till very dependent on other regions, such as Lampung, Jambi and West Java. The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

nological developments and development are increasing, disrupting rainwater catchment areas and reducing the ability of rainwater to infiltration. When the rainy season, the problem in RT 18 is a lot of runoff that cannot quickly absorb into the reservoir, resulting in stagnant water which is quite disturbing to residents' activities. Meanwhile, during the dry season, the borehole water discharge is greatly reduced and seawater intrusion occurs into the well. To overcome this there must be a solution offered to overcome these problems. Therefore one method to build public awareness is through counseling about the importance of infiltration wells. The results of the implementation showed that before counseling the participants' understanding test results were only 14.17% and after counseling the participants' understanding was 77.5%. There was an increase in participants' understanding of 63.33%.

Abstrak: Peningkatan jumlah penduduk di perkotaan akan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan jumlah pemukiman dan perumahan, sehingga banyak lahan akan beralih fungsi yang berakibat pada rusaknya daerah resapan air. Perkembangan teknologi dan pembangunan yang makin meningkat, membuat lahan resapan air hujan terganggangu dan mengurangi kemampuan air hujan meresap kedalam tanah. Pada saat musim penghujan tiba permasalahan yang terjadi di RT 18 yaitu banyak limpasan air yang tidak bisa cepat menyerap ke dalam tahan sehingga terjadi genangan air yang cukup mengganggu aktivitas warga. Sedangkan ketika musim kemarau debit air sumur bor sangat berkurang serta terjadi instrusi air laut ke dalam sumur. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus ada solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu salah satu metode untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat yaitu melalui penyuluhan tentang arti penting sumur resapan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkkan sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan hasil test pemahaman peserta hanya 14,17% dan setelah penyuluhan pemahaman peserta 77,5%. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 63,33%.

This activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge about managing customers through social media and utilizing CRM data to identify potential customers, and prospective customers, identify customer journeys, and create promotional content according to customer characteristics. The activity participants are business actors who are members of the Asahan Culinary KUBE, totaling 25 people and the activities are carried out in the STMIK Royal meeting hall. KUBE Kuliner Asahan yang memiliki anggota 4.093 anggota merupakan penjual dan pembeli yang bertransaksi serta berkomunikasi melalui social media faceebook. Permasalahan yang dihadapi KUBE Kuliner Asahan adalah Customer Relationhip Management atau pengelolaan pelanggan. Pelaku usaha belum mampu memanfaatkan data-data pelanggan dari sosial media untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih baik dengan pelanggannya terutama untuk retargeting dan remarketing atau pemasaran ulang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman serta pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan pelanggan melalui media sosial serta pemanfaatan data CRM untuk melakukan identifikasi pelanggan potensial, calon pelanggan, melakukan identifikasi perjalanan pelanggan serta membuat konten promosi sesuai dengan karakteristik pelanggan. Peserta kegiatan adalah pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam KUBE Kuliner Asahan yang berjumlah 25 orang dan kegiatan dilakukan di Aula pertemuan STMIK Royal. Metode yang digunakan pendidikan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan paparan materi dengan bantuan power point. The method is carried out in counseling. Starting with filling out the attendance list, filling out the pre-test, then being given nutritional education interventions about fiber using PowerPoint media, a 15-minute question and answer session, and closing with a post-test. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out 1 week after online counseling via Whatsapp call. It is hoped that students will keep in mind the material that has been delivered and apply it in their daily lives. The results of the assessment of knowledge about fiber-source foods in adolescents before being given counseling were 25% (good category), 65.6% (sufficient category), and 9.4% (less category). Meanwhile, the percentage of knowledge about fiber-source foods after counseling was 65.6% (good category), 31.3% (sufficient category), and 3.1% (less category). The results showed a change in knowledge in respondents before and after being given counseling about fiber source foods. The level of knowledge in adolescents influences the behavior and attitudes of adolescents in choosing the type of food to be consumed.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan kesadaran remaja untuk mengonsumsi makanan sumber serat. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi: pengertian serat, manfaat serat untuk tubuh, jenis makanan sumber serat, kelompok makanan sumber serat (serat larut dalam air dan tidak larut dalam air), penyebab jika jarang konsumsi makanan sumber serat dan anjuran konsumsi makanan sumber serat dalam sehari. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu penyuluhan. Diawali dengan pengisian daftar hadir, mengisi pre-test, kemudian diberikan intervensi edukasi gizi mengenai serat menggunakan media power point, sesi tanya jawab selama 15 menit dan ditutup dengan post-test. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilaksanakan 1 minggu setelah penyuluhan secara online melalui Whatsapp call. Diharapkan siswa/i tetap mengingat materi yang telah disampaikan dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penilaian pengetahuan tentang makanan sumber serat pada remaja sebelum diberikan penyuluhan yaitu sebesar 25% (kategori baik), 65.6% (kategori cukup) dan 9.4% (kategori kurang). Sedangkan persentase pengetahuan tentang makanan sumber serat setelah diberikan penyuluhan yaitu sebesar 65.6% (kategori baik), 31.3% (kategori cukup) dan 3.1% (kategori kurang). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan pengetahuan pada responden sebelum dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang makanan sumber serat. Tingkat pengetahuan pada remaja memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku dan sikap remaja dalam memilih jenis makanan yang akan dikonsumsi.

isits. Restrictions on community activities during a pandemic resulted in the tourism sector experiencing obstacles. The government finally issued a tourist guide, namely Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety and Environmentally Sustainable, namely ISO 9024: 2021 standardized tourism recovery guidelines. This community service activity is related to public awareness of the importance of a guideline that is carried out by tourism managers in welcoming tourists. The program being carried out is dissemination which seeks to increase public understanding and tourism awareness groups regarding cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability, as tourist rights. This activity was carried out using observation, training, mentoring, evaluation and output methods. The target of counseling is the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis). It is hoped that increased knowledge and understanding of CHSE will make it easier to realize tourism recovery in terms of increasing tourist visits. The results of the dissemination carried out gained the enthusiasm of tourism-aware residents to increase their understanding of Sapta Pesona in the CHSE guidelines.

Abstrak: Kampung Wisata Mangrove Monro-Monro merupakan Lingkungan yang berada di Kelurahan Monro-Monro Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Kampung wisata ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat pada saat pandemic mengakibatkan sektor wisata tersebut mengalami hambatan. Pemerintah akhirnya mengeluarkan panduan wisata yaitu Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety dan Enviroment Sustainable yaitu pedoman pemulihan wisata terstandardisasi ISO 9024:2021. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terkait kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya suatu pedoman yang dijalankan pengelola wisata dalam menyambut wisatawan. Program yang dijalankan adalah diseminasi yang berupaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan kelompok sadar wisata terkait kebersihan, kesehatan, keamanan serta kelestarian lingkungan, sebagai hak wisatawan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pengamatan, pelatihan, pendampingan, evaluasi dan output. Target penyuluhan mengambil sasaran yaitu kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang CHSE akan mempermudah dalam mewujudkan pemulihan pariwisata dalam hal kunjungan wisatawan yang semakin meningkat. Obesity is associated with lipoprotein, decreased High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), and increased triglycerides and LDL, especially in central obesity. People who have a high percentage of body fat tend to have higher total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides compared to people who have normal weight. Nutrition counseling activities are carried out at the Johar Baru District Health Center which will be held on November 7, 2022. Respondents will be given a pre-test form containing 10 true and false statements for 10-15 minutes and then counseling will be carried out through poster media. After that, the respondent was given a post-test form. After 3 days of giving the material, monitoring, and evaluation were carried out on 5 respondents. This Monitoring and Evaluation will be carried out via telephone or the Whatsapp app. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, the results of knowledge obtained were p-value = 0.055 (p-value <0.05) so that it could be concluded that there was no difference in knowledge before and after nutritional education counseling using poster media in PTM patients at the Johar Baru District Health Center, Central Jakarta.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar Nasional pada tahun 2018 menurut proporsi kadar kolesterol total pada penduduk umur ≥45 tahun, 5 menyebutkan bahwa sebanyak ≥10,5% masyarakat memiliki kadar kolesterol tinggi. Adapun faktor penyebab hiperkolesterolemia adalah status gizi terutama obesitas. Terdapat keterkaitan antara obesitas dengan lipoprotein, peningkatan trigliserida dan LDL, penurunan High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), terutama pada obesitas sentral. Individu dengan persen lemak tubuh yang tinggi cenderung memiliki total kolesterol, LDL dan trigliserida yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu dengan berat badan normal. Kegiatan penyuluhan gizi dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan johar Baru yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 November 2022. Responden akan diberikan form pre test yang berisikan 10 pernyataan benar dan salah selama 10-15 menit dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan penyuluhan melalui media poster. Setelah itu responden diberikan form post test. Setelah 3 hari pemberian materi dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kepada 5 responden. Monitoring dan Evaluasi ini akan dilakukan melalui telepon ataupun app Whatsapp. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat, didapatkan hasil pengetahuan nilai p value = 0.055 (p-value < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan edukasi gizi menggunakan media poster pada pasien PTM di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat.

Abstrak: Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah global yang memerlukan penanganan serius saat ini karena menyebabkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan. Salah satu jenis sampah yang sangat mendominasi di masayrakat adalah sampah plastik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan diskusi langsung ke masyarakat dan kelompok dasawisma menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan, memberikan pelatihan teknik pemilihan sampah, dan manajemen terintegrasi berbasis digital sejenis “Bank Sampahâ€, memberikan pelatihan langsung teknik pengolahan sampah plastik untuk menghasilkan bahan bakar minyak, memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat dalam membuat kerajinan tangan dari sampah plastik yang bernilai ekonomi, memberikan pelatihan dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode praktek langsung di masayarakat Desa Lopo, dengan melibatkan kelompok masayarakat sebagai peserta kegiatan. Hasil kreasi dari kegiatan ini telah dibuat produk kerajinan dari sampah plastik berupa tempat kursi, meja, vas bunga, bunga dan tempat tissue. Selain itu, terbentuk grup WhatsApp terintegrasi dalam manajemen sampah.juga prototipe alat sederhana alat penghasil Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Perangkat Desa dan masayarakat sangat antusias selama pelaksanaan kegiatan dan telah melakukan kerjasama dengan penyelenggara kegiatan dalam pengembangan destillator penghasil bahan bakar.
