of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers

The findings reveal that technology adoption has a significant positive effect on MSME performance, contributing to operational efficiency and improved customer engagement. However, contrary to expectations, market innovation does not significantly moderate this relationship. This suggests that the immediate benefits of technology adoption are sufficient to drive performance improvements without the need for market innovation to enhance these effects. The research highlights the importance for MSMEs to prioritize technology adoption as a strategy for resilience and growth in the wake of the pandemic, while market innovation can be pursued as a complementary initiative for long-term competitiveness. A Green Organizational Culture is defined as a shared set of values, beliefs, and practices that prioritize environmental stewardship, sustainability, and ecological responsibility as integral to the school's identity and daily operations. Employing an ethnographic case study approach, this research was conducted at two Islamic secondary schools recognized for their proactive environmental programs. Data were gathered through prolonged observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of school artifacts. Findings reveal that teacher akhlak—manifested as personal environmental mindfulness, consistency between words and actions, and moral motivation rooted in Islamic teachings—is the cornerstone for authentic cultural change. Teachers who embody green values act as transformative agents, legitimizing environmental norms, inspiring student imitation, and embedding sustainability into the hidden curriculum. The study concludes that institutional green policies are insufficient without the cultivation of akhlak-based environmental ethics among educators. It proposes a model of "Akhlak-Based Eco-Pedagogy" for teacher development.

Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), menganalisis konten dengan dari sumber literatur Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dasar perdamaian telah mulai diimplementasikan melalui pendekatan partisipatif seperti diskusi kelompok, studi kasus konflik, role play, dan proyek sosial, terutama pada aspek toleransi, anti-kekerasan, serta kerja sama; namun, penerapannya masih insidental, terfokus pada nilai terpilih, dan terhambat oleh kurangnya pemahaman guru, perangkat pembelajaran yang tidak standar, serta minimnya dukungan kurikulum eksplisit. Implementasi ini berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan sikap siswa dalam menghargai perbedaan dan menyelesaikan konflik secara damai, meskipun belum merata di seluruh ranah nilai perdamaian. The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.
