The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. This Community Engagement initiative serves as a replicable model for technology-based SME empowerment, potentially supporting sustainable local economic growth.

Children's creativity has the potential to promote knowledge of individuals, societies, and cultures in everyday life as explained by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. One of the ways to improve creativity is writing short stories to explore their understanding of surroundings altogether with to uplift their language skills. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper emphasizes writing short stories as a means to build children’s awareness of their potentials, surroundings, and imaginations. Those aspects are needed to cultivate the growth of knowledge to face both formal and informal education. Moreover, ethical aspects could be widened so that children could always appreciate anything that they had, have, and will have. In conclusion, writing short stories for children is crucial to elevate their creativity in formal education and usual everyday life.

Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist the school in determining the priority of bullying prevention strategies. This study aims to design and implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in a decision support system to determine the most appropriate bullying prevention strategy. The criteria used include program costs, target scope, resource requirements, and speed of implementation. The system was developed web-based to facilitate data processing and analysis. The results showed that the strategy of Integrating Bullying Material into Learning was the most appropriate strategy with a value of 0.0464. With this system, the resulting bullying prevention strategy recommendations are more measurable and data-based.

Abstrak: Perundungan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis dan proses belajar siswa. SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menentukan strategi pencegahan perundungan yang paling tepat, karena pemilihan strategi masih bersifat reaktif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan prioritas strategi pencegahan perundungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menetapkan strategi pencegahan perundungan paling tepat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi biaya program, lingkup sasaran, kebutuhan sumber daya, dan kecepatan pelaksanaan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Integrasi Materi Perundungan Ke Dalam Pembelajaran menjadi strategi yang paling tepat dengan nilai 0.0464. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi strategi pencegahan perundungan yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur dan berbasis data.

ackage retailers to manage inventory optimally to ensure product availability meets customer needs. At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. With the implementation of this system, the recommendations for determining data package stock become more measurable, objective, and data-driven.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital, khususnya paket data sebagai sarana utama akses internet. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket data Telkomsel V 3 GB memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,1498 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai paket data dengan prioritas stok tertinggi, dengan jumlah stok optimal sebanyak 200 pcs. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi penentuan stok paket data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur, objektif, dan berbasis data.

his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi web sebagai tempat informasi dan pengaduan bagi pengunjung wisata Kampung Eropa Harau, yang berada di Lembah Harau, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membuat wisatawan merasa aman dan nyaman. Fitur utamanya termasuk pelaporan masalah dan peta interaktif yang terhubung dengan Google Maps. Ini membantu pengguna mencari layanan terdekat dan menavigasi dengan mudah. Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode Agile yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, pengujian, dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini juga termasuk analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan pengujian sistem dengan metode black box untuk memastikan semua fungsi bekerja dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini bisa bekerja dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah akses informasi, pengiriman laporan secara online, dan pemantauan laporan secara langsung. Aplikasi ini membantu meningkatkan layanan digital di tempat wisata dan membuat pengalaman wisatawan lebih aman dan efisien.

udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. This study aims to apply the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to support the decision-making process for selecting the best housing based on five main criteria: location, price, security, public facilities, and environment. Each criterion is analyzed quantitatively through the assignment of weights and scores to each housing alternative. The WASPAS method generates a final ranking, where the alternative with the highest score is considered the optimal choice. The results show that the WASPAS method is effective in simplifying the multi-criteria decision-making process and provides accurate and rational recommendations for selecting housing that best meets the needs of the community. This study is expected to serve as a reference for prospective buyers and property developers in planning and marketing strategies.

Abstrack: Pemilihan perumahan merupakan keputusan penting yang memerlukan pertimbangan berbagai kriteria secara objektif. Di Kota Kisaran, pertumbuhan pesat di sektor properti menghadirkan beragam pilihan perumahan dengan karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga calon pembeli sering kali kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang paling sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dalam membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan perumahan terbaik berdasarkan lima kriteria utama, yaitu lokasi, harga, keamanan, fasilitas umum, dan lingkungan. Setiap kriteria dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemberian bobot dan penilaian terhadap masing-masing alternatif perumahan. Hasil dari metode WASPAS menghasilkan peringkat akhir dari alternatif perumahan yang dianalisis, di mana alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode WASPAS efektif dalam menyederhanakan proses pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dan memberikan hasil yang akurat dan rasional dalam memilih perumahan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi calon pembeli maupun pengembang dalam perencanaan dan strategi pemasaran properti.

This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that is able to map MSMEs that have been halal certified in the Asahan Regency area. This system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach, interviews, and observations. In the system that is built, users can see the location of MSMEs interactively through a digital map, as well as information related to products and halal status. The implementation results show that this system makes it easier for the Ministry of Religion to manage halal MSME data and helps the public access this information effectively. This system is expected to be an innovation that increases public trust in halal products, and encourages MSME actors to immediately take care of halal certification. In addition, this GIS supports transparency, education, and public services in the halal economy sector at the local level.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat penting, terutama bagi masyarakat Muslim dalam memastikan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum seluruhnya memiliki sertifikasi halal, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi produk yang sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang mampu memetakan UMKM yang telah tersertifikasi halal di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework CodeIgniter. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam sistem yang dibangun, pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UMKM secara interaktif melalui peta digital, serta informasi terkait produk dan status kehalalan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola data UMKM halal dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tersebut secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi yang meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap produk halal, serta mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk segera mengurus sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, SIG ini mendukung transparansi, edukasi, dan pelayanan publik dalam sektor ekonomi halal di tingkat lokal.
