u site tambang, mulai dari data eksplorasi, survey geologis, sampai ke jadwal produksi tambang, dan mengelola model-model geologi tiga dimensi serta desain tambang dengan sistem grafik CAD 3D. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data numerik serta analisis data yang dapat diukur yang mencakup data topografi, data modelling batubara, dan design tambang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif yaitu observasi langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan Software Minescape 5.12 diperoleh total waste sebesar 1.700.898,91 Bcm dan batubara sebesar 242.840,92 Ton. Hasil perhitungan dari volume dan tonase diketahui nilai nisbah pengupasan atau stripping ratio sebesar 7,00.

Abstract
In the field of mining, data processing is crucial due to the uneven distribution of mineral deposits within the earth. The utilisation of the Minescape programme can enhance all aspects of technical information for a mining site, from exploration data and geological surveys to the mining production schedule, and managing three-dimensional geological models and mine designs with the CAD 3D graphics system. The methods used include numerical data collection and measurable data analysis, encompassing topographic data, coal modelling data, and mine design. This research falls into the category of descriptive research, involving direct field observations using quantitative data. Calculations using Minescape Software 5.12 revealed a total waste of 1,700,898.91 Bcm and coal of 242,840.92 tonnes. From the calculation of volume and tonnage, the stripping ratio was found to be 7.00.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Kota Tanjungpinang dalam pendampingan korban pelecehan seksual pada anak, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Soerjono Soekanto (2002) dengan teori peran yaitu dilihat dari peran normatif, peran ideal dan peran faktual. Metode dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Kota Tanjungpinang berperan dalam pendampingan korban pelecehan seksual pada anak dimana saat ini UPT PPA melakukan pendampingan rohani, psikologis, mendampingi proses hukum hingga visum. Berdasarkan hasil temuan ada beberapa SOP dalam pelaksanaanya belum sesuai seperti waktu dan prosedur pendampingan yang harus menyesuaikan keadaan di lapangan dan akhirnya diberikan tidak tepat sesuai SOP kemudian belum terpenuhinya beberapa fasilitas, salah satunya adalah jalur disabilitas dan Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga. Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga (PUSPAGA) diharapkan yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam pendampingan masalah kesehatan mental bagi anak dan orang tua.

This study aims to describe the implementation of e-government in the use of m-paspor applications at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjung Uban. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used from Harvard JFK School of Government, with several indicators including Support, Capacity and Value. The results showed that the implementation of e-government in the use of m-paspor applications has run in accordance with the objectives but has not been optimal in one of the indicators. In the Support indicator, support in the form of SOP’s and m-paspor policies, direct socialization and through social media as well as supporting infrastructure at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjung Uban is quite good. In the Capacity indicator, the availability of financial resources is intended for socialization needs, the information technology infrastructure in the service process looks adequate to facilitate the community, but in the process of implementing the application there are still several obstacles, including frequent application errors, payment codes do not come out, limited quotas and so on, as well as the availability of human resources derived from receiving CPNS selection analysis S1 immigration and has been provided with periodic training by the Directorate General of Immigration. wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

This study aims to describe how single parents play a role in fostering their children's religious character and to identify the various obstacles they encounter in the process. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that single parents in Talang Balai Baru II Village have carried out their role quite well in instilling religious character in their children. This is done through the cultivation of faith, the practice of worship, and the formation of noble morals. They also strive to be good role models, offer constructive advice, and continuously pray for their children to stay on the right path. However, there are significant challenges, such as the limited time and energy of single parents in balancing work and educating their children. In addition, emotional pressure arises from concerns about the negative influences of the social environment and technological developments, particularly those coming from peers and social media.

Organizing by setting a clear organizational structure with specific assignments and responsibilities for each Arabic language teaching staff. Implementation by actively implementing an innovative Arabic language curriculum, ensuring that Arabic language learning materials are always up-to-date and relevant to student needs. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, attitudes and support from health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic among visitors at Tanjung Pura Hospital, Langkat Regency. The method in this research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all visitors to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital in October 2022 with a total sample of 96 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collected was obtained by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge was poor as much as 57.3%, positive attitude was 56.3%, support from health workers was poor as much as 53.1%. The results of bivariate analysis show that the knowledge variable is 0.000, attitude is 0.001, support from health workers is 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variables of knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended that hospitals implement strict health protocol checks, such as carrying out checks at hospital entrances, making regulations regarding health protocol raids, and imposing sanctions for those who do not comply with health protocols.
