ve approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study analyzes organizational effectiveness based on four indicators: Human Relations (focusing on organizational involvement), Open System Model (adaptation and innovation), Internal Process Model, and Rational Goal Model (productivity and goal achievement). The results show that in Kampung Jaya Makmur, the head of the farmer group association has never conducted socialization or training for farmer groups on how to produce or provide natural fertilizers using locally available materials, despite the uncertainty of continuous fertilizer supply. The effectiveness of farmer group associations in empowering the community is highly needed to support farmers in becoming more independent. Farmer group associations can provide services such as access to technological information and capital, as well as establish partnerships with external parties. This study recommends that farmer group associations strengthen participation and member involvement through more regular deliberation forums and active engagement of all levels of farmers. It also emphasizes the need to enhance the use of technology and alternative agricultural methods, such as organic fertilizers, and to expand training and mentoring programs so that farmers can reduce their dependence on chemical fertilizers.

se of this study is to analyze public perceptions of the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, openness, and the rule of law in public services in Gurinda Jaya Village, Merauke Regency, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of village officials and community service users. The results indicate that the implementation of good governance principles has not been optimal, characterized by discrepancies in service delivery times with established standards, limited public understanding of service information, inconsistent transparency practices, and an unfulfilled sense of justice and legal certainty in public services. The study's conclusion confirms that strengthening apparatus capacity, improving discipline and integrity, and strengthening village government commitment and community participation are important implications for realizing more effective and accountable village governance.

eh keterbatasan pengetahuan gizi, pola asuh, sanitasi, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Program ini menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan penyuluhan, pendampingan keluarga sasaran, dan evaluasi akhir. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan demonstrasi pengolahan makanan berbahan pangan lokal. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta mengenai stunting, 1.000 HPK, pemenuhan gizi seimbang, dan pola asuh responsif, dengan kenaikan skor lebih dari 50 poin. Pendampingan intensif memperlihatkan perubahan perilaku keluarga dalam menerapkan variasi menu, pengolahan pangan lokal, praktik kebersihan, serta stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Evaluasi tahap akhir menunjukkan terbentuknya jejaring sosial baru melalui kader posyandu dan kelompok ibu gizi yang memperkuat komitmen kolektif masyarakat dalam pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis budaya lokal mampu meningkatkan kapasitas keluarga sekaligus membangun kemandirian komunitas dalam menjaga kesehatan anak.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian adalah kombinasi dari harga yang terjangkau, kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek dan persepsi kualitas produk, serta keyakinan personal orang tua terhadap pentingnya nutrisi anak, terutama kandungan gizi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak dan kecocokan anak terhadap produk. Selain itu saluran distribusi seperti supermarket, minimarket yang mendukung kemudahan aksesibilitas, ketersediaan produk dan kenyamanan konsumen, yang menjadi nilai tambah dalam perilaku pembelian. Dengan demikian, strategi pemasaran produk susu SGM yang mengombinasikan pendekatan emosional (emosi orang tua terhadap tumbuh kembang anak) dan rasional (harga dan kualitas gizi) terbukti efektif dalam membentuk dan mempertahankan perilaku pembelian konsumen di pasar modern. allenges related to work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment, which are presumed to influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study population consisted of 87 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.388. Work discipline also demonstrates a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.310. The work environment emerges as the most dominant variable, with a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 1.238, and a beta coefficient of 0.417. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by an F-statistic of 40.438 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.594 indicates that 59.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence that the work environment constitutes the most dominant factor affecting employee performance within the Department of Education and Culture of Jayapura City, an institution characterized by distinctive organizational features and service-area conditions.

This phenomenon raises research questions regarding how cultural transformation and identity construction are influenced by the dominance of digital technology, as well as how social media and platform algorithms shape cultural visibility and digital identities. This study employs a qualitative approach through a critical narrative literature review, synthesizing theories of network society, mediatization, cultural globalization, digital capitalism, and digital identity. The analysis focuses on four key issues: cultural digitalization, the role of social media in identity formation, the emergence of hybrid identities, and platform power in determining cultural representation. Findings indicate that digital technology has ambivalent effects: it expands spaces for cultural expression, enhances public participation, and provides opportunities for marginalized groups to represent their identities; however, global platform dominance drives cultural homogenization, identity commodification, and inequitable symbolic representation. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a critical perspective on the influence of algorithms and digital capitalism in identity formation, which has rarely been addressed comprehensively in digital cultural studies. These findings offer theoretical contributions to media and cultural research as well as practical implications for understanding identity representation in the global digital era.

s Tobi, was found legally and convincingly guilty of committing aggravated theft as stipulated under Article 363 paragraph (1) point 4 of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP). The objective of this research is to analyze the application of criminal law in the aforementioned case, with a particular focus on two principal legal issues: (1) how law enforcement was implemented in the case in question, and (2) how the judicial decision aligns with the foundational legal principles of justice, legal certainty, and utility. The research employs a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach, and utilizes both the theory of law enforcement and the theory of criminal acts as the conceptual framework. The findings indicate that all elements of the criminal offense under Article 363 paragraph (1) point 4 of the Penal Code were fulfilled, and that the panel of judges duly considered both aggravating and mitigating factors in a balanced manner. Nonetheless, further analysis reveals that the Defendant’s role in the commission of the offense was more auxiliary in nature, thereby suggesting that the normative application of Article 55 of the Penal Code would have been more appropriate. This misapplication of legal provisions potentially gives rise to substantive injustice and opens the possibility for further legal remedies. The study concludes that although the formal procedures of law enforcement were conducted in accordance with prevailing legal standards, there exists a substantive deficiency in the identification of the perpetrator’s role, which adversely affects the overall fairness of the verdict. The novelty of this research lies in its critical analysis of the accuracy of judicial application of substantive criminal norms and the imperative of rigorous judicial reasoning in sentencing, aimed at reinforcing the integrity and consistency of the Indonesian criminal justice system.

osophical ideas. The research question of this paper is whether 5 Seconds of Summer’s song lyrics entitled Good Girl can be analyzed through Hegelian Dialectics. Through qualitative method, this paper shows how the situation of the girl is covered by old and new knowledge in the scheme of thesis-antithesis-synthesis as theorized by G. W. F. Hegel. This approach emphasizes how traditional and modern understandings interact, highlighting how dynamic identity building is. Using explorative approach, the components of the song lyrics are discussed through subtextual understandings that Hegelian Dialectics may erode such stereotype and later shape another stigma as well. It is analyzed that the girl lives the stigma that a good girl is a nerd and should not have fun outside the house. The song lyrics then accentuate that a smart girl could also be a bad girl and it indeed breaks the stigma of a clever girl is always a good girl. In conclusion, the song lyrics show how ideas of a good and a bad girl are not that simple since those reflect complex situation between common, social, and even academic norms. By stating so, the novelty of this article is evident; such new literary works may still always contain certain philosophical presuppositions.

Researchers in this research use quantitative analysis such as validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests. All of these analyses were conducted using SPSS version 25. This study involved all PT. Jayatama Selaras Extrusion Blow employees, totaling 50 respondents. The saturated sample method was used to determine the sample. The results showed that with a regression coefficient of 2.145 ≥ 1.677, motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. With a regression coefficient of 12.914 ≥ 1.677 discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. It is shown that simultaneously motivation and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, F count 256.961 ≥ F table 3.195, and the significance value of each variable ≤ 0.05. The coefficient of determination test proves that motivation and discipline influence employee performance by 95.7%, while 4.3% are factors that are not involved in this research.

This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.
