Multilingual Communication Practices As A Representation Of The Social Identity Of Central Java-West Java Border Communities

Abstract: Central Java–West Java border communities live in a multicultural environment where Javanese and Sundanese cultures meet, forming distinctive multilingual communication practices. The use of Javanese, Sundanese, and Indonesian… donesian in everyday life functions not only as a means of communication, but also as a representation of the community's social identity. This study aims to analyze the multilingual communication practices of Central Java–West Java border communities and to explain the role of language in representing community social identity. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method supported by social-contextual reflection. Data were obtained from various scientific sources discussing multilingual communication, social identity, intercultural communication, bilingualism, and multilingualism. The analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, theme categorization, meaning interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that border communities flexibly use Javanese, Sundanese, and Indonesian according to the context of interaction, social relations, and communication needs. The practices of code switching and code mixing are important parts of daily communication as forms of social and cultural adaptation. In addition, language use functions as a symbol of cultural identity, a means of identity negotiation, and a mechanism of social integration in a multicultural environment. The findings affirm that multilingual communication is a representation of dynamic social identity and reflects the ability of border communities to maintain social harmony amid cultural diversity.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the relationship between company culture and employee achievement motivation at PT United Tractors Tbk. This company is known for its good work culture, with the slogan "moving as one" and… solution-based company values. The success of this company was achieved with the support of employees who have high abilities, skills and motivation. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.

This research outlines the importance of whistleblower protection in the environmental and natural resources sectors. The method used in this research is normative with a doctrinal approach. Protection of whistleblowers has an important role in maintaining transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors. Through the protection provided to whistleblowers, corrupt practices can be exposed and accountability can be realized. However, challenges and limitations still exist, and concerted efforts are needed to improve the implementation and effectiveness of these laws. With continued efforts, whistleblower protection laws can become a powerful tool in promoting transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions and reasons or factors underlying community preferences in choosing fracture treatment in Laucimba Village, Kabanjahe District. The study was conducted in Laucimba Village using… ng a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that traditional medicine has a more dominant positive perception compared to modern medicine, traditional medicine is considered more affordable in terms of cost, comfort, and a relatively faster healing process. Meanwhile, modern medicine is perceived as a more certain and safe treatment because it is supported by medical examinations and professional health workers, but some people consider this treatment expensive and high risk because it requires surgery. Community preferences are generally influenced by factors such as cost, distance and accessibility, personal experience, and the influence of family and social environment. Penerapan Media Belajar Berbasis Digital Google Site Dalam Pembelajaran Lingkungan

Abstract: Information technology-based learning has become important in the world of modern education. In this digital era, Google has become a service that almost everyone must have. However, in practice, there is a problem with… the various conveniences that Google offers, which are open source and should be used as a solution in the transformation of conventional learning environments to digital learning. This research aims to develop Google Site-based digital learning media as a solution to the transformation of conventional learning to digital learning. The R&D method involves needs analysis, media development, UI/UX evaluation, and increasing learning efficiency. The study population consisted of 30 lecturers and students from the Plantation Management Study Program, with 27 people as samples using the random sampling method and Krejcie and Morgan table calculations. The results of the study show the high need for digital media in the post-pandemic era, where online learning is dominant. The development and implementation of open-source Google site-based learning media increases learning efficiency compared to the direct presentation of material through online presentations. The accessibility and features provided by the Google site add value to the UI and UX evaluation for users.
