Evolution And Contribution Of Artificial Intelligencess In Indonesian Education

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the evolution and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Indonesian education system. This research aims to understand how AI technology has developed and been applied… in various aspects of education, from administration, personalized learning, to evaluating learning outcomes. The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

Linking Employee Training And Development To Enhanced Customer Satisfaction In Hotels

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between employee training and development programs and customer satisfaction levels within the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on MaxOne Hotels in Makassar. Employing… ng a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates employee surveys, customer feedback, and performance metric analysis to assess the influence of training programs on service quality and customer experiences. The findings reveal that employee training and development variables account for only 1.4% of the variance in customer satisfaction, with the remaining 98.6% influenced by other factors. Nevertheless, well-structured training program designs were shown to significantly enhance employees' critical thinking, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, technology-based training demonstrates substantial potential for improving service efficiency and facilitating adaptation to operational innovations. In conclusion, while the direct impact of training on customer satisfaction is relatively minor, thoughtfully designed training programs remain essential for delivering high-quality customer experiences and sustaining competitiveness in the industry. This research offers valuable insights into strategies for optimizing training effectiveness in the hospitality sector.   

Qualitative Study: Compliance with the Implementation of Covid-19 Health Protocols at Jambi City Tourist Attractions

Abstract: The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic was first known to have appeared in Wuhan City, China in December 2019 and was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 12 2020. This virus… rus has spread very quickly to several countries in the world, including Indonesia where the Covid-19 pandemic has been designated as a type of disease that causes a Public Health Emergency on March 31 2020. With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.

Implementation of the FIFO System in the Management of Raw Material Inventory in the Kitchen at R-Gina Hotel Pemalang

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of the First In First Out (FIFO) system in managing raw material inventory in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang. The research method used is qualitative, focusing on direct… rect observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the inventory management process. Although the FIFO system has been widely studied in the context of manufacturing and supply chains in general, this research provides new insights into its application in a hotel kitchen operational environment. The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.

Effectiveness of Room Boy's performance in Optimizing Room Service Quality at Artotel Hotel Semarang

Abstract: This study is intended to analyze the effectiveness of managing room boy works directly on optimizing the quality of room service in Artotel Hotel Semarang. In the hotel industry, quality room service is characterized as… s one of the critical factors that has an impact on the level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great influence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the finding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.

Abstract: Beberapa tahun kebelakang banyak bermunculan jasa cetak sablon Direct To Film (DTF) dengan harga yang bervariatif dan kompetetif. Namun, kelebihan dan kekurangannya belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh masyarakat luas. Penelitian… ian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan efisiensi dan kualitas metode sablon manual yang sudah lebih dulu ada dengan sablon DTF yang akhir – akhir ini ramai di pasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan puposive sampling mewawancarai dengan narasumber yaitu pelaku dan pelanggan Kronikita Sablon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan dari kedua metode tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa DTF lebih efisien dan ekonomis untuk produksi besar dengan desain kompleks, serta unggul dalam ketepatan warna dan ketajaman detail. Namun, sablon manual lebih unggul dalam hal daya tahan hasil cetakan.

This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

The results of this research show that first, the participation of personnel from the Lingat village community in development programs taking place in Lingat village is still minimal because the community's awareness of responsibility for development programs is low for which people are willing to work if they are given wages. Second, there are also material participants from the Lingat village community who give for free or willingly, but there are also those who give by asking for something in return. Third, community participation in maintaining and enjoying development in Lingat village is good, because the community participates in enjoying the results of development in the village, for this reason the Lingat village community is responsible for maintaining development in Lingat village so that it can be used together.Based on the results of the research above, the Lingat village government is advised to look at and follow up on these matters by providing socialization to the Lingat village community about the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the community in every development program that occurs in the village, especially in Lingat village, Selaru sub-district. Tanimbar Islands Regency.

The existing sales system is still conventional, namely consumers must come directly to the showroom. This can hinder… er sales for potential customers who are out of town. In addition, the input of customer data, product data, and transaction data is still not stored properly and neatly because it still uses manual paper records. In this study, the authors built a web-based sales application (e-commerce) using the codeigniter framework. The method used in software development is the waterfall method, which in this method, starts from analyzing needs, system and software design, coding, testing, and program implementation. The result of this research is the implementation of a web-based sales system (e-commerce) at CV. Kurnia Mebel, can be used as a means of sales that can be accessed online anywhere and anytime, the purchase process can be done directly without having to come to the showroom, and can facilitate the storage of customer data, products, and company transactions.
