valuates whether the structured application of the ADDIE instructional design model leads to measurable improvements in negotiation skills. Data were collected through pre-training and post-training surveys and analyzed using a paired-samples t-test. The results indicate a statistically significant increase in participants’ post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, confirming the effectiveness of the training intervention. The findings further demonstrate that the systematic alignment of needs analysis, instructional design, material development, interactive implementation, and quantitative evaluation contributed to positive learning outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on instructional design and talent development by providing empirical evidence that ADDIE-based training can effectively enhance negotiation skills in higher education contexts.

All students of class X MIPA, even semester, Gajah Mada Mandiri Private High School, Medan from both classes constitute the majority of the population in the essay. Cluster random sampling was used to collect samples, with X MIPA1 and X MIPA2 acting as the experimental and control groups, respectively, with a total of 32 participants each and a teaching model that emphasizes in-depth learning with short lessons. The instrument used in this study was an essay test with approximately 10 validated topics. Data analysis of Lhitung-Ltabel and Fhitung-Ftabel showed that both data sets had a normal and homogeneous distribution. Analysis of two similar government agencies will be carried out next. The results of both classes were normally and uniformly distributed. Because tcount > ttable, the results of the one-tailed t-test for alpha = 0.05 and dk 62 produced tcount = 21.27 and ttable 1.99. This shows that there are significant benefits from using interdisciplinary learning with an inquiry model to support the student process in semester X of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the academic year 2022/2023.

Self-empowerment efforts have also been realized by groups of housewives who are PKM partners, consisting of three people joined in the "SMA HKBP" and three people from the "SMA HKBP" located in, Dolok Sanggul. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire to become entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community life through entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such as internet use. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .

rutama terkait pencatatan transaksi, pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, serta penyusunan pembukuan sederhana. Kondisi tersebut juga ditemukan pada pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kelurahan Tanjung Anom. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kemampuan penyusunan pembukuan sederhana bagi pelaku UMKM kuliner. Program dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 15 peserta melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan evaluasi program. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, simulasi kasus, praktik penyusunan buku kas harian, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya literasi keuangan, pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan buku kas sederhana, dan perhitungan laba usaha. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam melakukan pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran secara sistematis. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan UMKM sehingga dapat mendukung keberlanjutan dan pengembangan usaha pada masa mendatang.
Culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting local economic activities and community income generation. However, many business owners still face challenges in financial management, particularly in transaction recording, separating business and personal finances, and preparing simple bookkeeping records. Similar conditions were identified among culinary MSME owners in Tanjung Anom Village. This community service program aimed to improve financial literacy and simple bookkeeping skills among culinary MSME entrepreneurs. The program involved 15 participants and was implemented through four stages: needs assessment, program preparation, mentoring implementation, and evaluation. The methods included training sessions, interactive discussions, case simulations, daily cash book practices, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results demonstrated significant improvements in participants’ understanding of financial literacy, transaction recording, simple bookkeeping preparation, and profit calculation. Participants also showed better capability in recording business income and expenses in a more systematic manner. The program contributed positively to strengthening the financial management capacity of culinary MSMEs and is expected to support business sustainability and future business growth

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi PAI perlu diubah dan dikembangkan untuk menjawab tantangan zaman, dengan menekankan pada penguatan nilai-nilai agama yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan global, penggunaan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar, serta penanaman karakter yang kokoh pada peserta didik. Selain itu, materi PAI juga perlu mengintegrasikan pendekatan yang mengajarkan keterampilan hidup (life skills) yang relevan dengan dunia kerja dan kehidupan sehari-hari. vities to enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. The population was seventh-grade students with 2 classes as a sample. In this study, 37 students in the experiment class and 37 students in the control class made up the sample. The data were collected using listening pre-test and listening post-test as instruments. SPSS 22.0 were used to analysed the data. The result of the research was there was significant difference between experimental class and control class where experimental class score increased to 84.41, while the control class only increased to 74.05. The analysis showed that the mean score of post-test in the experimental class was higher than control class. The result of Independent Sample Test table in this study was 0.000 < 0.05. This value means that the alternative was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. It can conclude that there is significant effect of Simon Says activities in enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang.

The findings of this study reveal that the use of plural morphemes, possessive, present tense, past tense, and present participle has a significant role in increasing semantic richness and grammatical structure. The study concludes that the understanding and proper use of inflectional morphemes can significantly improve the quality of academic writing.
