ste still faces various obstacles, including a lack of awareness among farmers regarding efficient and sustainable management practices. This research aims to analyze the application of a participatory approach in education on managing livestock products and waste by directly involving the livestock community. This approach allows farmers to actively participate in every process stage, from problem identification to implementing solutions based on local needs. The data in this research was obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving local breeders and related stakeholders. The research results show increased quality of livestock products, especially regarding cleanliness, food safety, and selling value. Apart from that, there has been a waste reduction that was previously simply thrown away, with innovations in using waste as organic fertilizer and additional feed for livestock. The adoption of more sustainable livestock practices is also starting to be implemented by livestock farmers, improving their economic welfare. Furthermore, this program opens up opportunities for developing value-added processed products, such as pasteurized milk and processed meat, which can increase farmers’ income. Collaboration between farmers in managing joint businesses is also growing, creating a more solid livestock ecosystem. Apart from the economic impact, this participatory approach also increases farmers’ awareness of the importance of sustainability and better environmental management, which contributes to the sustainability of the livestock sector in Karang Tunggal Village.

This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. There is no research that focuses on the role of the Village Head in empowering community business groups, especially in Pangandaran Regency, so it is urgent in this research to find solutions to solve the problems that occur.

The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.

Abstrak: Renovasi mesjid merupakan salah satu kegiatan pelayanan yang diberikan pemerintah kepada warga yang mengajukan permohonan. Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai merupakan salah satu pemerintahan yang menyediakan pelayanan seputar keagamaan terkhusus dalam permohonan bantuan renovasi mesjid. Proses pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan bantuan renovasi mesjid di Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai masih dilakukan secara manual. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan solusi dalam proses penentuan bantuan renovasi mesjid menjadi lebih cepat karena proses pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai alat untuk membantu menjalankan sistem pemerintahan secara lebih efektif dan efesien. Metode SAW ini lebih efisien karena waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam perhitungan lebih cepat. Dari hasil pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan bantuan renovasi mesjid dapat meningkatkan dan membantu kinerja di Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai, sehingga kinerja instansi dan proses pengambilan keputusan tersebut menjadi lebih cepat, akurat dan efesien.

Erwin Ponsel could not fullfill the customer demand at time. This study aims to help provide solutions for this problem is to implement the SCM application web base to the inventory and distribution of handphone spare parts. The research method used is a qualitative method and performs system design with the waterfall method. The research data taken includes supplier data, handphone spare part purchases data, distribution data and customer data. This application is built using the PHP programming and MySQL database. With the implementation of this application, a relationship that is interconnected between suppliers and Erwin Ponsel has been built in a timely manner so as to facilitate stock management and distribution of handphone spare part at Erwin Ponsel.

Abstrak: Erwin Ponsel yang bergerak pada bidang pendistribusian spare part handphone memiliki permasalahan pada penanganan persediaan spare part handphone dimana sering terjadi kehabisan persediaan dan pemesanan persediaan dari pemasok tidak tiba pada waktunya sehingga mengakibatkan Erwin Ponsel tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut dengan menerapkan aplikasi SCM berbasis web pada sistem persediaan dan distribusi spare part handphone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan melakukan perancangan sistem dengan metode waterfall. Data penelitian yang diambil meliputi data supplier, data pembelian spare part handphone, data distribusi dan data pelanggan. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya implementasi dari aplikasi ini, maka telah terbangun satu hubungan yang saling terkoneksi antara supplier dengan Erwin Ponsel secara tepat waktu sehingga memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan distribusi spare part handphone di Erwin Ponsel.

Tbk Tanjung Raja Estate 2. The method applied is community education and training by introducing a web-based Islamic infor-mation system, namely the Al-Wa’ie portal. This portal provides comprehensive Islamic solutions and easy-to-understand interpretations of the Quran. The results of the activity showed that technical assistance successfully increased the digital skills of participants in accessing religious information independently (success reached 70% through interview techniques). In addition, the integration of spiritual guidance with technology training has strengthened the spiritual attitudes of the congregation. In conclusion, the use of web-based information systems has proven effective in bridging the gap between technology and spir-ituality, and encouraging the formation of a more knowledgeable and spiritually steadfast community.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan akses rujukan keislaman yang tepercaya pada anggota Perwiritan Ibu-ibu Pondok PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Tanjung Raja Es-tate 2. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan dengan mem-perkenalkan sistem informasi keislaman berbasis web, yaitu portal Al-Wa’ie. Portal ini menyediakan solusi islami yang komprehensif dan tafsir Al-Qur'an yang mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan teknis berhasil menambah kecakapan digital peserta dalam mengakses informasi keagamaan secara mandiri (keberhasilan men-capai 70% melalui teknik wawancara). Selain itu, integrasi bimbingan spiritual bersama pelatihan teknologi telah memperkuat sikap spiritual jamaah. Simpulannya, penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web terbukti efektif menjembatani celah antara teknologi dan spiritualitas, serta mendorong terbentuknya komunitas yang lebih berpengetahuan dan teguh secara spiritual.
