ernal motivation is self-awareness or Mindfulness. However, research on Mindfulness as a factor influencing learning motivation, particularly in Generation Z, is still quite limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Mindfulness in enhancing learning motivation in Generation Z. This research uses purposive sampling to select samples that meet the research criteria. The participants involved are Generation Z individuals aged between 12 and 27 years, residing in Banten, and currently enrolled as active students. To measure the level of learning motivation, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) is used, while the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (FMMQ-10) is used to measure the level of Mindfulness. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship between Mindfulness and learning motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.152. This means that the higher an individual's level of Mindfulness, the higher their learning motivation will be. These findings suggest that Mindfulness can play an important role in improving learning motivation, especially when applied alongside other supporting factors such as social support, emotional regulation, and a conducive learning environment. This study provides evidence that a Mindfulness-based approach has the potential to be applied in strategies to enhance learning motivation. Therefore, the development of programs integrating Mindfulness practices into students' daily lives, particularly among Generation Z, could be an effective step in improving the quality of their learning experience.

ironment, which is full of academic and social demands, requires good self-adjustment for students to cope with pressures and achieve academic performance. This study aims to identify the influence of self-efficacy on academic adjustment through a systematic literature review by analyzing journal articles from the last five years obtained from electronic databases such as Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. From this search, six journals relevant to the research theme were identified. The review results indicate that five journals show a direct relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, while one journal shows an indirect involvement. In conclusion, self-efficacy significantly helps new students adjust to the academic and social challenges at the university, which in turn enhances academic performance and reduces stress. This study highlights the importance of studying new students and using a systematic literature review to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, which has not been widely discussed in previous research.

The findings of this study reveal that the education budget encompasses the allocation of funds used to facilitate educational services. Whether for public schools or governmental entities (at both central and regional levels), the authority for budget utilization is governed by legal frameworks. Nationally, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) and the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristek Dikti) play pivotal roles in determining the education budget, specifying its sources and objectives. At the regional level, Provincial, District, and City governments, through the Education Service Unit (Satker Dinas Pendidikan), are accountable for planning and overseeing the utilization of education budgets in line with their respective jurisdictions and discretion. Simultaneously, at the school level, active involvement in planning and executing agreed-upon school programs funded by the budget is undertaken by the school principal in collaboration with the school community.

The research problem focuses on the lack of attention in previous studies to the theological meaning of God’s decision in Numbers 27:7, as earlier research has tended to emphasize socio-cultural aspects, contextual relevance, or purely linguistic analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, utilizing Hebrew textual exegesis, analysis of Israel’s patriarchal context, and a critical reading through the lens of feminist theology. The findings indicate that the daughters of Zelophehad’s claim was not merely a response to a legal vacuum, but a conscious action that positioned women as active subjects in the process of legal formation. God’s decision affirming their claim underscores divine justice that transcends the limitations of the patriarchal system and corrects institutionalized structural injustice. The conclusion affirms that this narrative presents God as the source of justice who sides with the restoration of the dignity of marginalized groups and opens space for women’s participation as agents of legal change. The novelty of this study lies in its theological interpretation that positions women not only as recipients of inheritance rights, but as pioneers of legitimate and divinely recognized legal transformation. This research aims to dig deeper into the theological meaning of the phrase “the earth was formless and empty” in Genesis 1:1-2. The main focus is on the primitive condition of the earth before creation, and its implications for understanding God’s power and creativity. This research seeks to clarify various existing interpretations, especially regarding the concept of “tohu wabohu” and its relationship with other creation theories. A close analysis of Genesis 1:1-2 shows that the phrase “the earth was formless and empty” describes an intial state that was unstructured and without form. This condition is not the result of previous destruction, but is a “blank canvas” for God’s creative work. Thorugh His words, God transforms chaos into order, brings light into darkness, and creates everything from nothing. chatbots, virtual counselors, and digital mental health platforms presents various opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications that require comprehensive examination. This study aims to analyze the opportunities offered by AI, the challenges associated with its implementation, and the ethical implications of its use in online counseling services. The study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026. Data were analyzed using content analysis through the synthesis of findings from previous studies. The results indicate that AI has the potential to expand access to counseling services, improve service efficiency, support preliminary assessments, and facilitate the delivery of more personalized and data-driven interventions. However, the use of AI continues to face several challenges, including limitations in understanding human emotions and social contexts, the risk of inaccurate responses, algorithmic bias, and the potential for user dependency on technology. The most prominent ethical concerns involve privacy protection, data security, algorithmic transparency, system accountability, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a supportive tool or co-counselor for professional counselors rather than a replacement for human practitioners. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI into a comprehensive analytical framework.

oblem focuses on the extent of e-counseling effectiveness, the level of service accessibility for the community, and the key challenges influencing its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of 25 reputable scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis results indicate that e-counseling demonstrates a high level of effectiveness, reflected in service flexibility (92%), client openness (88%), cost efficiency (85%), satisfaction level (81%), and intervention success rate (76%), particularly for mild to moderate cases. The accessibility aspect also shows significant achievements, including ease of access (90%), expanded geographical reach (87%), and reduced social stigma (83%), thereby reinforcing the role of e-counseling as an inclusive alternative solution. Nevertheless, implementation still faces several challenges, such as limitations in nonverbal communication, data security risks, digital inequality, and low technological competence among counselors. The findings conclude that e-counseling is a strategic innovation that is both effective and adaptive; however, it requires adequate infrastructure support, improved digital literacy, and appropriate regulatory frameworks to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, which simultaneously examines effectiveness and accessibility alongside the technical, psychological, and structural factors influencing them, resulting in a more comprehensive analytical framework compared to previous studies that tend to be partial.

This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

llenges, such as limited resources, a lack of community capacity in management, and dependence on external parties. This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.
