Setelah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling maka didapatkan populasi sebanyak 75 responden dari 20 SKPD. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang didapat melalui kuesioner yang diberikan dan kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Job relevant information berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

Harold Lasswell described communication as a process that can be explained through the following questions: “who says what in which channel to whom with what effect?” This question highlights the complexity of communication within an organization, which is also relevant for study in organizations such as the Student Representative Council of Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya, especially in the context of significant changes that are taking place. This study aims to understand the dynamics of communication in the cadre training process between the management and members of the organization. The primary focus of the research is to explore how communication occurs between the management and members during cadre training activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, along with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. To ensure data validity, the researcher employs triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings of the study show that communication in the cadre training process is divided into two categories: internal and external communication. Internal communication involves interactions between the management and members within the organization, with freedom in conveying information between leaders, managers, and members. Meanwhile, external communication focuses on the relationship between the organization and other institutions, to convey aspirations in accordance with its tasks and authority. Additionally, the cadre system in this organization combines both formal and informal training, although there are differences in how each faculty representative conducts cadre training. Overall, this organization is able to implement a more optimal cadre system, especially in preparing the core management.

ive method with a correlational research design. The sample used was 50 randomly selected Private members. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured the three independent variables (self-efficacy, social support, and optimism) and grit as the dependent variable. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed a significance value of 0.000, indicating that self-efficacy, social support, and optimism had a significant effect on grit. The results showed that social support made the largest contribution to increasing grit, followed by optimism and self-efficacy. Overall, the three variables contributed 75.4% to the grit level of TNI-AD Private members. This finding provides important insight that the combination of self-confidence, support from the surrounding environment, and an optimistic outlook can increase individual persistence in facing challenges, especially in the Secaba selection.

dan komunikasi yang inspiratif diyakini mampu meningkatkan produktivitas serta loyalitas anggota tim. Berdasarkan permasalahan kepemimpinan yang ditemukan di PT. Borwita Citra Prima Regional Sulawesi, kegiatan berupa webinar “Sharpening Leadership Through Communication Skill” dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Webinar ini diikuti oleh 15 karyawan yang menduduki jabatan manajerial. Untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan, digunakan pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 89,33 dan post-test sebesar 98,66 (p = 0,008). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa webinar berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi efektif.
