At SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas presence, tidiness, personality and order are aspects of discipline which are used as references to measure the level of student discipline. The mechanism for measuring the level of discipline of each student is measured manually, namely by accumulating points of violations committed by students, then determining the sanctions that will be given. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system to determine the level of discipline and sanctions for student violations using the TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method and implement the system to assist counseling teachers in monitoring student discipline levels, and can be effective and efficiently find the number of points of violation committed by students. The system is designed using the MySQL database, PHP programming language, and Macromedia Dreamweaver application software.

Abstrak: Semua siswa di dalam dunia pendidikan dalam proses belajar tidak ada yang terlepas dari berbagai tata tertib dan peraturan yang berlaku atau di jalankan oleh sekolah dan memang wajib harus di taati oleh setiap siswa. Dengan adanya hal tersebut bertujuan supaya setiap siswa mengetahui tentang kedisiplinan. Di SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas kehadiran, kerapian, kepribadian dan ketertiban merupakan aspek kedisiplinan yang dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Mekanisme pengukuran tingkat disiplin dari masing-masing siswa diukur dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mengakumulasi point pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa, kemudian ditentukan sanksi yang akan diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan dan sanksi pelanggaran siswa menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique Order Preferenceby Similarity ToIdeal Solution) dan mengimplementasikan sistem tersebut untuk membantu guru BK dalam memantau tingkat kedisiplinan siswa, dan dapat dengan efektif dan efesien mencari jumlah point pelanggaran yang di lakukan oleh siswa.Sistemdi rancang menggunakan database MySQL,bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan software aplikasi macromedia dreamweaver.

SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran currently still uses a manual system in recording and imposing sanctions, which is prone to errors, data loss, and is less efficient in decision making. This study aims to propose the implementation of a decision support system based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to determine more objective and transparent sanctions. The results of the application of the TOPSIS method in the process of determining objective sanctions for students at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran are based on factors such as attendance, neatness, diligence, and student behavior, resulting in more accurate and systematic decisions. This study shows that the application of the TOPSIS method increases efficiency in determining sanctions for students and supports a fairer and data-based coaching process in schools.

Abstrak: Pendidikan menengah memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keterampilan akademik, sosial, dan emosional peserta didik serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk pendidikan lebih lanjut atau masuk ke dunia kerja. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan adalah penerapan disiplin melalui sanksi terhadap pelanggaran aturan sekolah. SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan dan pemberian sanksi, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, serta kurang efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengusulkan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan sanksi yang lebih objektif dan transparan. Hasil dari penerapan metode TOPSIS dalam proses penentuan sanksi objektif pada peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran didasarkan pada faktor-faktor seperti kehadiran, kerapian, kerajinan, serta kelakuan siswa, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan sistematis. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS meningkatkan efisiensi dalam menentukan sanksi bagi siswa serta mendukung proses pembinaan yang lebih adil dan berbasis data di sekolah.

Performance appraisals are carried out between superiors and subordinates, looking at the employee's work results in the last year. Employee performance assessment at the North Padang Lawas Regency PUPR Service still uses a manual system so that the files are not arranged quickly and employee performance assessment still uses calculations with Microsoft Excel. With this problem, the fuzzy logic method is used. The fuzzy method is used to obtain the best employee performance assessment, with 3 criteria to produce the greatest value selected. This research aims to design an employee performance assessment application using the fuzzy method, to obtain recommendations for promotion. The test results of 8 people had sufficient value and 2 people had low value. For low-ranking employees, they will be given sanctions and reprimands by their superiors, while for employees with sufficient value, their performance must be improved to be even better.

Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses pengukuran organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kinerja dapat juga diartikan sebagai penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, dan personilnya, berdasarkan visi, misi dan standar organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan antara atasan dengan bawahan, melihat hasil kerja pegawai dalam setahun terakhir. Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga berkas-berkas file tidak tersusun secara rapid dan penilaian kinerja pegawai masih menggunakanperhitungan dengan microsoft excel.Dengan permasalahah tersebut menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Metode fuzzy digunakan dalam mendapatkan penilaian kinerja pegawai terbaik, dengan 3 kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode fuzzy, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kenaikan jabatan. Hasil tes dari 8 orang memiliki nilai cukup dan 2 orang memiliki nilai rendah. Bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai rendah akan diberikan sanksi dan teguran oleh atasannya, sedangkan bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai cukup, kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan agar lebih baik lagi.

Research findings show that the RBA has several key roles in improving banking performance. First, RBA improves operational efficiency and effectiveness by focusing audits on high-risk areas. Second, the RBA enables banks to proactively identify and manage risks, thereby strengthening financial and operational stability. Third, the RBA ensures that banks are more compliant with regulations and industry standards, reducing the risk of sanctions and fines. In addition, the implementation of RBA encourages the formation of a strong risk management culture and the use of information technology to support the risk management process. Risk based audit plays a significant role in improving banking performance. By improving operational efficiency, managing risk proactively, ensuring regulatory compliance, establishing a strong risk management culture, and leveraging technology, banks can achieve stability and better performance in the long term. These findings support the importance of implementing RBA as the main strategy in risk management and supervision in the banking sector.

In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks.
