Inefficient time in opening and releasing computer hardware components when the course is taking place is the main problem that will be solved by researchers in this study. Plus the computer components that will be explained are quite small, making students unable to see it clearly when in the teaching and learning process. The offered solution, utilizing a technology based on 3D animation. Where this 3D animation technology will provide a more realistic appearance. As in the study entitled SINDO JOURNALIST 3D FILM ANIMATION in the journal Art Design and Culture volume 2. No. 1 March 2017, which researchers have reviewed, also explained that the use of 3D design technology can produce vivid and real visuals that are close to their original form [1]. The method in developing 3D animation in this study uses the Reseach and Development (R&D) Method. Conclusions from this study, researchers have succeeded in making a 3D animation-based information media about the introduction of computer hardware for the Introduction to Information Technology Practicum, with the process of animation results that have been tested using blackbox test.

Abstrak: Mata kuliah praktikum Pengantar Teknologi Informasi adalah matakuliah umum yang selalu terdapat pada setiap kampus IT di Indonesia. Untuk memberikan pengenalan hardware kepada peserta didik, setiap dosen selalu membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dikarenakan harus membuka (CPU) Central Processing Unit dan melepaskan komponen lainnya agar dapat dijelaskan oleh peserta didik. Tidak efisiennya waktu dalam membuka dan melepaskan komponen hardware komputer ketika matakuliah berlangsung menjadi permasalahan utama yang akan diselesaikan peneliti dalam penelitian kali ini. Ditambah lagi komponen komputer yang akan dijelaskan cukup kecil, membuat peserta didik tidak dapat melihatnya dengan jelas ketika dalam proses belajar mengajar. Solusi yang ditawarkan, memanfaatkan sebuah teknologi berbasis 3D animasi. Dimana teknologi 3D animasi ini akan memberikan tampilan yang lebih realistis. Metode didalam pengembangan animasi 3D pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Reseach and Development (R&D). Simpulan dari penelitian ini, peneliti sudah berhasil membuat sebuah media informasi berbasis animasi 3D tentang pengenalan hardware komputer untuk matakuliah Praktikum Pengantar Teknologi Informasi, dengan proses hasil animasi yang sudah diuji dengan menggunakan blackbox testing.

For determine employees who will be accepted, then built a computerized decision-making system that is able to facilitate the process of receiving new employees. the determination and identification of labor by using SAW method (Simple additive weighting) is a method that can find a best alternative from various alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The point is that the method determines the weight value for each criterion. The best alternatives are those who are eligible to be employees based on predetermined criteria. Assessment is done by finding the value of weight for each criterion, then conducted the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is the employee who will be considered by the decision maker to become employees at the company. This decision support system will be able to assist the human resources in determining the recruitment of new employees, especially the assistant laboratory at STMIK ROYAL.

Dalam penyeleksian biasanya pihak kampus akan memberikan beberapa rangkaian tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan serta pribadi dari calon pegawai tersebut. Data hasil tes tersebut nantinya akan disimpan dalam suatu arsip ataupun komputer yang berupa tabel yang membuat data dan nilai masing-masing peserta tes. Berdasarkan system penerimaan pegawai yang berjalan saat ini SDM mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi dan mengevaluasi pegawai yang berkompeten. Untuk mengatasinya dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan pegawai baru khususnya bagian asisten laboraturium.Untuk menentukan pegawai yang akan diterima, maka dibangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan terkomputerisasi yang mampu memudahkan proses penerimaan pegawai baru. penentuan dan identifikasi tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple additive weighting) adalah metode yang dapat mencari suatu alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Intinya bahwa metode tersebut menentukan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak menjadi pegawai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal yaitu para pegawai yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk menjadi pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini nantinya dapat mambantu pihak SDM dalam menentukan perekrutan karyawan baru khususnya asisten laboraturium di STMIK ROYAL.

This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Recommendations from the results of this research are (1) the Dompu Regency Youth and Sports Education Office must provide training related to P5 module design and P5 Assessment to teachers at SMPN 2 Dompu, (2) Principals must collaborate with campus or external parties to conduct training for teachers.

To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.

is study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Assistance program in improving the teaching competence of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Assistance program significantly supported the improvement of four dimensions of student teaching competence, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. Students gain direct experience in the world of education, practice teaching skills, prepare learning tools, and build positive communication and interaction with school residents. In addition, students also develop character and personality as prospective professional educators. Thus, the Teaching Assistance program has proven to be an effective strategy in preparing competent PGSD graduates who are ready to face the real world of education work.

This research used a descriptive survey with a sample size of 170 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis of the components of HBM perceived severity category is quite good (90.0%), perceived barriers is a quite good category (68.2%), perceived benefits is found to be in a quite good category (77.6%), health motivation is in quite a good category (81.2%) and it can be seen that the perception of vulnerability (55.9%) and perception of cues to act (56.5%) was quite good. Positive perceptions include student perceptions of the Health Belief Model's effectiveness in preventing COVID-19, which are rated as being quite good. Therefore, it is envisaged that linked parties would be able to enhance health promotion initiatives for the Covid-19 prevention procedure, both directly and through media like posters put up around campuses

A simple random sampling technique was used to select 200 students, the instrument for data collection was self-constructed questionnaire titled “off-campus, social and academic life of undergraduates’’ on four-point likert scale. The face and content validity of the instrument was ascertained by the researchers. Test-retest technique was used by the researcher, Pearson product movement correlation was used to determine the correlation coefficient which was 0.76. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. The result also showed that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students, and finally the result revealed that there is a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. It was suggested that The Management of the institution should monitor the activities of students living off-campus.
