hool faces challenges in selecting PRAKERIN locations related to costs, distance, and the imbalance between the number of available placements and students. To address this, the study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to design a decision support system. This method assigns weights based on specific criteria for each alternative, through steps such as determining criteria, assigning weights, rating suitability, normalization, and final normalization. The goal of the study is to assist SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai in selecting PRAKERIN locations that meet the established criteria and ranking the alternatives based on those criteria. This way, the school can choose the most suitable PRAKERIN placements for its students. The results of system testing using the SAW method show the top 10 alternatives out of 16 available options, with the highest values as recommendations: A15 (1,000), A14 (0,896), A16 (0,813), A10 (0.718), A13 (0.729), A3 (0.708), A11 (0.698), A4 (0.25), A2 (0.604) dan A10 (0,594).The alternatives with the highest values are considered the most suitable and are prioritized as recommended PRAKERIN locations.

Namun, sekolah menghadapi tantangan dalam pemilihan tempat PRAKERIN terkait biaya, jarak, dan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah tempat dan siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode ini memberikan bobot berdasarkan kriteria tertentu pada setiap alternatif, melalui langkah-langkah penentuan kriteria, pemberian bobot, penilaian kecocokan, normalisasi, dan normalisasi akhir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membantu SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai dalam memilih tempat PRAKERIN yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dan meranking alternatif berdasarkan kriteria tersebut. Dengan demikian, sekolah dapat memilih tempat PRAKERIN yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Hasil uji sistem menggunakan metode SAW menunjukkan 10 alternatif teratas dari 16 yang tersedia, dengan nilai tertinggi sebagai rekomendasi: A15 (1,000), A14 (0,896), A16 (0,813), A10 (0.718), A13 (0.729), A3 (0.708), A11 (0.698), A4 (0.25), A2 (0.604) dan A10 (0,594). Alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi dianggap paling sesuai dan diprioritaskan sebagai rekomendasi tempat PRAKERIN.

By conducting socialization methods to provide understanding to partners with the aim of the community understanding the use of corn seed planting tools based on the double seed hopper and understanding how to maintain the tool. Thus, with this tool, the corn seed planting process becomes faster. Corn planting is the most widely produced crop in the world, and corn seed plants are most suitable for planting in high-temperature areas. Especially in Indonesia, corn plants cover more than 100 million hectares, consisting of 70 countries and even 53 developing countries. The tool being socialized is a simple tool that is used with human power by pushing without the use of motorized equipment. In the planting process, the spacing between corn seed plants and the number of corn seeds can be adjusted during the planting process. The vessel or container supplying corn seeds is a hopper located at the top, and a hole is provided at the bottom of the hopper, which is the outlet channel. Thus, the results of this socialization can shorten the time in the corn seed planting process.

The purpose of this study was to design an infusion control device by detecting the volume of infusion water based on the weight of the infusion using a Wireless Sensor Network. The Wireless Sensor Network used by the load cell sensor functions to detect the weight value of the infusion water in the infusion bag. The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

Therefore, the curriculum development model must be able to describe a learning planning system process that can meet various needs and standards of educational success. This research aims to examine curriculum development models and their implementation in schools. In this article the author uses library research or what could be called qualitative research which obtains data from appropriate journals, articles and books. In the search, researchers will collect as much information as possible from related libraries. These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. The success of curriculum implementation is also determined by communication about the implementation plan and support from all resources in implementation.

whose are essential grammatical elements in complex sentence construction and play a vital role in producing cohesive writing. Through a methodological approach combining descriptive analysis, literature studies, and field research involving 100 English major students, this research investigates various aspects of relative pronoun usage, including grammatical functions, contexts of use, common error patterns, and effective learning strategies. Research findings reveal that 75% of learner difficulties are related to misunderstandings in distinguishing between the use of who and whom, as well as confusion in the placement of that and which. Further analysis shows a significant correlation between mastery of relative pronouns and academic writing ability. This research also identifies and proposes a series of innovative learning strategies, including contextual approaches and corpus-based learning, which have proven effective in improving the understanding and use of relative pronouns. These findings provide substantial contributions to the development of English language learning materials and offer practical implications for teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies for the topic of relative pronouns.
