The research results show that efforts to improve the quality of health services at the Merauke District Hospital are sufficient. This can be seen in indicators of staff capacity, availability of facilities and infrastructure, and cost capabilities. Meanwhile, the distribution of health workers has not yet been implemented. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan hospitality, tour guiding, storytelling, penguatan kelembagaan, serta pembentukan identitas digital destinasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan nyata, baik dari sisi sikap maupun keterampilan. Pokdarwis kini memiliki struktur organisasi, dua paket wisata yang dapat ditawarkan kepada wisatawan, serta kemampuan untuk mempromosikan Sapomi secara digital. Perubahan ini memberi harapan bagi masyarakat Sapomi untuk mengembangkan wisata bahari dengan lebih percaya diri dan terarah.

Program ini menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan penyuluhan, pendampingan keluarga sasaran, dan evaluasi akhir. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan demonstrasi pengolahan makanan berbahan pangan lokal. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta mengenai stunting, 1.000 HPK, pemenuhan gizi seimbang, dan pola asuh responsif, dengan kenaikan skor lebih dari 50 poin. Pendampingan intensif memperlihatkan perubahan perilaku keluarga dalam menerapkan variasi menu, pengolahan pangan lokal, praktik kebersihan, serta stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Evaluasi tahap akhir menunjukkan terbentuknya jejaring sosial baru melalui kader posyandu dan kelompok ibu gizi yang memperkuat komitmen kolektif masyarakat dalam pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis budaya lokal mampu meningkatkan kapasitas keluarga sekaligus membangun kemandirian komunitas dalam menjaga kesehatan anak.

tian ini berjumlah 449 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Musamus Merauke angkatan 2019 & 2020, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumblah 83 responden mahasiswa dari tiga jurusan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sample random sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dari populasi secara ajak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data yang di gunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Pengukuran variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media sosial secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara media sosial dengan minat berwirausaha, diperoleh nilai thitung = 0,697 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,488. Nilai ttabel = 1,664. Karena ttabel > thitung , maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Sedangkan untuk motivasi diperoleh nilai thitung = 3,973 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Nilai ttabel untuk variabel motivasi sebesar 1,664. Karena nilai ttabel < thitung maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, secara parsial ada pengaruh yang signifikan anatar motivasi dan minat berwirausaha. Pada hasil uji F berdasarkan analisis diperoleh nilai Ftabel < Fhitung yaitu 3,11 < 10,151, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yaitu lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya, media sosial dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y).

The main problem addressed in this research concerns the lack of learning models capable of integrating cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking skills with digital competencies relevant to 21st-century demands. Employing a descriptive qualitative method supported by a literature review, the data were collected from various scientific sources such as books, journals, articles, and previous studies. The findings indicate that Collaborative Learning effectively enhances students’ Literasi digital skills through activities emphasizing interaction, discussion, problem-solving, and the use of digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Canva, Kahoot, and Padlet. The teacher’s role as a facilitator is crucial in creating an active, adaptive, and student-centered learning environment. Challenges such as limited devices and internet access still arise, yet these can be mitigated through teacher competency development, parental support, and the optimal use of accessible digital resources. The study concludes that integrating Collaborative Learning with Literasi digital not only improves academic competence but also fosters a learning ecosystem that is engaging, participatory, and aligned with technological advancements. The novelty of this research lies in highlighting that student collaboration, when combined with appropriate technological integration, can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening Literasi digital sustainably at the elementary school level.

The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, modifying the Borg and Gall model into nine systematic development stages, including needs analysis, design, validation, and field testing. The research subjects consisted of 30 seventh-grade students for the limited trial and 60 students for the field trial. Validation by subject matter and media experts yielded an average score of 87%, indicating that the media is highly feasible. The limited trial results showed increased student participation across three learning domains: affective (72%), cognitive (68%), and psychomotor (70%). The subsequent field trial confirmed these findings, with an average active participation score of 81%, categorized as excellent. Additionally, quantitative data from questionnaires indicated positive responses from both students and teachers, with an average score of 85%, while qualitative data from observations and interviews revealed that the media significantly improved student motivation, engagement, and conceptual understanding. The results conclude that the developed interactive learning media is content-valid, practical for implementation, and effective in enhancing students’ active participation. These findings offer empirical contributions to the development of innovative, contextual, and applicable learning media in physical education and support the reinforcement of active participation-based pedagogy at the basic education level.

ucation sector, this research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social media and video conferencing apps in supporting flexible, interactive, and collaborative learning. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, data was collected from 50 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The results indicate that WhatsApp is the most widely used social media platform by students (46.15%), while the most dominant video conferencing application is Zoom (61.54%). Students recognize the important role of social media in facilitating efficient communication, while video conferencing apps provide significant benefits in real-time interactivity. The combination of these two platforms has proven to significantly enhance students' learning motivation, with 84.62% of respondents acknowledging a positive impact on their learning process. This study emphasizes that the utilization of digital technology, such as social media and video conferencing apps, plays a crucial role in supporting more flexible and adaptive education. Therefore, the findings of this study recommend that educational institutions optimize the use of digital technology in learning to meet the demands of an evolving education system in this digital era.

This study focuses on how the implementation of the token economy method can enhance motivation, engagement, and learning behavior of slow learner students with speech delay in elementary school, as well as examining its effectiveness in influencing behavioral change. The study employed a quantitative approach using a single case study A-B-A’ design, which allows systematic observation of behavioral changes through pre-intervention, intervention, and post-intervention phases. The findings indicate a significant improvement in participation, persistence, and task completion, along with a reduction in negative behaviors such as task refusal and crying during the intervention phase. These improvements were maintained in the post-intervention phase despite the reduced intensity of token reinforcement, indicating a shift from extrinsic to intrinsic motivation. Trend analysis of the data reveals consistent and stable improvement across all phases, confirming the effectiveness of the token economy method as a behavioral intervention. The novelty of this study lies in the specific application of the token economy to slow learner students with speech delay through a single-subject approach, providing an in-depth and contextual understanding of motivational changes. The findings contribute theoretically to the reinforcement of the behavioristic approach and practically offer an alternative adaptive learning strategy for inclusive education at the elementary level.
