tainable farming methods, so they still rely on traditional ways that are less efficient and potentially harmful to the environment. In addition, the lack of understanding of agricultural business management and digital marketing is also another problem in optimizing agricultural yields. This activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of the students through avocado cultivation as an environmentally friendly and sustainable economic potential. This program is implemented at Ponpes Irsyaduth Tholabah, Padangan, Bojonegoro Regency, with a participatory and educational approach. The main focus of the mentoring includes the transfer of knowledge about avocado cultivation techniques, agribusiness management, and the strengthening of entrepreneurial spirit based on Islamic values. Through a series of training and field practice, the students not only gain technical skills in planting avocados, but are also able to design business models that support the go green principle. The steps of activity implementation are as follows: a) Activity location survey, b) Pre-Test, c) Avocado Cultivation and Digital Marketing Training, d) Post-Test. The results of the activities show an increase in students' understanding of sustainable farming concepts and the emergence of small business initiatives based on agricultural products. This program is expected to become the embryo for producing a generation of students who are economically independent and concerned about environmental sustainability.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ponpes Irsyaduth Tholabah Padangan adalah terbatasnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri dalam budidaya alpukat yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Banyak santri yang belum terbiasa dengan metode pertanian yang berkelanjutan, sehingga masih mengandalkan cara-cara tradisional yang kurang efisien dan berpotensi merusak lingkungan. Selain itu, kurangnya pemahaman tentang manajemen usaha pertanian dan pemasaran digital juga menjadi permasalahan lain dalam mengoptimalkan hasil pertanian. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan santri melalui budidaya alpukat sebagai potensi ekonomi yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Irsyaduth Tholabah, Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Fokus utama pendampingan mencakup transfer pengetahuan tentang teknik budidaya alpukat, pengelolaan agribisnis, serta penguatan semangat kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan praktek lapangan, santri tidak hanya mendapatkan keterampilan teknis dalam menanam alpukat, tetapi juga mampu merancang model usaha yang mendukung prinsip go green. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai berikut: a) Survey lokasi Kegiatan, b) Pre-Test, c) Pelatihan Budidaya Alpukat dan Pemasaran Digital, d) Post-Test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman santri terhadap konsep pertanian berkelanjutan dan munculnya inisiatif usaha kecil berbasis hasil pertanian. Program ini diharapkan menjadi embrio lahirnya generasi santri yang mandiri secara ekonomi dan peduli terhadap kelestarian lingkungan.

of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung, who specifically sought optimal solutions for various local issues, including recurrent flooding within the city. Based on focus group discussions between Student Group 221 and local community stakeholders in flood-prone areas, a sustainable urban development model was formulated, emphasizing active collaboration among the government, academia, the private sector, and civil society. The methodology employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) framework with a participatory approach. The initiatives of Group 221 focused on three primary pillars: the circular economy, community-based environmental management, and the strengthening of social inclusion. The results demonstrate that collaborative initiatives are capable of producing innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of the city, while simultaneously fostering collective awareness regarding the importance of urban development oriented toward common welbeing.

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi dilaksanakan atas permintaan Wali Kota Bandar Lampung yang secara khusus meminta solusi terbaik atas beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi termasuk musibah banjir yang terjadi secara berulang di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil diskusi kelompok 221 Mahasiswa UIN Raden Intan bersama potensi masyarakat di beberapa titik rawan, dirumuskan model pembangunan kota berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi aktif antara pemerintah, akademisi, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sipil. Metode diterapkan dengan pola ABCD (Assets Base Community Development), dengan pendekatan partisipatif. KKN-Terintegrasi kelompok 221 berfokus pada tiga pilar utama, yakni; perekonomian sirkular, pengelolaan lingkungan hidup berbasis komunitas, dan penguatan inklusi sosial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif kolaboratif mampu menghasilkan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan Kota Impian, serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya pembangunan kota yang berpihak pada kesejahteraan bersama.

for its rich natural beauty. However, this potential has not been fully utilized by the village government due to the absence of digital media for promoting local tourism. To address this challenge, an empowerment program was carried out through digitalization initiatives, including socialization on the use of the village website, website management training, and the handover of the newly developed Tanjung Baru Ranau Village website. The website was designed to support administrative services, publish village information, and promote tourism potential. The implementation method consisted of initial observations to identify village needs and potentials, followed by program socialization, technical training on website operation, and ongoing assistance in implementing technological innovations. The results of the training show that the Tanjung Baru Ranau Village website was successfully developed and that village officials gained the necessary skills to manage it effectively. This improvement supports the realization of transparent and accountable governance and enables the optimal development of village potentials. Overall, the empowerment program successfully increased village officials’ understanding of the importance of digitalization in governance systems by 48%.

Keindahan alam tersebut belum dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal oleh pemerintah desa karena belum menggunakan media digital untuk mempromosikan wisata lokal yang ada di Desa tanjung Baru Ranau. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan program pemberdayaan melalui sosialisasi digitalisasi melalui website desa dan pelatihan pengelolaan website seta penyerahan website Desa Tanjung Baru Ranau. Website ini dirancang untuk mencakup layanan administrasi, publikasi informasi desa, serta promosi potensi wisata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap observasi awal guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi desa, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi progra, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website serta pendampingan implementasi inovasi teknologi. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan dan pengoperasian Website Desa Tanjung Ranau adalah terciptanya website desa dan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam mengelola website desa dengan baik dan benar agar dapat menyelenggarakan pemerintahan yang transparan, akuntabel dan mampu mengembangkan potensi desa secara optimal. Secara keseluruhan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman aparat desa sebesar 48% dalam memahami pentingnya digitalisasi dalam sistem pemerintahan.

Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.

Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal.

oblems faced include sloppy book layout, an ineffective classification system, and a lack of design initiative from library administrators. The implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves several stages of socializing the layout design to administrators, implementing a new classification system, writing books according to classification, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily, weekly and monthly activities. Familiarization provides an understanding of ergonomic design principles, while a new classification system and book fireplace make it easier to find and return books. Creating SOPs ensures consistent and efficient implementation. The results of this method show significant improvements in library management and user experience, with students finding it easier to access and borrow books and library administrators carrying out their duties in a more structured manner.

Abstrak: Optimalisasi ruang perpustakaan di OPPM Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor bertujuan untuk memperbaiki tata letak buku, sistem klasifikasi, dan inisiatif desain ruang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peminjaman buku bagi siswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain tata letak buku yang tidak rapi, sistem klasifikasi yang tidak efektif, dan kurangnya inisiatif desain dari pengelola perpustakaan. Metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu sosialisasi desain tata ruang kepada pengelola, penerapan sistem klasifikasi baru, penulisan buku sesuai klasifikasi, dan pembuatan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) harian, mingguan dan kegiatan bulanan. Pembiasaan memberikan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip desain ergonomis, sementara sistem klasifikasi baru dan perapian buku memudahkan pencarian dan pengembalian buku. Membuat SOP memastikan implementasi yang konsisten dan efisien. Hasil dari metode ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan dan pengalaman pengguna, siswa menjadi lebih mudah mengakses dan meminjam buku serta pengelola perpustakaan menjalankan tugasnya secara lebih terstruktur.

pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications.
