Abstract: Muskuloskeletal disordera (MSDs) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang dapat timbul akibat tidak terselenggaranya upaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan baik. Pabrik UD. Kreasi Lutvi… merupakan salah satu industry yang bergerak di sector usaha informal yang memiliki upaya Kesehatan kerja dan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja yang masih terbilang rendah. Pabrik UD. Kreasi Lutvi beralamat di Jl. Tunah Mekar no. 258 Tuntungan 2 Pancur Batu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at, 14 Juli 2024. Terdapat kurang lebih 30 pekerja di Pabrik Ud. Kreasi Lutfi dan peneliti menggunakan 3 orang sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Resiko Postur Kerja yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal disordera (MSDs) pada pekerja di Pabrik UD. Kreasi Lutvi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pekerja yang mengalami pegal-pegal, baik dipunggung, tangan maupun kaki. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan dengan posisi yang tidak tepat.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan beberapa faktor risiko penyebab Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja. Secara keseluruhan, analisis faktor risiko menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kompleksitas dalam penyebab MSDs pada pekerja konstruksi. Upaya untuk mengurangi insiden MSDs harus mencakup pengendalian faktor-faktor risiko yang berasal dari individu, pekerjaan, dan organisasi secara komprehensif.

Abstract: This study investigates how cognitive processes in a flipped classroom setting influence self-regulated learning (SRL). The results demonstrated the value of SRL in enhancing students' capacity for autonomous learning and academic success.Collaborative and active learning are further encouraged in the flipped classroom setting. The conclusion for education is that in order to enhancestudent learning outcomes, it is critical to include SRL principles into teaching procedures. Offering students individualized support and unambiguousdirection as they get ready for flipped classroom activities are examples of useful recommendations. Through this research, the function of SRL inflipped classrooms is better understood, and ideas for developing instructional strategies based on SRL principles are gained.

Abstract: Disclosure of a criminal case in order to find the perpetrator of a criminal act cannot be separated from witness statements as evidence. Witness testimony that is recognized as evidence is only testimony that meets subjective… ective and objective requirements as a witness. In this regard, problems often arise in practice regarding testimonium de auditu witnesses, related to the strength of their evidence before the trial. For certain criminal acts, finding witnesses who saw, heard and experienced the crime is not easy. For example, criminal acts of sexual abuse against children, which are difficult to find because when a criminal act of sexual abuse occurs, at that time there must be only the perpetrator and the victim. The aim of this research is to determine the value and evidentiary strength of the testimony of testimonium de auditu witnesses in the process of proving criminal acts of child molestation. This problem will be answered using normative legal research methods through case studies of Decision Number: 146/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Ktg. The results of the research in writing this article are that the evidentiary value of all evidence, including witnesses, is in the hands of the judge. Judges in determining the value and proof of evidence must pay attention to its suitability with other evidence.

The various problems… faced by students in classes towards the school, adjustments to the curriculum, study habits as well as the future and aspirations obtained from the Problem Checklist filled in by students. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 109 students using the Slovin formula. The research results were analyzed using percentages and produced findings that the problems faced by students were very diverse, thus hindering the learning process.

The Role Of Nalanda Students As Buddhist Religious Education Teachers In Influenced Buddhist Pancasila Values

Abstract: The background of this study is based on the increasing tendency of deviant behavior and delinquency among elementary school students, which demands an early approach to character education. Nalanda students who serve as… Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

In 2019, SMEs has reached 63,95 million units which took over 99,62% of all businesses… in Indonesia. SMEs also have contributed 61.79% to Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product in 2020, hence making them an important contributor to the country’s economic growth. However, SMEs hold some weaknesses compared to large and modern businesses which its limited financial condition and difficulties when applying for funding to the bank due to their lack of proper reporting financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards. In order to resolve this issue, the role of independent auditors holds essential part in making SMEs more bankable by auditing their financial statements. Therefore, the financial statement of SMEs will be more reliable so that the bank will approve SMEs credit application.

In terms of rapid economic development, no doubt, a country is required to have a… rule of law that can accommodate these needs and could cover various sociological spectrums that exist and are constantly changing within its people. Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim majority in the world, while the notion of the whole state is based on Pancasila with diverse customs and cultural norms is certainly faced with several challenges, one of which is the transformation and the implementation of living law that includes religious, as well as indigenous law into a state law. The field of economics as an example of a social event that continues to revolve, will significantly be affected in the development of legal and social science. Sharia law is no longer a codification of exclusive law limited to certain groups of people but has become a general rule not only in Indonesia but also internationally with the existence of Islamic banking system. This phenomenon certainly changes the view of the legal order that applies in society if the change is assessed through the eyes of the sociology of law in Indonesia.
