To minimize the occurrence of flooding in the Senganan Village Area, the community must start managing the waste they produce by sorting the waste first. Such as organic waste that can be converted into compost which is useful for fertilizing plants. The general objective of this research is to find out how to overcome the accumulation of organic waste in Senganan Village to minimize the occurrence of flood disasters. The research method that we use in this report is the method of observation and socialization. Based on field observations, many people do not know about biopore technology as an alternative in minimizing flooding and helping reduce the burden of organic waste originating from households. We carried out socialization related to biopore technology and immediately implemented it at the Senganan Village office page.

Abstrak : Kondisi pengelolaan sampah di Desa Senganan belum terkelola dengan baik. Sampah tersebut dapat menumpuk dan menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan. Salah satunya penumpukan sampah yang dapat menyebabkan bencana banjir. Kondisi wilayah Desa Senganan yang berada di dataran tinggi menyebabkan curah hujan yang tinggi di Kawasan tersebut. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya banjir di Kawasan Desa Senganan, masyarakat harus mulai mengelola sampah yang mereka hasilkan dengan cara memilah sampah terlebih dahulu. Seperti sampah organik yang dapat diubah menjadi pupuk kompos yang berguna untuk menyuburkan tanaman. Tujuan umum pada kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara menanggulangi penumpukan sampah organik di Desa Senganan, serta meminimalisir terjadinya bencana banjir. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah pemasangan lubang biopori. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan, banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui teknologi biopori sebagai alternatif dalam meminimalisir terjadinya banjir dan membantu mengurangi beban sampah organik yang berasal dari rumah tangga. Kami mengadakan sosialisasi terkait teknologi biopori dan langsung mengimplementasikannya di halaman kantor Desa Senganan.

hile studying due to the limitation of parents as substitute teachers during online learning. Parents of students with all their activities are required to help and assist their children in making school work. So the phenomenon that occurs in the field is the uncontrolled control of parental emotions towards children, so that online learning seems to be a frightening specter for elementary students. The purpose of implementing this Online Counseling Guidance is to provide insight to elementary school teachers who are members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) Central Kalimantan regarding the mechanism for utilizing counseling which can be done online through the Competency Assessment and Career Development Service Center (PPAKPK) web. The method of implementing this service is carried out online through Conference Via Zoom and tutorials on using the web on a YouTube account which are distributed to Bimtek participants. The results obtained at this Bimtek show that all Bimtek participants are interested in the use of Online Counseling to serve as a means of consulting both students to teachers or guardians of students to teachers or teachers to psychiatrists who can be contacted when the teacher needs student problem solving.

Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah sering terjadinya kekerasan pada anak usia SD saat belajar dikarenakan faktor keterbatasan orang tua sebagai guru pengganti selama pembelajaran daring. Orang tua siswa dengan segala kesibukannya dituntut untuk membantu dan mendampingi anak-anak mereka membuat Pekerjaan Sekolah. Maka fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan adalah pengendalian emosi orang tua yang tidak terkendali kepada anak, sehingga pembelajaran daring terkesan menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi para siswa SD. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Bimtek Konseling Online ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para Guru SD yang tergabung di dalam Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kalimantan Tengah terkait mekanisme pemanfaatan konseling yang dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui web Pusat Pelayanan Asesmen Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir (PPAKPK). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara daring melalui Conference Via Zoom dan tutorial penggunaan web pada akun youtube yang dibagikan kepada para peserta Bimtek. Hasil yang diperoleh pada Bimtek ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh peserta Bimtek tertarik dengan pemanfaatan Konseling Online untuk dijadikan sebagai sarana konsultasi baik siswa kepada guru ataupun wali murid kepada guru ataupun Guru kepada ahli Psikiater yang dapat dihubungi saat Guru membutuhkan pemecahan masalah siswa.

Therefore the proponent team from the Indonesian Maritime Academy College in Medan proposed community service activities in the form of training and mentoring for target partners to provide scientific education along with the assistance of partner education facilities. The results of this activity are published in scientific journals, electronic mass media. In addition, the activity videos and the improvement of the knowledge and skills of partner HR are outcomes of this activity. The lecture and demonstration methods used in the process provide an understanding of the use of shipping safety equipment. The practice method is directly used to skill in using shipping safety equipment, of course, with the assistance of the proposing team. Observation method is done to observe the ability of partners both during the activity process and afterwards. Observation after the activity is intended to determine the impact of the activities that have been carried out.

Abstrak: Terjadinya kembali musibah kecelakaan kapal saat berlayar di Danau Toba menunjukkan bahwa standar operasional prosedur (SOP) persoalan keselamatan dan keamanan, yang selanjutnya baru diikuti dengan aspek biaya yang terjangkau, kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu, serta aspek kenyamanan belum dilaksanakan secara efektif dan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu tim pengusul yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Akademi Maritim Indonesia Medan mengusulkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap mitra sasaran untuk memberikan edukasi ilmiah disertai dengan adanya bantuan sarana edukasi mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah, media massa elektronik. Selain itu video kegiatan serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM mitra merupakan luaran dari kegiatan ini. Metode ceramah dan demonstrasi digunakan dalam proses memberikan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran. Metode praktik langsung digunakan untuk keterampilan menggunakan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran tentunya dengan pendampingan tim pengusul. Metode observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kemampuan mitra baik selama proses kegiatan maupun sesudahnya. Evaluasi sesudah kegiatan ditujukan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.

tor is growing, one of which is in an effort to predict the occurrence of stroke. This study aims to implement the Logistic Regression algorithm in predicting the likelihood of a person having a stroke based on data from the Brain Stroke dataset. The research process includes data preprocessing (missing value handling, normalization, and label encoding), dividing the data into 80% training data and 20% test data, as well as model training. The model was then evaluated using several measures such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC, as well as a confusion matrix. The results of the study showed that Logistic Regression was able to provide stroke classification results with an accuracy of 82.4%, precision of 80.1%, recall of 78.6%, F1-score of 79.3%, and a ROC-AUC value of 0.87. Then, the model is integrated into applications that use Streamlit, so it can be used interactively to predict stroke risk in new data. The results of this study show that the combination of Machine Learning and web-based applications has the potential to support efforts to detect early stroke risk.

Abstrak: Stroke adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Seiring perkembangan teknologi digital, penggunaan Machine Learning dalam bidang kesehatan semakin berkembang, salah satunya dalam upaya memprediksi terjadinya penyakit stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Logistic Regression dalam memprediksi kemungkinan seseorang mengalami stroke berdasarkan data dari dataset Brain Stroke. Proses penelitian meliputi preprocessing data (penanganan missing value, normalisasi, dan label encoding), membagi data menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, serta pelatihan model. Model kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan beberapa ukuran seperti akurasi, precision, recall, F1-score, dan ROC-AUC, serta confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Logistic Regression mampu memberikan hasil klasifikasi penyakit stroke dengan akurasi sebesar 82,4%, precision 80,1%, recall 78,6%, F1-score 79,3%, dan nilai ROC-AUC sebesar 0,87. Kemudian, model tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam aplikasi yang menggunakan Streamlit, sehingga dapat digunakan secara interaktif untuk memprediksi risiko stroke pada data baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Machine Learning dan aplikasi berbasis web berpotensi mendukung upaya deteksi dini risiko stroke.

inal image is subjective because each doctor has dissent and a condition experienced. This research builds a system to identify retinal images in the category of glaucoma or normal patients. The purpose of this system as a tool is to help ophthalmologists diagnose glaucoma. This process begins by changing the colour of an image to validity. The image is extracted using the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and produces five features than the result of the five features used as input to neural network Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). The amount of retinal image data used 60 data for learning and 20 for testing. And the number of neurons used is 12, and the epoch of as many as 1000 was obtained based on the results comparison of variations against 8, 10, 12, 18, and 20 neurons with 500, 900, 1000, and 1100 epochs. The learning process results from the value of weights that will be used in the testing process. The results of this study obtained an accuracy rate of 85%, a precision of 89%, and a recall of 80%.

Abstrak: Glaukoma merupakan penyakit mata penyebab kebutaan nomor dua setelah katarak. Pemeriksaan penyakit glaukoma dilakukan oleh dokter spesialis mata dengan cara skrining mata yang akan menghasilkan citra retina. Hasil diagnosa citra retina oleh dokter bersifat subjektif karena setiap dokter memiliki pendapat yang berbeda serta kondisi yang dialami. Penelitian ini membangun sistem untuk mengidentifikasi citra retina mata kedalam kategori penderita glaukoma atau normal. Tujuan pembuatan sistem ini sebagai alat bantu bagi dokter mata dalam mendiagnosa glukoma. Proses ini diawali dengan mengubah warna citra menjadi keabuan, kemudian citra tersebut diekstraksi menggunakan Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan menghasilkan lima nilai fitur yang kemudian hasil dari kelima fitur tersebut digunakan sebagai masukan jaringan syaraf tiruan Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). Jumlah data citra retina yang digunakan sebanyak 60 data untuk learning dan 20 data untuk testing. Dan untuk jumlah neuron yang digunakan yaitu 12 dan epoch sebanyak 1000 yang didapat berdasarkan hasil perbandingan variasi terhadap neuron sejumlah 8, 10, 12, 18, 20 dengan jumlah epoch sejumlah 500, 900, 1000 dan 1100. Hasil dari proses learning yaitu nilai bobot yang akan digunakan sebagai bobot di proses testing. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 85%, presisi sebesar 89% dan recall sebesar 80%.

To achieve the quality of these graduates, a graduation diagnosis with the standards that have been set for students who are still carrying out studies is very necessary so that anticipatory steps can be taken from the beginning to overcome the occurrence of graduation problems in the academic field. This research aims to diagnose fast-track student graduation by using a data mining model with a classification function. The technique used for the classification data mining model is the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. The dataset used as training and testing data is data from the 2021 STMIK Royal fast track students. The criteria used to determine student graduation are Gender, class, credits, GPA, Tuition Fee, Guidance Process, and the KKL Report. The results of the classification modeling with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm produce an accuracy value of 83%.

Abstrak: Kelulusan mahasiswa adalah salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan karena termasuk ke dalam Standar Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) perguruan tinggi. STMIK Royal adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang mengalami masalah kelulusan mahasiswa. Untuk mencapai kualitas lulusan tersebut, diagnosis kelulusan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk mahasiswa yang masih menjalankan studi sangat diperlukan sehingga dapat dilakukan langkah antisipasi dari awal untuk menanggulangi terjadinya permasalahan kelulusan dalam bidang akademik. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untuk untuk mendiagnosis kelulusan mahasiswa fast track dengan menggunakan model data mining dengan fungsi klasifikasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk model data mining klasifikasi adalah Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Dataset yang akan digunakan untuk menjadi data latih dan data uji adalah data mahasiswa fast track STMIK Royal tahun 2021. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk diganosis kelulusan mahasiswa, diantaranya Jenis Kelamin, Kelas, SKS, IPK, Uang Kuliah, Proses Bimbingan, dan Pengumpulan Laporan KKL. Hasil pemodelan klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 83%.

This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of diarrhea in the working area of the Kebun Kopi Community Health Center, Jambi City. The research utilized a cross-sectional study design, with a population of 843 people, from which 71 samples were selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between latrine ownership (p-value 0.000), hand washing behavior (p-value 0.000), and knowledge (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of diarrhea. The variables associated with the incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center in Jambi City include latrine ownership, hand washing behavior, and knowledge. The high incidence of diarrhea is closely linked to inadequate sanitation, poor hand washing practices, and low levels of health knowledge. To significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea, it is essential to improve access to proper sanitation, promote effective hand washing practices, and enhance public knowledge about essential health practices.
