The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

Namun, ketergantungan terhadap cloud menyebabkan munculnya risiko keamanan yang signifikan seperti data leakage, serangan man-in-the-middle, ransomware, dan akses tidak sah terhadap informasi sensitif. Saat ini, sistem keamanan yang diterapkan di PT Pertamina masih menggunakan enkripsi tradisional seperti SSL/TLS dan enkripsi simetris statis, yang dinilai rentan terhadap serangan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelemahan sistem keamanan data yang ada, mendalami penerapan teknik enkripsi hybrid yang menggabungkan algoritma AES (simetris) dan RSA (asimetris), serta merancang pendekatan enkripsi hybrid yang dapat diimplementasikan secara langsung oleh tim teknologi informasi PT Pertamina. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode problem-solving melalui tinjauan dokumen internal, analisis studi kasus, dan telaah literatur dari jurnal ilmiah terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode enkripsi hybrid (AES + RSA) berhasil menyeimbangkan antara kecepatan enkripsi dan tingkat keamanan, dengan peningkatan kecepatan enkripsi sebesar 40% dibandingkan penggunaan RSA murni. Implementasi hybrid juga menunjukkan peningkatan keamanan terhadap serangan brute-force dan man-in-the-middle karena kunci sesi tidak disimpan secara terbuka. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan platform manajemen kunci terpercaya, penerapan kebijakan key rotation otomatis, serta pelatihan bagi staf TI mengenai praktik keamanan siber terbaik.

The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The results show that fangirling is not merely a form of passive consumption, but rather a communal cultural activity carried out massively and organized through fictitious kinship structures in cyberspace. This phenomenon manifests itself in the form of digital "work culture," such as the ritual of collectively streaming music and mobilizing votes to increase the symbolic capital of the idol group SEVENTEEN on the global stage. This practice confirms a shift in social interaction patterns, where group loyalty is bound by a commitment to the idol's aesthetics and achievements. Anthropologically, this activity creates a new value system that blurs the boundaries between the private space of fans and the digital public space, while simultaneously strengthening the position of social media platform X as a primary locus in the formation of contemporary popular culture.

Jenisnya ialah life story sehingga data dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada subjek penelitian dan dilengkapi dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap buku-buku yang dimilikinya sebagai sarana utama ketika melakukan me time. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan konsep dan teori yang berkaitan dengan kepribadian. Selanjutnya data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk narasi tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiprositas dalam budaya mappaenre’ bola terdapat hubungan timbal balik yang saling menguntungkan antara masyarakat karena karena saling memberi dan menerima merupakan bagian dari praktik budaya yang diterima secara sosial. Budaya mappaenre’ bola terdapat penerapan hubungan sosio-kultural di dalamnya yang dapat memperkuat hubungan antara warga masyarakat desa Mario serta memberikan manfaat besar bagi individu dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. The study examines three leadership styles—transformational, transactional, and distributed—and their impact on teaching quality, institutional governance, student outcomes, and academic services. The findings reveal that all three leadership styles positively affect higher education quality, with transformational leadership having the most significant impact, followed by distributed and transactional styles. These results underscore the importance of visionary and participative leadership in improving institutional performance, particularly in regional universities facing resource and structural limitations. The study contributes theoretically by validating leadership models in a non-Western context and practically by offering insights for leadership development policies. It highlights the need for adaptive leadership strategies tailored to local academic cultures and institutional dynamics to enhance educational quality in Indonesian higher education.

research. The informants in this study consisted of MUI officials in North Sulawesi Province and non-Muslim MSME actors in Manado City. The results of this study indicate that: Non-Muslim SME actors have demonstrated a high level of adaptation to halal certification regulations through gradual and pragmatic strategies. They began by improving hygiene, recording raw materials, and participating in training and capacity-building programs. These strategies reflect that the actors do not reject the regulations but require an approach tailored to their capacities. In many cases, halal certification is even positioned as a branding tool and a means of market expansion, rather than merely legal compliance. This adaptation also reflects the success of a values-based approach rooted in the principles of maqasid, where regulations are accepted as meaningful and beneficial ethical business practices. Through a dialogic and contextual approach, non-Muslim SME operators have successfully transformed halal certification into an opportunity rather than a threat to their identity.
