Data dikumpulkan melalui skala yang disusun sendiri berdasarkan teori self efficacy yang dikemukakan Bandura (1997), skala perceive theacher support yang dikemukakan Metheny, dkk (2008) dan academic boredom yang dikemukana oleh Sharp, dkk (2020). Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi ganda dan korelasi , dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terbukti,artinya ada hubungan yang negative dan sangat signifikan antara self efficacy dan perceive theacher support dengan academic boredom pada siswa di sekolah dasar full day scholl. sumbangan terbesar terhadap variabel dependen academic boredom adalah self efficacy yaitu 30,08% dan perceive theacher support 9,62%, sedangkan secara keseluruhan sumbangan efektif total terhadap variabel academic boredom adalah 39,7%.

this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.

. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

The results of this study are 1) preparation for the implementation of simaan at the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school, namely by repeating memorization as often as possible and for a long time. 2) the implementation of the simaan method in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school is a.simaan weekly, b.simaan semester, c.simaan memorization even 5, 10,15, 20, 25 juz, d.simaan kubro is simaan 30 juz in one sitting. 3) the simaan method can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school by careful and continuous preparation, but if the simaan method is not done with istiqomah, then memorization will not be maintained. 4) Tahsin can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in terms of minimizing mistakes, because in Tahsin reading the Qur'an must be done carefully, because if ignored it will cause a change in meaning. 5) driving factors in carrying out simaan methods such as: giving motivation, giving memorization targets, desires from oneself and others. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari masing-masing laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dijadikan bahan analisis statistic guna mengetahui hubungan variabel secara terstruktur mengenai return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, ukuran perusahaan dan harga saham. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 30 perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI 2020-2024 dengan menggunakan pemilihan sampel purposive sampling sehingga didapati 18 perusahaan selama 5 tahun dengan total 90 observasi. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS atau structured equation model partial linear square yang dijalankan menggunakan software statistika SMART-PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa return on asset, debt to equity ratio, current ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Pengujian moderasi menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan mampu memperkuat pengaruh yang diberikan return on asset, debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan pengaruh current ratio terhadap harga saham tidak mampu dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan.

pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pasien HIV/AIDS terhadap terapi ARV serta efektivitas edukasi mandiri dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan pasien. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik random sampling terhadap 59 responden yang menjalani terapi ARV. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan yang rendah yaitu sebanyak 55 responden 93,2 % dari total 59 responden. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa harus ada edukasi mandiri lebih lanjut untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan pasien. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program edukasi dan dukungan sosial sebagai strategi peningkatan kepatuhan terapi ARV di fasilitas layanan kesehatan primer.
