The results of this research are: 1) Improving the Village Community Economy Based on Home Industries in Sukasari Village, Cidolog District, Ciamis Regency is not yet optimal, 2) Obstacles that occur are inequality in internet access, lack of business partners who are able to finance capital, unpreparedness for product digitalization business and the lack of literacy in using online media as promotional and sales literacy. 3) The efforts made are that the Village Government has attempted to facilitate training for home industry business actors in Sukasari Village so that they are able to digitize business products such as using online promotional media, improving packaging design, and marketing online via digital platforms for free.

improving the educational services of the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the Riau Islands. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research covers aspects related to the commitment of madrasa heads in organizing the cultural governance of educational services at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Riau Islands, which consists of the leadership of the MTsN Riau Islands, as well as teachers and other educational staff. The data collection techniques are through documentation, behavioral observation, or interviews with participants. The data was then analyzed through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that madrasa heads must be committed to taking real action to improve the quality of education at State MTs in the Riau Islands. Concrete steps that can be taken are to initiate teacher training programs, update the curriculum to reflect the latest developments, and strive for (tangible) facilities that are comfortable and conducive to learning. Madrasah heads must also try to always be open to input from all parties involved in the educational process.

This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. The commitment component in love is the most important element in marriage which is the reason for the formation and survival of a marriage.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.

Adapun jenis metode penelitian skripsi ini dengan menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebuah informasi secara detail sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data model Miles dan Hermawan yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal lebih dominan negatif. (2) Pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu pola komunikasi model lingkaran, model roda, model y, model rantai dan model bintang. Dari beberapa pola komunikasi kelompok tersebut, yang paling efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak yaitu dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi kelompok model roda dan model bintang. This community engagement initiative aims to assist the "Latimojong" coffee shop in addressing these issues through the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. This Community Engagement initiative serves as a replicable model for technology-based SME empowerment, potentially supporting sustainable local economic growth.
