A history of repeated blood transfusions can cause excess iron in the body which is characterized by an increase in serum ferritin levels which can cause damage to kidney function by looking at creatinine levels. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between ferritin and creatinine levels in children with thalassemia. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling technique. The sample used was 12 samples. Data processing in this study used the Shapiro-Wilk Normality test and the Pearson Correlation test in bivariate analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the ferritin and creatinine levels in children with thalassemia where the value of Sig. 0.212 > 0.05 (p> 0.05), and shows a significant negative correlation of -0.389. This study in thalassemia children had high ferrtin levels but creatinine levels were still within normal limits.

The patriarchal system that gives power to men and places women in a subordinate position is one of the causes. The text of 2 Samuel 13:1-39 is implied in the modern context because the problem of sexual violence in private spaces such as the home is also experienced by women today. A feminist approach is used to draw out women’s values and analyze the structure of the Davidic Kingdom family, identifying the causes and impacts, and how Tamar, as a woman, faced and overcame the moral crisis and sexual violence she experienced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach, focusing on literature review to discuss related topics. The author found that Tamar, who experienced sexual violence in the family environment, did not receive justice. The cause of violence is the patriarchal system. Power struggles and invalid laws. Tamar did not remain silent but sought justice for herself by communicating her experiences to the public through religious and social symbolism. Learning from Tamar teaches modern women how to speak out about the injustices they experience.

The Bible, particularly the Old Testament, consistently conveys the prohibition of bowing down to worship idols. This activity is considered serious and carries severe consequences, especially for the people of Israel. Violating this prohibition is seen as betrayal to God and has the potential to trigger divine punishment. The theological basis for this prohibition lies in the jealousy of God, which arises when offerings are given to idols. Idol worship is equated with the practices of pagan nations and reflects unfaithfulness to God. This research also describes the history and theology behind this prohibition. Through the perspectives of Brian S. Rosner, E. L. Carlson, and Christie Kusnandar, the research demonstrates how idol worship triggers God's jealous reaction and disrupts the human relationship with Him. This message is strong in the Bible and integrated into Jewish religious teachings. In conclusion, the prohibition of idol worship serves as an important warning to maintain loyalty to God and avoid practices that are inconsistent with faith.

The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. ackage retailers to manage inventory optimally to ensure product availability meets customer needs. At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. With the implementation of this system, the recommendations for determining data package stock become more measurable, objective, and data-driven.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital, khususnya paket data sebagai sarana utama akses internet. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket data Telkomsel V 3 GB memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,1498 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai paket data dengan prioritas stok tertinggi, dengan jumlah stok optimal sebanyak 200 pcs. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi penentuan stok paket data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur, objektif, dan berbasis data.
