stable stock performance due to advantages such as economies of scale and market power, the findings indicate that size alone does not positively impact stock performance. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that growth in cash flow does not significantly moderate the relationship between company size and stock performance. This suggests that external factors, such as regulatory changes or market sentiment, may play a more decisive role. The results underscore that cash flow, while an important indicator of financial health, does not enhance the influence of company size on stock performance, particularly in certain industries where external conditions prevail. This underscores the need for a more comprehensive evaluation approach that considers a broader range of factors when assessing stock performance. It's time to move beyond traditional metrics like profitability and cash flow growth and equip ourselves with a more robust set of tools for analysis. Ultimately, this research advocates for a multifactorial approach to stock performance evaluation, emphasizing the importance of understanding the interplay between various variables, including industry trends and macroeconomic conditions. By adopting this comprehensive perspective, investors and analysts can make more informed decisions and strategies, enhancing their ability to navigate the complexities of the financial markets.
