es within 24 hours, with stools that are soft or liquid, and sometimes contain blood. The incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center is particularly high. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of diarrhea in the working area of the Kebun Kopi Community Health Center, Jambi City. The research utilized a cross-sectional study design, with a population of 843 people, from which 71 samples were selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between latrine ownership (p-value 0.000), hand washing behavior (p-value 0.000), and knowledge (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of diarrhea. The variables associated with the incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center in Jambi City include latrine ownership, hand washing behavior, and knowledge. The high incidence of diarrhea is closely linked to inadequate sanitation, poor hand washing practices, and low levels of health knowledge. To significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea, it is essential to improve access to proper sanitation, promote effective hand washing practices, and enhance public knowledge about essential health practices.
Abstract:This research article seeks to review and analyze MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 concerning recommendations for calls and calls for boycotts of pro-Israel products based on the views of fiqh siyasah. The aim is to find out how…
ow the fiqh siyasah syar'iyyah views the boycott of pro-Israel products as a form of jihad and defense of the Palestinian state after the issuance of the MUI Fatwa ruling. This research uses a type of library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study found that in the view of fiqh siyasah boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products is mandatory if the boycott is believed to be harmful and difficult to the infidel Zionist Israel, and does not result in mafsadah for Muslims and a larger state than the mafsadah to be minimized. However, if the boycott actually brings violence and adversely affects Muslims, then the law does not become mandatory. Because in the rule that takes precedence is to anticipate the occurrence of mafsadah rather than realizing benefits. This is an effort to weaken the economy so that it can have a significant impact on stopping the military aggression carried out by Israel. That way, it will be very helpful to open a space for conflict peace between the two warring countries. But in various cases, this boycott must also pay attention and consider the negative impacts it causes, so as not to cause violence for Muslims and the country.

s added material from coarse and fine aggregate to the flexural strength of beams that have equivalent flexural strength. The equivalent flexural strength value tends to increase with the addition of metal fibers. This study aims to determine the effect of adding metal fibers to the flexural strength of the beam and the pattern of cracks and collapse mechanisms that occur in the beam when the object is tested. This research is a type of quantitative research with physical laboratory experimental methods. The data collection method used is a preliminary study, The selection of the type of aggregate and metal fiber and secondary data were then carried out laboratory tests for the gradation of fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. The data analysis technique is linear regression analysis in the Ms. program. Excell to determine the effect of metal fibers as additives on the flexural strength of the mixing of coarse and fine aggregates.
Abstract:Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacterium that causes tuberculosis infection which is…
transmitted by droplet splashes and becomes a vector of transmission when a person interacts physically. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang. Methods: This study used descriptive analytic quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, where this technique selected subjects in a population that matched the criteria as a sample, namely pulmonary TB patients who were undergoing initial and advanced treatment at An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, totaling 102 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of the respondent's data processing showed that the level of knowledge with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.021), and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.027 ). Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication in patients with pulmonary TB. Therefore, to reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant TB, efforts should be made to increase adherence to treatment in TB patients, either through the method of providing direct motivation or through counseling about pulmonary TB disease.
