The shaft components are designed using S45C carbon steel, with details of Shaft I with a diameter of 24 mm, Shaft II with a diameter of 41 mm, and Shaft III with a diameter of 41 mm. The gears consist of Gear I with a pitch circle diameter of 42 mm, a circle diameter of 37 mm, a head circle diameter of 46 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 21 teeth; Gear II with a pitch circle diameter of 210 mm, a circle diameter of 205 mm, a head circle diameter of 214 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 105 teeth; Gear III with a pitch circle diameter of 68 mm, a circle diameter of 63 mm, a head circle diameter of 108 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 34 teeth; and Gear IV with a pitch circle diameter of 270 mm, a circle diameter of 265.5 mm, a head circle diameter of 270 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 21 teeth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis penerapan Machine Learning dalam sistem manufaktur otomatis dengan menyoroti tren, tantangan, serta arah penelitian masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 30 artikel jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect dalam rentang tahun 2020–2025. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Machine Learning banyak diterapkan pada empat domain utama: predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality control, serta intelligent automation. Algoritma yang dominan digunakan meliputi supervised learning dan deep reinforcement learning, yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 35%. Namun demikian, isu terkait interpretabilitas model, keterbatasan data industri, serta integrasi manusia–AI masih menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual AI–Driven Manufacturing Framework sebagai panduan pengembangan sistem manufaktur cerdas yang adaptif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan menuju era Industry 5.0.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam sistem pengadaan barang PT. POMI guna memastikan ketersediaan stok yang optimal tanpa menyebabkan overstocking. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak terkait dalam pengadaan barang, serta analisis dokumen sistem pengelolaan persediaan yang digunakan, yaitu Maximo system. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. POMI menerapkan EOQ dalam menentukan jumlah dan waktu pemesanan barang untuk menyeimbangkan biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan. Sistem Maximo berperan dalam mengotomatisasi perhitungan reorder point (ROP) dan pemantauan stok secara real-time, sehingga memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengadaan barang. Selain itu, PT. POMI menetapkan kebijakan safety stock dan batas maksimum persediaan untuk mencegah risiko kekurangan stok atau penumpukan barang yang tidak efisien. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemantauan stok berbasis data historis dan analisis permintaan barang secara periodik. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti ketergantungan pada data terdahulu serta keterbatasan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi fluktuasi permintaan mendadak. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana penerapan EOQ dan sistem manajemen persediaan berbasis digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengadaan barang di industri energi. Rekomendasi lebih lanjut mencakup optimalisasi parameter EOQ berdasarkan pola permintaan aktual serta peningkatan integrasi sistem Maximo dengan proses perencanaan strategis perusahaan guna meningkatkan responsivitas terhadap kebutuhan operasional.

is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. Empathy is a physiological reaction that has three components, they are emotional, cognitive, and motivational. It helps people to understand, feel, and care about others, even if it is sometimes hard. The novel tells the story of Kate Adam and Ben Mackenzie, who are liberal and conservative Senate staffers, respectively, and who fall in love despite their ideological differences and professional rivalry. The article analyzes how the novel depicts the challenges and benefits of empathizing with a romantic partner who has opposing political views, and how empathy contributes to the development and maintenance of consummate love. Then, it concludes that the novel offers a hopeful and realistic message that consummate love can bridge the political divide, as long as the partners are willing to empathize with each other and respect their differences.

Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengelola data tamu secara digital, mempercepat pencarian data, dan menghasilkan laporan kunjungan secara otomatis serta terstruktur.
The Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jambi Province still uses a manual guest book for recording visitor data, resulting in difficulties in data retrieval, information storage, and report generation. This study aims to design a web-based guest book information system to improve the efficiency of guest data management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was built using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Black Box Testing was conducted to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The results show that the system is capable of managing guest data digitally, accelerating data retrieval, and generating visitor reports automatically and systematically.

This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers with babies aged 0–7 days regarding umbilical cord care at the Mitra Kerja Clinic of the Santa Elisabeth Health Sciences College in Medan. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a purposive sampling technique, with 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed univariately. The results showed that most mothers had sufficient knowledge (50%), good (36.7%), and poor (13.3%). The majority of respondents were aged 20–35 years (96.7%), <20 years (3.3%), primigravida (56.7%), multigravida (43.3%) and had a high school education (70%), bachelor's degree (16.7%), and diploma (13.3%). Conclusion: Most mothers have sufficient knowledge about umbilical cord care. It is recommended that clinics conduct regular outreach sessions to improve mothers' understanding, and that further research be conducted by adding variables such as occupation and source of information
