tujuan menganalisis bagaimana politik identitas dikonstruksi, diperebutkan, dan dimobilisasi dalam konteks pembentukan provinsi baru tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus intrinsik, penelitian dilakukan di empat kabupaten, Merauke, Mappi, Asmat, dan Boven Digoel., melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan dan literatur ilmiah. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan makna dalam dinamika identitas yang muncul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik identitas memainkan peran ganda: sebagai narasi pemersatu untuk melegitimasi pemekaran dan sebagai sumber fragmentasi akibat diferensiasi identitas sub-etnis. Elite lokal memanfaatkan identitas kultural dan historis untuk memperoleh legitimasi politik, sementara masyarakat adat menggunakan identitas sebagai alat negosiasi representasi dan kontrol atas sumber daya. Di sisi lain, negara menempatkan pemekaran sebagai strategi stabilisasi dan percepatan pembangunan. Perbedaan orientasi ini menciptakan ruang negosiasi yang terus berlangsung dalam konsolidasi pemerintahan Papua Selatan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan provinsi baru bergantung pada kemampuan mengelola identitas secara inklusif, memastikan representasi OAP, dan mencegah dominasi elite dalam struktur kekuasaan daerah.

on public popularity, personal image, and emotional proximity to gain electoral support. A qualitative approach was used to explore voter preferences, campaign strategies, the role of social media, and the challenges faced by celebrities entering the political arena. Data were collected through literature review, media documentation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The findings reveal that voters tend to support celebrity candidates not based on their political vision or programs, but due to symbolic closeness and personal appeal developed through entertainment media. Social media serves as the primary tool to construct a populist, “people-oriented” image, although often lacking substantive political content. On the other hand, limited political capacity, public skepticism, and the challenge of adapting to party structures are major obstacles faced by celebrity candidates. These findings suggest that while celebrity populism may broaden political participation, it also risks diminishing the quality of political representation. Therefore, strengthening political literacy and party-based political development is essential to safeguard the quality of democracy amid growing trends of political personalization.

This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that Tof-Tof Village has strengths in the form of potential natural resources and strong social cohesion, but faces weaknesses such as limited basic infrastructure and village apparatus capacity. Development opportunities come from the support of Papua's special autonomy policy and partnerships with external institutions, while threats include geographical isolation and dependence on external assistance. The conclusion of this study shows the need for participatory and adaptive strategic planning in facing the dynamics of sustainable village development.

This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study illustrate that the effectiveness of the work of village officials in improving services in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency in the implementation of services has not been carried out effectively. This happens because there is still a lack of government responsibility, especially village officials in providing good services to the community. The lack of initiative of the village officials to adapt to the community environment and also the lack of village office facilities so that all activities do not run well and efficiently. For the Yanggandur village apparatus to be able to improve the quality of service, meet the needs of the community well and also build relationships with a more participatory approach with the community so that the services provided will produce good results.

Data analysis techniques in this study use data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This study aims to determine how the quality of public services in the office of the village head of Sukajadi, Sadananya sub-district, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that public services in the office of the head of Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency have been running but not optimal because problems are still found, namely: The discipline of officers who are still low in providing services to the community, the Village E-Office application has not been operated in services, there is still a lack of accuracy / caution of officers in processing services, and there are still delays in the service process being carried out.
