Furthermore, Shariah-compliant fintech innovation driven by maqaṣid al-shari’ah enhances financial inclusion, ethical governance, and sustainable economic development. The study emphasizes that collaboration among regulators, financial institutions, and educational entities is crucial to developing adaptive regulations and strengthening digital-Shariah literacy. The main conclusion underscores the significance of aligning technological innovation with Islamic ethical principles to advance the competitiveness of the Islamic finance industry globally.

search uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews with informants from the Bukittinggi City Regional Financial Agency. The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.

Employing a descriptive analytical approach, this research delves into the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and strategies adopted by Primkoppol in executing its functions and objectives. Focusing on the evaluation of management practices, including resource management, profit allocation, and member development programs, this study seeks to identify the keys to success and the challenges faced by Primkoppol in its efforts to enhance member welfare. This analysis is supplemented with secondary data and direct survey results from members to capture their perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the services provided by Primkoppol. The findings indicate that Primkoppol has implemented various positive initiatives oriented towards improving member welfare, including innovations in financial services, enhancement of product and service quality, and member capacity development through education and training. However, there is also room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing management transparency, operational efficiency, and adaptation to digital technology. This study concludes that to continue improving its members' welfare, Primkoppol needs to further optimize an adaptive and responsive management system to environmental changes and member needs. Recommendations include improvements in two-way communication between management and members, integration of information technology, and strengthening of institutional capacity.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik penentuan informan secara purposive yang melibatkan Branch Sales Manager, tenaga sales, dan pelanggan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales berperan strategis dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan melalui komunikasi adaptif, pelayanan responsif, komitmen, serta keterlibatan dalam membantu kebutuhan pelanggan. Loyalitas tercermin pada pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan keberlanjutan kerja sama. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi efektivitas peran sales meliputi kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi interpersonal sales dan konsistensi pelayanan sebagai strategi mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.
Increasingly competitive competition in the building materials distribution industry requires companies not only to maintain smooth distribution, but also to build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the role of sales in increasing customer loyalty and identify factors that influence this role at PT Mitra Maju Mapan Bondowoso Branch. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation using purposive informant selection techniques involving Branch Sales Managers, sales personnel and regular customers. Data analysis is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show that sales plays a strategic role in building customer loyalty through adaptive communication, responsive service, commitment, and involvement in helping customer needs. Loyalty is reflected in repeat purchases, recommendations and continued cooperation. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the sales role include service quality, company image, trust and customer satisfaction. This research implies the importance of strengthening interpersonal sales competence and service consistency as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.

From the results of the research, Bali Province before the pandemic had five leading sectors, but during the pandemic, Bali Province did not move only one base sector can become a mainstay, further innovation strategies are needed to stimulate Bali's economy to rise to the way it was before the pandemic.
