Abstrak: Teknologi Komputer semakin banyak berperan dalam manajemen perkantoran saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin mudahnya birokrasi tata persuratan, semakin mudahnya akses informasi dari satu titik ke titik lainnya. Tentu saja, teknologi komputer tidak akan sedemikian besar kontribusinya bagi perkembangan manajemen pemerintahan jika peran sumber daya manusia tidak dioptimalkan. Sehubungan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, hingga saat ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang signifikan di beberapa daerah dalam kaitan aplikasi TI dalam Manajemen Perkantoran. Kontradiktif dengan kalimat di atas, masih banyak pula daerah perkantoran didesa yang masih belum memiliki keberanian atau itikad baik untuk mengaplikasikan TI dalam manajemen perkantoran ini dengan berbagai alasan. Padahal, pengaplikasian TI dalam manajemen pemerintahan khususnya manajemen perkantoran dapat menjadi motivasi bagi pegawai untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya.

move to another provider, and can be categorized into three types: Active Churn, Passive Churn, and Rotational Churn. Rotational Churn, which is difficult to predict be- cause the reasons for stopping are unclear, is the main focus of this research. This research aims to group Rotational Churn customers using a Data-Centric AI approach. This approach emphasizes improving data quality through Confident Learning and Synthetic Data before being applied to the K-Means clustering algorithm. The data used in this research is customer churn data from one telecommunications company during 2023. The research results show that customer grouping using the K-Means algorithm can provide deep insight into the characteristics of customer churn. The application of Data-Centric AI is proven to be able to increase the accuracy of clustering models, which ultimately helps compa- nies optimize programs and services to minimize churn and retain customers.

Abstrak: Dalam era perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat saat ini, churn pelanggan menjadi tantangan serius, terutama dalam industri telekomunikasi yang sangat kompetitif. Churn mengacu pada pelanggan yang berhenti menggunakan layanan atau beralih ke penyedia lain, dan dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga jenis: Churn Aktif, Churn Pasif, dan Churn Rotasional. Churn Rotasional, yang sulit diprediksi karena alasan penghentian layanan tidak jelas, menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan Churn Rotasional menggunakan pendekatan Data-Centric AI. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada peningkatan kualitas data melalui Confident Learning dan Synthetic Data sebelum diterapkan ke algoritma K-Means clustering. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data churn pelanggan dari satu perusahaan telekomunikasi selama tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelompokan pelanggan menggunakan algoritma K-Means dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang karakteristik churn pelanggan. Penerapan Data-Centric AI terbukti mampu meningkatkan akurasi model klastering, yang pada akhirnya membantu perusahaan mengoptimalkan program dan layanan untuk meminimalkan churn serta mempertahankan pelanggan.

process and personal development of students. Through the development of an expert system-based counseling model based on backward chaining, this study seeks to discover trends in student behavior. The research process starts with problem analysis, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system design and implementation, and results analysis. It then moves on to counseling model development and implementation in the school setting. To determine the reasons for the unruly behavior of the kids, data were analyzed using a backward chaining methodology. UML Usecase diagrams are used in system design to define the roles of actors and users. The established counseling model, which consists of 14 behaviors, 67 phenomena/symptoms, and 14 rules, focuses on goals and methods to modify student behavior. Three students underwent system testing based on previously achieved goals from therapy. The findings revealed "Smoking," "Emotional Problems," and "Fighting" among the student behaviors. When the Backward Chaining-based counseling model is used, it is simpler for homeroom teachers to gather information about students' conduct from them and to offer remedies based on the transfer of professional knowledge without having to wait for the counselor guidance procedure

esearch is to evaluate the performance of APM users to identify the components and effects to increase the effectiveness of APM. Qualitative research methodologies were used in this study. Data was obtained from APM officers and medical records officers. The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

The results of this study are from two sources of law, namely Islamic Law and Domestic Violence Law which can be used as a legal basis to punish and limit the arbitrariness of a husband against his wife and family members. In addition, the two sources of law view the need for formal juridical protection of a person's human rights and freedoms, preventing arbitrary acts of violating other people's laws without clear or justified reasons. ip structure, Marpariban matching is a traditional practice that places women in a position where they are unable to select their life partners. A form of resistance that is not overtly articulated has emerged as a result of this. Information was gathered using descriptive qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Relevant data and information are provided by informants who are Batak Toba women in the village of Habeahan Naburahan who have firsthand experience with the Marpariban matchmaking practice and family members who participate in the customary matchmaking procedure. The findings and analysis revealed that the Batak Toba women in this hamlet oppose this matchmaking practice through covert resistance. Some of these behaviors are putting off arranged marriages for school or work reasons, using religious legitimacy as a reason to say no without directly confronting the person, formally accepting arranged marriages with a passive attitude and little emotional involvement, and not talking openly about marriage plans. James C. Scott's theory of resistance says that these activities show that there is concealed resistance, or a sort of resistance that happens while people follow the rules. This suggests that Batak Toba women tend to use subtle opposition as a tactic to preserve their independence inside the patriarchal system rather than openly rejecting the Marpariban norm

The results of the study indicate that traditional medicine has a more dominant positive perception compared to modern medicine, traditional medicine is considered more affordable in terms of cost, comfort, and a relatively faster healing process. Meanwhile, modern medicine is perceived as a more certain and safe treatment because it is supported by medical examinations and professional health workers, but some people consider this treatment expensive and high risk because it requires surgery. Community preferences are generally influenced by factors such as cost, distance and accessibility, personal experience, and the influence of family and social environment. Community decision-making in choosing fracture treatment is a rational action that is adjusted to conditions, needs, and beliefs
