llenges, such as limited resources, a lack of community capacity in management, and dependence on external parties. This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.

One of the main goals of this law is to create a clear framework and provide necessary guidance to achieve sustainable development in the tourism sector. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, and the conclusion of this study indicates that the CMC Tiga Warna Area has successfully integrated tourism activities with nature conservation and engaged the local community through the non-governmental organization Bhakti Alam Sendang Biru. he Vocational Skills Education Program (PKK) in the hair beauty sector at LKP LADY in Asahan Regency. The previous manual participant selection process was considered inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to support a more objective, transparent, and structured participant selection processThe implementation results show that the system is capable of generating participant rankings. Of the total 25 registered participants, the system successfully displayed 16 participants with the highest scores. The participant with the highest ranking was Kholina Zuhro who obtained a utility value of 0.7688. By implementing this system, the selection process at LKP LADY becomes faster, more efficient, and fairer because decisions are based on systematically determined criteria, thereby improving the quality of training results and confidence in the selection process.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara dalam menyeleksi peserta pelatihan. Salah satu penerapannya dapat dilihat pada Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) bidang kecantikan rambut di LKP LADY Kabupaten Asahan. Proses seleksi peserta yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dinilai kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) guna mendukung proses seleksi peserta secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data peserta berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja, status pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, dan jarak tempat tinggal dari lokasi pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta. Dari total 25 peserta yang didaftarkan, sistem berhasil menampilkan 16 peserta dengan nilai tertinggi. Peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Kholina Zuhro yang memperoleh nilai utility sebesar 0,7688. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, proses seleksi di LKP LADY menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan adil karena keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pelatihan dan kepercayaan terhadap proses seleksi.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini sangat berkembang dengan pesat, hampir diseluruh kehidupan manusia sudah tersentuh dengan teknologi. Kemajuan teknologi saat ini, juga dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi, perusahaan atau instansi baik itu dari swasta maupun pemerintah. Contoh pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi yang dilakukan perusahaan atau instansi tersebut yaitu membuat aplikasi yang dapat menampung penilaian dari pelanggan, konsumen atau masyarakat atas layanan yang diterima. Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di desa Perkebunan Gunung Melayu dengan menggunakan metode servqual, sehingga memudahkan warga desa Perkebunan Gunung Melayu dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan administrasi desa. Dengan mengumpulkan jawaban kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh warga, maka selanjutnya data jawaban tersebut dikelola dengan menggunakan metode servqual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rekomendasi keputusan yang dapat diambil oleh kepala desa dalam mempertahankan, memperbaiki atau meningkatkan dari kualitas pelayanan administrasi desa.

As a concrete step, the community service team compiled a Marriage Preparation handbook that is relevant to santri, made in a practical manner and equipped with attractive pictures. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR). This community service activity was carried out at the Irsyaduth Tholabah Islamic Boarding School in Bojonegoro and was attended by 55 santri consisting of male and female santri aged 17-22 years. The results of the community service showed that 49% of participants fully understood the material in the Marriage Preparation handbook that had been disseminated, and 82% of participants stated that this activity was very useful and served as a guideline for them before getting married. Through this community service, it is hoped that divorce among students can be avoided.

Abstrak: Pernikahan santri memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi role model dan dianggap sebagai panutan potensial dalam pernikahan oleh masyarakat, karena tidak hanya berlandaskan pada ketentuan hukum, tetapi juga berakar kuat pada nilai-nilai agama. Sebagai langkah konkrit, tim pengabdian menyusun handbook Persiapan Nikah yang relevan bagi santri, dibuat secara praktis dan dilengkapi dengan gambar menarik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Pesantren Irsyaduth Tholabah Bojonegoro dan diikuti oleh 55 santri yang terdiri dari santri putra dan santri putri dengan rentang usia 17-22 tahun. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 49% peserta sangat paham dengan materi handbook Persiapan Nikah yang telah disosialisasikan dan 82% peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan menjadi pedoman bagi mereka sebelum melangsungkan pernikahan. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan perceraian di kalangan santri dapat terhindari.

This community service project will help Pekanbaru high school instructors create collaborative and real-time learning tools. The Community Service Team employed an observation strategy to get a sense of learning at Santa Maria High School, which served as an example school. The proposed solution is technologically based, making use of the Padlet application. The Community Service Team offers training methods on smartphones and computers to help people grasp Padlet. The community effort resulted in a polished Padlet that teachers may use to study with students at any time. It is intended that studying using the Padlet application would boost teacher innovation and student learning results at Santa Maria High School, as well as high schools around Pekanbaru.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Kolaboratif (Collaborative Learning) mengarahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam suasana belajar yang interaktif setiap saat. Permasalahan muncul pada saat media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tidak mendukung hal tersebut, termasuk guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Pekanbaru. Kreativitas guru ditantang untuk selalu memperbaharui cara penyampaian materi, cara mengevaluasi pemahaman peserta didik hingga penilaian, demi terciptanya suasana belajar yang kolaboratif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru SMA di Pekanbaru dalam mempersiapkan bahan pembelajaran yang kolaboratif dan real time. Tim Pengabdian melakukan metode observasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran pembelajaran melalui SMA Santa Maria yang dijadikan sebagai sekolah sampel. Metode yang diusulkan berbasis teknologi melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Padlet. Untuk memudahkan pemahaman Padlet, Tim Pengabdian menggunakan metode pelatihan, baik melalui komputer maupun smartphone. Hasil pengabdian adalah Padlet jadi yang dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran bersama peserta didik setiap waktu. Diharapkan pembelajaran melalui aplikasi Padlet mampu meningkatkan kreativitas guru dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Santa Maria khususnya dan SMA di Pekanbaru umumnya.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang ditemukan selama wawancara yang dilakukan antara kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, bersama dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana adalah ketika sekolah SMPN 1 Teriak dicari di internet tidak ditemukan identitas yang lengkap terkait sekolah, misalnya seperti sejarah, visi misi, keunggulan sekolah, dan kegiatan sekolah baik akademik maupun non akademik. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah yang dilakukan pada sekolah SMPN 1 Teriak melalui metode wawancara dan observasi, kepala sekolah mengharapkan adanya suatu website yang dapat digunakan sekolah sebagai media informasi dan promosi. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana adalah memgembangkan web profile untuk sekolah SMPN 1 Teriak Kabupaten Bengkayang menggunakan Wordpress. Web profile sekolah dirancang dan dikembangkan oleh pihak dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana. Perancangan dan pengembangan web profile tersebut telah disosialisasikan dan disimulasikan kepada pihak sekolah. Web profile ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak sekolah untuk memberikan konten yang menarik berupa berita kegiatan sekolah, video kegiatan sekolah, dan galeri foto kegiatan sekolah. Banyak hal yang dapat pihak sekolah share melalui web profile sehingga SMPN 1 Teriak Kabupaten Bengkayang dapat semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat dan dapat menjadi sekolah yang berkembang dengan keunggulan yang dapat dinikmati oleh guru maupun siswa/siswa.
