es, advances in educational technology, and the demands of 21st-century learning require teachers to possess adaptive, reflective, and collaborative professional competencies. The research problem focused on the influence of reflective practice and best practice on the professional competence of teachers at A-accredited public elementary schools in Cilegon City. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design involving 105 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using EViews 12. The results revealed that reflective practice had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ professional competence, with a t-value of 4.697 and a significance value of 0.000. Best practice also demonstrated a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 5.065 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneous testing indicated that reflective practice and best practice jointly had a significant effect on teachers’ professional competence, with an F-value of 43.72 and a coefficient of determination of 52.2%. The findings confirm that reflective and collaborative cultures are capable of improving teachers’ professional quality continuously through learning evaluation, sharing teaching experiences, and developing innovative instructional strategies. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of reflective practice and best practice through a quantitative approach within the context of A-accredited public elementary schools in Cilegon City. The findings also demonstrate that best practice exerts a greater influence than reflective practice on the professional competence of elementary school teachers.

ste still faces various obstacles, including a lack of awareness among farmers regarding efficient and sustainable management practices. This research aims to analyze the application of a participatory approach in education on managing livestock products and waste by directly involving the livestock community. This approach allows farmers to actively participate in every process stage, from problem identification to implementing solutions based on local needs. The data in this research was obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving local breeders and related stakeholders. The research results show increased quality of livestock products, especially regarding cleanliness, food safety, and selling value. Apart from that, there has been a waste reduction that was previously simply thrown away, with innovations in using waste as organic fertilizer and additional feed for livestock. The adoption of more sustainable livestock practices is also starting to be implemented by livestock farmers, improving their economic welfare. Furthermore, this program opens up opportunities for developing value-added processed products, such as pasteurized milk and processed meat, which can increase farmers’ income. Collaboration between farmers in managing joint businesses is also growing, creating a more solid livestock ecosystem. Apart from the economic impact, this participatory approach also increases farmers’ awareness of the importance of sustainability and better environmental management, which contributes to the sustainability of the livestock sector in Karang Tunggal Village.

The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

The problem that exists is in making inventory reports of UD. Karya Bersama still uses manual methods and is not computerized so that there are reports of inventories that are inefficient, inaccurate and take a long time, this encourages to change the inventory system due to the impact experienced in the future results of reports that are not precise and efficient. The impact resulting from a computerized system can make it easier and faster to process data and get information quickly and efficiently.

Metode FIFO (First In First Out) merupakan metode dimana barang yang pertama kali masuk akan dikeluarkan terlebih dahulu sedangkan untuk barang yang terakhir kali masuk akan dikeluarkan di kemudian hari. Jadi pencatatan persediaan yang dilakukan pertama kali adalah mencatat barang/persediaan yang pertama kali masuk UD. Karya Bersama merupakan usaha dalam bidang fotocopy yang di peruntukkan untuk segala kalangan dimana menyediakan jasa fotocopy, jilid, dan ATK. Masalah yang ada yaitu dalam pembuatan laporan persediaan barang UD. Karya Bersama masih menggunakan cara manual dan tidak terkomputerisasi sehingga terdapat laporan persediaan barang yang tidak efisien, tidak tepat dan memakan waktu yang lama, hal ini mendorong untuk merubah sistem persediaan barang dikarenakan dampak yang dialami kedepanya hasil laporan yang tidak tepat dan efisien. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi dapat lebih mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam proses pengolahan data dan mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat dan efisien.

The term network (network) is used when there are at least two or more devices that are connected to one another. To carry out data exchange in this network, a protocol is used that specifies how data is exchanged, and one of the most widely used protocols is the File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP is generally useful as a means of exchanging files or data in a network. The FTP protocol is not secure enough, because when data transfer there is no security to protect it. Therefore the FTP protocol is necessary for additional security, by implementing the SSL security protocol or Secure Socket Layer Security protecting the FTP protocol during data transfer. SSL certificates are used for the purpose of handling the security of data packets transmitted over the network system. When SSL is activated, the server and client when the connection occurs will be encrypted so that the data cannot be seen by others.

Abstrak: Suatu Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi saat ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan didalam pengelolaan data didalam sendi kehidupan, membuat kebutuhan akan media center menjadi sesuatu yang harus dalam penyimpanan arsip digital. Data tidak selamanya akan tersimpan di dalam personal computer saja tetapi akan lebih baik jika ada wadah data terpusat menjadi solusi dalam media penyimpanan, agar menjaga dari kehilangan data atau cadangan data. Istilah jaringan (network) dipakai apabila terdapat minimal dua atau lebih perangkat yang terhubungkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Untuk melaksanakn pertukaran data didalam jaringan ini, digunakan protocol yang menspesifikasikan bagaimana data dipertukarkan, dan salah satu protocol yang banyak digunakan adalah File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP umumnya bermanfaat sebagai sarana pertukaran file atau data dalam suatu network. Protokol FTP tidaklah cukup aman, dikarenakan ketika transfer data tidak ada keamanan untuk melindunginya. Maka dari itu protokol FTP perlu untuk penambahan keamanan, dengan menerapkan protokol keamanan SSL atau Secure Socket Layer Security melindungi protokol FTP pada saat transfer data. Sertifikat SSL dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan menangani keamanan paket data yang ditransmisikan melalui sistem jaringan. Ketika SSL diakatifkan, maka server dan client ketika terjadi koneksi akan ter enkripsi sehingga data yang ada tidak dapat untuk dilihat oleh orang lain.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Hutan Mangrove Kampung Sejahtera Kota Bengkulu dan bermitra bersama POKDARWIS 212. Hutan mangrove Kampung Sejahtera ini berada di Kecamatan Kampung melayu, Kota Bengkulu. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan prioritas yang ada pada mitra, yaitu: Mitra dan masyarakat masih belum memahami dampak positif keberadaan ekowisata hutan mangrove terhadap peningkatan ekonomi; Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar lingkungan ekowisata hutan mangrove terkait pelestarian dan penjagaan hutan mangrove; Kurangnya informasi dan promosi yang terintegrasi oleh mitra POKDARWIS hutan mangrove 212. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan tahap observasi awal melalui kuesioner pra kegiatan, dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, dan tahap selanjutnya melakukan evaluasi. KUBE Asahan Culinary which has 4,093 members are sellers and buyers who transact and communicate through Facebook social media. The problem faced by KUBE Kuliner Asahan is Customer Relationship Management or customer management. Business actors have not been able to utilize customer data from social media to build better relationships with their customers, especially for retargeting and remarketing. This activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge about managing customers through social media and utilizing CRM data to identify potential customers, and prospective customers, identify customer journeys, and create promotional content according to customer characteristics. The activity participants are business actors who are members of the Asahan Culinary KUBE, totaling 25 people and the activities are carried out in the STMIK Royal meeting hall. The method used is community education through counseling and exposure to material with the help of power points. The results of its activities are the implementation of PkM activities and increased understanding and knowledge of business actors.

KUBE Kuliner Asahan dalam menjalankan usahanya dari promosi sampai transaksi penjualan melalui sosial media whatsaap dan Facebook. KUBE Kuliner Asahan yang memiliki anggota 4.093 anggota merupakan penjual dan pembeli yang bertransaksi serta berkomunikasi melalui social media faceebook. Permasalahan yang dihadapi KUBE Kuliner Asahan adalah Customer Relationhip Management atau pengelolaan pelanggan. Pelaku usaha belum mampu memanfaatkan data-data pelanggan dari sosial media untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih baik dengan pelanggannya terutama untuk retargeting dan remarketing atau pemasaran ulang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman serta pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan pelanggan melalui media sosial serta pemanfaatan data CRM untuk melakukan identifikasi pelanggan potensial, calon pelanggan, melakukan identifikasi perjalanan pelanggan serta membuat konten promosi sesuai dengan karakteristik pelanggan. Peserta kegiatan adalah pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam KUBE Kuliner Asahan yang berjumlah 25 orang dan kegiatan dilakukan di Aula pertemuan STMIK Royal. Metode yang digunakan pendidikan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan paparan materi dengan bantuan power point. Hasil kegiatannya adalah terlaksananya kegiatan PkM serta peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pelaku usaha.

the Ambalan Scout Organization of Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas. Although participation is mandatory, the number of those who remain in this organization is decreasing. The scouting movement is considered less popular than others. Based on this, the Ambalan Scouts Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas collaborated with the Communication Studies Program at University of Amikom Purwokerto to optimize the management of their information media (website, social media and wall magazines) through comprehensive training with the group achievement method. A mentoring method that emphasizes efforts to build group productivity by referring to input from group members and the achievement of output targets that were prepared jointly between the Ambalan Scouts Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas and the Communication Studies Program at the University of Amikom Purwokerto. The training, which was held on February 5, 2022, was a success with more than 39 participants. The final result of this activity shows that the participants' cognitive needs regarding media management have begun to be fulfilled, the ability of participants to develop media content and distribute it appropriately, and the formation of members' commitment to maintaining the continuity of media management has begun. However, to achieve even better results, this activity requires continuous training, particularly related to aspects of media technology and media visibility strategies.

Abstrak: Gerakan pramuka merupakan salah satu organisasi besar di Indonesia. Namun kebesaran tersebut berpotensi pudar jika anak muda mulai tidak mengenal gerakan pramuka. Kondisi inilah yang dialami Organisasi Pramuka Ambalan Sunan Kalijaga dan Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas. Meski keikutsertaannya bersifat wajib namun diisinyalir jumlah yang bertahan di organisasi ini semakin menurun. Gerakan pramuka dinilai kalah populer dibandingkan lainnya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan media informasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Pramuka Ambalan Sunan Kalijaga dan Dewi Masitoh MAN 2 Banyumas menggandeng Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Amikom Purwokerto untuk melakukan optimalisasi pengelolaan media inofrmasinya (website, media sosial dan mading) melalui pelatihan komprehensif dengan metode group achievement. Sebuah metode pendampingan yang menekankan upaya membangun produktivitas kelompok dengan mengacu pada input dari anggota kelompok dan pencapaian target output yang disusun bersama antara mitra dan anggota kelompok. Pelatihan yang diadakan tanggal 5 Februari 2022 ini berjalan sukses dengan diikuti oleh lebih dari 39 peserta. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini memperlihatkan mulai terpenuhinya kebutuhan kognisi peserta mengenai pengelolaan media, terbentuknya kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun konten media serta mendistribusikannya dengan tepat, dan terbentuknya komitmen anggota untuk menjaga kontinuitas pengelolaan medianya.

Badan ini bertugas untuk melayani masyarakat dan memberikan informasi terbaik bagi masyarakat terutama dalam hal pengolahan data. Salah satu program pemerintah yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah KUBE. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Maka perancangan sistem keputusan bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama dapat membantu pegawai dinas sosial Kabupaten Asahan dalam menentukan pemberian Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE).
