City Drinking Water BLUD, one of the things that is of concern is that there are differences in data between the Revenue Treasurer and the Accounting Department. While the accounting department is duty to provide financial statement data to DPKP Cimahi City which will then be consolidated to BPKAD Cimahi City. When the accounting department reconciles data with BPKAD, there is different income data between BAPPENDA and BPKAD. This happened because there was no data reconciliation first between the revenue treasurer and the Accounting Section of the Cimahi City Drinking Water BLUD before the data was provided to interested parties. So far, BLUD Drinking Water uses SOPs that have not been updated. The problem occurred because the Cash Receipt SOP had not been updated and had not complied with the SOP preparation standards set by the local government. Needed to create a new Cash Receipt SOP so that the data provided by the Revenue Treasurer or Accounting Section becomes one vote. The methods used in preparing SOP are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of the community service carried out is that there is an excel format of the latest Cash Receipt SOP even though it has not been ratified because it is still waiting for the completion of SOP in other divisions.

This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of the General Manager, Head of the Research and Development Division (Litbang), Head of the Member Resource Development Subdivision (PSDA), and members of LPM DINAMIKA UIN SU. The results of the study indicate that HRM plays a role in improving member quality through various coaching and competency development programs, and helps increase member activity through continuous motivation, coaching, and coordination. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as low member commitment, time constraints, and differences in motivation levels. Therefore, more effective and sustainable HRM management is needed to support the development of the organization and its members.

Model STAD merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang menekankan kerja sama dalam kelompok kecil yang heterogen, di mana setiap anggota kelompok memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memahami dan menyampaikan materi kepada teman sekelompoknya. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan efektif bagi siswa.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada setiap siklus serta meningkatnya keaktifan dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
Dengan demikian penelitian model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat menjadi alternatif metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu di tingkat sekolah dasar. Dengan adanya kerja sama dalam kelompok, siswa lebih termotivasi untuk belajar dan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk menerapkan model ini dalam pembelajaran guna menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih dinamis dan mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 27 Sungai Durian pada semester II tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua siklus, setiap siklus masing-masing dua pertemuan. Penelitian dengan model STAD berhasil memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik. Hasil penilaian aktivitas guru siklus I pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 70,37% dan pertemuan 2 73,33%. Pada siklus II pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 88,89% dan pertemuan 2 93,33%. Pada aktivitas peserta didik siklus I pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 66,67% dan pertemuan 2 70%. Pada siklus II pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase sebesar 85,18% dan pertemuan 2 93,33%. Pada hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik, kondisi hasil belajar pra siklus hanya memperoleh persentase 28,57% meningkat pada siklus I yaitu 64,29% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85,71%. Berdasarkan data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model cooperative tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 27 Sungai Durian.

Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 124348 Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 22 orang, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Variable penelitian adalah variabel bebas (X) yaitu Model Pembelajaran STAD dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu Hasil Belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Adapun uji yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini t paired sampel test dengan bantuan program IMB SPSS versi 26, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di dapat thitung yaitu 6,012. Dengan frekuensi (df) sebesar 22-1 = 21, pada taraf signifikansi a=0,05 di ttabel yaitu 1,711. Maka diperoleh thitung>ttabel (6, 012>1,711). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap hasil belajar Matematika Siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar T.A 2025/2026”.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.

The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The organization is regulated by the mechanism of division of tasks, regulated based on the Decree of the Head relating to the Organizational Structure of the training management program which is generally understood and implemented by BKPSDM. The implementation of education and training at BKPSDM was carried out well, in addition to providing quality training for trainees, the committee also paid great attention to the health of participants. Supervision of basic training is carried out daily by class observers during distance learning, while classical supervision is carried out by the tutor. Barriers in general are due to the large number of participants while the time for CPNS is only one year so that there is extraordinary activity on the part of the organizers and facilitators. In overcoming the obstacles to the shortage of learning media, namely socialization before the implementation of careful preparation from the organizers and assessors of work performance.
