Abstract:This study examines the effectiveness of the Presbyterian-Synodal system of church governance in shaping an inclusive, participatory, and contextual ministry within the Indonesian Protestant Church in Papua (GPI Papua).…
Employing a qualitative approach and contextual case study, the research focuses on the relationship between church governance structures and Papuan communal culture, which emphasizes deliberation, egalitarianism, and communal living. The findings indicate that, in principle, the Presbyterian-Synodal system possesses the potential to accommodate the collective character of Papuan society and to support congregational participation in ecclesiastical decision-making processes. However, implementation at the local level faces several challenges, including inconsistent understanding of ecclesiastical roles and responsibilities, limited human resource capacity, and misalignment between synodal policies and the contextual needs of congregations. These issues reveal a gap between the theological-structural design of the system and the pastoral realities on the ground. Therefore, this study recommends institutional renewal based on local contexts, the development of transformative church leadership models, and the strengthening of ecclesiological education rooted in Papuan cultural and social dynamics. Theoretically and practically, this research contributes to the development of contextual ecclesiology and church management in multicultural settings, emphasizing the importance of synthesizing Reformed theology with local values. As such, this study not only offers a constructive critique of current church governance practices but also opens space for reflection and innovation, enabling the church to become more relevant, just, and empowering in addressing contemporary challenges and contextual realities.

mand itself "all nations" meaning anyone, anywhere, and at any time. In general, the definition of an urban area is a residential area that includes a main city and is supported by peripheral areas that support the main city. Urban areas are also more complex areas than rural areas. Financial turnover in the economy is very fast. Generally the population has sufficient education. A more comprehensive way of thinking and unique characteristics due to busy work, even seem selfish and indifferent. All of this shows the need for the church to carry out its own strategic management in carrying out urban evangelism. Researchers used qualitative methods based on library research. Data that already exists will be lifted and become the wealth of this writing. The aim of this writing is to add to the richness of existing writings. ol to help teachers convey the Word of God in class. Such as the use of props that can help teachers convey stories to children in class. The use of props that involve IT or audio visual media-based technology such as videos, televisions, slides is expected to attract children’s attention so that they can understand the essence of the story. The teaching of audio-visual media is inspired by the teaching method that the Lord Jesus applied when teaching the crowds and His disciples, “Look at the birds of the sky who neither plant nor reap nor gather into barns” (Matthew 6:34). In teaching, the Lord Jesus often used natural media as a way for Him to convey His Word. This research discusses the role of audio visual media used by teachers in delivering various topics. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Based on this research, it is concluded that the role of audio-visual media is so great in helping Sunday school teachers in teaching to be easily accepted and understood by children and recorded more easily in children’s memory.

from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.
