This condition has an impact on delays in meeting demand, increasing production costs, and declining competitiveness. Therefore, a production optimization strategy is needed to improve product capacity, efficiency, and quality. This study aims to analyze the production optimization strategy implemented by UD. Sona, formulate a capacity building strategy, as well as identify obstacles and solutions that can be done. The results of the research are expected to be practically useful for business actors in production management, as well as make a theoretical contribution to the development of production management science in MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners, employees, and customers, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, presentation, and inductive conclusions, so as to be able to describe the real conditions of the business and develop the right optimization strategy. The results of the study show that UD. Sona has made efforts such as setting up production flows and scheduling planning. The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of creative MSMEs in Ulunoyo, identify the obstacles faced, and analyze the development strategies implemented by business actors to increase competitiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and documentation of 21 MSME actors in five villages. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, and verification of findings. The results show that the development of creative MSMEs in Ulunoyo is supported by the potential of community creativity, strategic location, and the existence of traditional markets as distribution centers. Development strategies include improving product quality, business diversification, design innovation, and the use of digital technology for promotion and marketing. However, a number of major obstacles are still encountered, including limited business capital, rising raw material prices, low managerial skills, lack of product innovation, limited market access, and high levels of competition. To overcome these obstacles, business actors carry out creative promotions, expand their collaboration networks, and utilize social media to reach a wider consumer base.

ection. The purpose of the study is to analyze how promotional mixes and location aspects play a role in increasing sales at Murai Coffee Gunungsitoli. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the owner, employees, and customers of Murai Coffee. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Murai Coffee has implemented promotional strategies such as simple advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, public relations, and direct marketing that gradually increase customer interest. Meanwhile, the location factor, although not located in the city center, still provides sales opportunities through a comfortable atmosphere and quality service. However, challenges are still found in the comfort aspect, such as noise from outside and hot room temperatures, so that improvements to supporting facilities are needed. This research is useful for Murai Coffee in designing more optimal promotional strategies and location arrangements, for Nias University as a contribution to the development of marketing science, and as a reference for future researchers who want to study marketing strategies in the culinary sector.

Using a qualitative phenomenological approach and adopting an active participatory method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document reviews, and observations with purposive sampling (management, DPS, IT/cybersecurity units, and customers). The analysis refers to the Miles & Huberman model (data reduction–data presentation–conclusion drawing); validity is maintained through source triangulation, member checking, and audit trails. The findings consolidate five key domains: (1) the role of DPS in digital decisions and ongoing supervision, (2) human resource capabilities and risk culture, (3) IT & cybersecurity architecture (data protection, incident response, business continuity), (4) risk management–compliance (synchronization of OJK–DSN–MUI guidelines), and (5) digital customer literacy and experience. The theoretical contribution integrates the Institutional, Accountability, and TAM/UTAUT perspectives to explain the drivers and barriers to adoption. Practically, a risk-based digital governance roadmap is developed that prioritizes cybersecurity governance, strengthening the role of the DPS through digital oversight, and data governance policies.

The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement was used as the review methodology, and a systematic review of the Google Scholar database was carried out using Publish or Perish, which identified 99 relevant studies. In this review, education is usually evaluated from two aspects: the quality and the education level. The results of this review confirm the general conclusion that education is an essential tool for poverty reduction. Through education, people acquire knowledge and skills that can be used to get better jobs and ultimately reduce poverty. Some of the recommendations are more development research to improve the quality of education, and education policies must focus on long-term investments to overcome poverty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.
