Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.

Abstrak: Desa ini terkenal dengan Desa Kampung Pancasila. Namun yang menjadi permasalahan di Desa ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kesadaran tentang betapa pentingnya pendidikan di masa depan. Hal ini disebabkan karena padatnya aktivitas orang tua sehari penuh dan setiba di rumah sudah kelelahan membuat kurangnya perhatian terhadap anaknya sehingga terkadang meminta anaknya untuk bekerja bersama mencari penghasilan tambahan keluarga. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, Tim pengabdi PPK Ormawa UNA menyediakan layanan pengetahuan serta informasi pada pembelajaran non-formal berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat berbentuk buku ataupun non- buku yang ada di pojok- pojok literasi, yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat teknologi informasi, menyediakan layanan informasi dari sumber akses informasi kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan 6 literasi dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah melakukan survei awal, mengidentifikasi potensi daerah dan masalah, menganalisis kebutuhan masyarakat, pembentukan program bersama masyarakat, menetapkan khalayak sasaran, merumuskan indikator keberhasilan program, melaksanakan program, mensosialisasikan dan mempublikasi kepada masyarakat, menyediakan bahan pustaka dan pojok literasi dan mengadakan perlengkapan fasilitas layanan pendidikan non-formal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan 9 pojok literasi di Desa Air Genting yang mengembangkan pembelajaran non-formal berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat serta beroperasinya pojok-pojok literasi dengan program dan kepengurusan yang berbeda-beda.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

This activity will provide knowledge about the quality of promotional messages and attractive visual product presentations, so that MSMEs can produce marketing content that is effective in attracting attention and influencing the target audience. By increasing knowledge and skills in digital marketing, it is hoped that MSMEs can compete globally in developing the MSMEs sector and increasing exports of processed seafood products in the Riau Islands region, especially in Batam City.

Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. it is not possible to carry out gardening activities. Hydroponics and aquaponics are solutions to the problem of limited land. This activity aims to introduce, train and assist the public about hydroponic and aquaponic technology. This activity was carried out centrally at the Ceria Command RPTRA, RW 06 Galur Village in collaboration with Working Group 3 Galur Village from August – October 2023. The equipment used included 2 sets of hydroponic frames with a total of 196 holes and 1 set of aquaponic frames with 156 holes. The activity stages start with introducing tools and vegetable seeds, sowing together, monitoring, harvesting with residents, and evaluation. During the activity, vegetables were successfully harvested 3 times with yields of 12 kg per cycle, and 7 kg of catfish were successfully harvested. Some of the harvest is given to residents and stunted toddlers, and the other part is sold to be managed again by the RPTRA.

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan atau dikenal sebagai urban farming merupakan kegiatan berkebun dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dan tetap bisa dilakukan walaupun lahan sempit/terbatas. RW 06 Kelurahan Galur berada di daerah Jakarta Pusat yang tergolong padat penduduk, dimana tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkebun. Hidroponik dan akuaponik merupakan solusi untuk permasalah keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, melatih dan mendampigi masyarakat tentang teknologi hidroponik dan akuaponik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara terpusat di RPTRA Komando Ceria, RW 06 Kelurahan Galur bekerja sama dengan Pokja 3 Kelurahan Galur dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2023. Alat yang digunakan meliputi 2 set rangka hidroponik dengan total 196 lubang dan 1 set rangka akuaponik dengan 156 lubang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pengenalan alat dan bibit sayur, menyemai bersama, monitoring, panen bersama warga, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung sayuran berhasil di panen sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil panen menghasilkan 12 kg per siklus, dan ikan lele berhasil di panen sebanyak 7 kg. Sebagian hasil panen diberikan untuk warga dan balita stunting, dan sebagian lainnnya dijual untuk dikelola kembali oleh RPTRA.

Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi dapat membantu bisnis meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan memperluas pasar mereka.
